Needed to get my vehicle inspection report - this location (Timberline) was able to take the car same day. Service was quick, not only that they alerted me to a chip in the windshield and I was able to have that taken care of in the same visit.

I had a low tire light on. Went to Jiffy Lube and asked for help.Service was quick and the technicians (Dj, Seth) were very friendly and helpful. They aired up my tires and even showed me how to clear the notification!! Wonderful!!!!

Such kind & professional service at the Timberline Jiffy Lube! I pulled up and within seconds I was in a bey and they were working on my vehicle!! This is the only place I go for oil changes when I don’t do it myself. I love that they don’t just do that while they’re in there! They will clean the air filter (reusable), check your fluids, and so much more and give your car back as soon as possible. They check in with you throughout the process. They show and explain why you may want to get an Additional service done AND will always look up coupons for you. 10/10 recommend.

I was extremely lucky one evening when I needed to pull over emergently with a blown out tire to pull into this Jiffy Lube parking lot. It happened while I was on my way to pick up my 8 yr old son from practice. I was a little panicked at the moment, and the manager and his team were so kind, they put my spare tire on in 15 minutes. I’m so grateful for their help and kindness. I know it’s not related to oil changes, but it’s a testament to the kind of people working there.

Today I had to stop in the store because I could not figure out how to get my headlight in you have to remove a lot of parts just to get to it. Irvin had no clue what kind of day I had or the stress I was going through he was so kind and nice and got it done quickly and got me out of there. Ive used this Jiffy Lube for years now. They always provide good, thorough service at a fast pace. Theyve now added extra features of being able to get oil topped off or air added to your tires in between oil changes, which is nice. Usually, they provide the window cleaning and vacuuming, but havent lately because of COVID but those are services I also like. They also go above and beyond to be very polite.

I was really impressed with how the Manager is really involved and cares about the customers. He explained everything and was very helpful. Quick in and out!

What professionalism! After getting negative service-or no service- at the drake location, I wrote feedback accidentally for the timberline location and the manager, Seth, was very understanding and told me I could still receive service at their location. They got me in and out and gave me a discount stating they wanted to make sure they take care of their customers. Then Zachary was very knowledgeable and let me know what my options were. Jiffy Lube definitely saved a repeat customer thanks to that team!

Windows were cleaned horribly, tech did not put my cover to my carbon air filter back just left it on the floor. While I was in their store not one but two people came in with complaints about incorrect replacement of their oil filters that lead to costly repairs. Jiffy Lube did reimbursed them both but Groupon savings is not worth the hassle!Bargain shoppers beware!!

They did an oil change, & topped off my coolant for a low price! They were very thorough in explaining everything that needed to be done as well as explaining the price. Very friendly and speedy customer service as well! I was impressed & will definitely be back!

I was in need of a blinker light bulb replacement and called in to my nearest Jiffy Lube location. Irvin answered the phone and provided me with the best information in replacing my light bulb. They did the oil change, listened to my notes, answered my questions, AND finished in a timely manner (less than 15 mts and I was out) .. what impressed me the most is that they noticed I was careful on the budget so they informed me about online coupons that I had no idea existed! Ive been coming to this Jiffy Lube for a good while and Im happy with how well they take care of my vehicle. They will work with you within your budget and will go over with you about your vehicle to have you get a better understanding with what theyre doing and what needs to be done. The manager Irvin is really nice and helpful with every visit. They always walk you in and out of the building. They are very welcoming. Would highly recommend this location.

I always appreciate the service I get here so, despite there being multiple oil changing businesses closer to my home, I come back here. This last visit may change my mind. The guys working though friendly enough seemed mildly put out to have a customer. The service took him all of 15 minutes. I appreciate efficiency but they did not bother to vacuum the interior of my car, clean the windshield, or even bother to scrape off the guey patches where they had repaired my wind shield in 2 places. I noticed this as I was pulling away from the shop. I had to stop and go back in and get them to get a razor blade to take the patches off.So, not horrible service but not great.

Such low lives that they tried to destroy my engine!These idiots tried to show me pictures of some blown tranny saying it was mine when really they broke my oil filter housing and put my life in danger!The manager (Asian guy - name starts with an L - he has green eyes)…. Well he assured me that my engine was fine and that I just had a transmission leak!YOU ALL NEED FIRED! Had to have a police officer come and inspect my car here after my car bottomed out due to their private road with the Carriage car wash and Jiffylube. A pothole the size of a medium sedan was hidden by water and swallowed my entire car, it started smoking and I had to call the police. However due to it being private I now have to pursue legal action in a court. DO NOT GO HERE. My car was full of gas and couldve exploded due to negligence of the road. I saw 4 cars follow suit and the officer expressed he stopped going to any of these businesses due to the fact their roads are impassable at this point.My cars frame is severely damaged and my head light broke. Pay 25 in gas, leave woth 4000 in damages.

Outstanding service! I got my radiator flushed a couple months ago. The heater stopped working which after topping my radiator fluid off revealed a leak in the system. they helped me diagnose the issue and actually put the new radiator hose on the vehicle after i was told by ford service that they were two weeks out and would cost me ridiculous service charge for 15 minutes of work. Ford could certainly learn something from the men at Jiffy Lube on what good service is! they saved me about $300!

Excellent service! I didnt catch the managers name, but hes a tall, very friendly guy who refs hockey. Ive usually avoided dealers and oil change shops because I have been burned and generally dont trust them. These guys were informative and never made me feel like they were simply trying to sell me something. Ask for available discounts and coupons. I will be back (rare for me given that Ive always done my own oil changes).

I drive an old car that leaks oil, and I needed my fluids topped off before a road trip. I called ahead to make sure they could just add some oil & whatever else needed to be topped off instead of a full oil change & they told me this would be no problem. Instead of trying to sell me a bunch of extra services when I showed up, they topped off all fluids and didn’t even charge me! I was in and out within 10 minutes. Everyone was nice and professional. Will definitely be going back to this location!
