3 times now after my oil change my check engine light is on. Wasnt on when I came there! Person who did my oil change check for codes and found nothing for the 3rd time!! Learn your job and reset check engine lights. Considering you are in a business dealing with engines!!

This is my first time coming to this location in Fort Collins and I will no longer go anywhere else! Right upon arrival John G. was very professional, fun, and personable! The vibe here was of a lot of knowledge, positive energy, and helpfulness! John G. took time to walk me through my diagnostic and say what was recommended vs. what was absolutely necessary, which I more than appreciated. I know nothing about cars (especially mine hahaha), so feeling informed instead of judged made my experience that much greater! The techs were fast, efficient, and accommodating! Even the cashier was instrumental in my good experience here! I came out of the service feeling confident in the work done and my car is already running so smooth. I came here to get some new wiper blades when there was a line of cars. A mechanic came out and replaced them within 5 minutes of being there and it was AWESOME! Super quick, super friendly, and super cheap. I will definitely be back.

Great service. They really checked my car and I ended up getting my tires pumped up, windows washed and car vacuumed for free. I was given information on my car by John in a very knowledgeable and kind way. Overall great experience.

I had a small windshield chip on my new Mazda, I went to a well known windshield repair shop in Fort Collins where I was told it wouldn’t be able to get filled and my only option was to replace the entire windshield. I decided to get a second opinion at Jiffy Lube, and they did an incredible job. Heath along with another manager I believe named Jerry (maybe Justin?) we’re incredibly efficient. You can barely even tell there was ever a chip in the windshield! My insurance didn’t cover the cost of this repair so it was to be paid out of pocket, and they were wonderful and willing to work with me. I get nervous going to places like this since I know nothing about cars, but the entire staff was super easy going, welcoming, and the woman working at check it had such an incredible personality. Super easy going, in a great mood, cleaning the coffee area, bathrooms, she was wonderful. Overall I would 100% recommend this Jiffy Lube location!

This was my first visit to this location. I have been going to Jiffy Lube for years for my oil changes, and often they are always so busy and it can take awhile to get through the line. I went for an oil change and needed a rock chip repaired. I thought the rock chip repairs were free but realized it was only if you had full coverage insurance which I do not have. They gave it to me for free anyways! Very thankful for the generous service :)

I want to say the staff was friendly and helpful. However, I got a coupon in the mail for an oil change for $20.21. Took the car in and they said they didnt have the oil in stock for that and it would cost $90. They got me with the fine print! Also, the free chip repair thing is tricky. If you are doing a free chip repair there, make sure to ask your insurance agent about your rate increasing due to filing the claim.Update 3/5/21. I provided feedback through their customer satisfaction survey and the owner sent me a check to reimburse me for the addition cost. Great to see the owner stepping up to make things right. Thanks!

My oil change became a three day event and a huge waste of my time. I came in for a routine oil change on Sunday and the technician broke the valve stem on my tire. I was told they already had the tire and it would be fixed tomorrow, thats fine. So I dropped my truck back off at 8:30am Monday morning and was told it would be fixed in a couple hours. Drove by at about 2pm to get groceries and nothing had been done. I had to call at 6pm (one hour before closing) because STILL absolutely nothing had been done. Ken told me we just have to slap it on... Ken lied. I told him Id be there before 7pm to pick it up but when I got there 30 minutes after my phone call the only change was that my truck was jacked up. We were then told someone was out getting the tire (which I was told both the day before, that morning, and on the phone 30 minutes ago, they already had) and would be another 10 minutes. They then proceeded to forget about us in the parking lot. After we went in to the store and reminded them, they finally got started on it maybe 5-10 minutes before they were supposed to close. Then they couldnt figure out how to get my spare back on. At one point they thought it was broke/stripped and offered discounted repairs if they were needed. There was absolutely no way I was paying for repairs for something that had worked just fine the day before (they had to get the spare off someway after breaking the other tire), meaning they broke it and it was their responsibility just like the tire. This took at least another 20 minutes before they called the technician back out and she got it fixed at almost 8pm. So something that shouldve taken a few hours took over eleven. They told me Tuesday morning that they were using the wrong side.... We sat in the parking lot for an hour waiting for them to fix something that I was told shouldve been done by around noon and then on the phone should only take a few minutes. We eventually gave up on them which is why I picked it up Tuesday morning. So overall, very bad experience, huge waste of my time (especially if I hadnt had the option of another vehicle), received very weak apologies, and terrible service on a problem they caused. I will not be returning to Jiffy Lube to say the least. Id say definitely dont come here for tires at the absolute least.

This is by far the best Jiffy lube I have gone to. Steven, the manager was my tech. He was amazing. He had great customer service, let me know everything that needed to be done, made sure it was done right, and was Fast and friendly. This is the Jiffy Lube that you must go to. They are on point with everything they do and Steven stands behind everything he does. Very proud of my tech. I would recommend him to everybody

Driving home on a rainy-snowy night, my windshield wiper blade flew off into the road and was run over by another vehicle. Made it the short distance home but was so worried about getting it replaced the next day. Went to JL before work the next morning and the tech had me out of there in ten minutes with a new blade and no charge. When does that ever happen? A random act of kindness. So many bad things have happened in my life lately that this made me want to cry. I have been a devoted customer and will continue to be.

I usually hate getting my oil changed because I never have any idea what’s going on and people try to charge me for things I don’t need. This was not the case here! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The oil change was a lot more expensive than it is at my home, but the service was great.

I am so glad I came here! I didn’t want to come out on a Saturday to get my oil changed because typically most places have a long wait on the weekends. Turns out at this location there was hardly a wait and they changed the oil along with a few other things in a really good amount of time! I love a place that respects my time and gives me good quality car service as well as customer service!

Incredible service today (and honestly every time I come)!! Came in for an oil change and these gentlemen didn’t pressure or push anything on me. They checked the service engine light and explained what was going on with my car. I had my own air filter that they graciously replaced at zero charge, AND fixed a chip in my windshield. We have many Jiffy Lubes in town, but I always come to this one because the quickness and kindness I receive!

This place was top quality all the way! The staff and service was amazing! I’m a mother with two small children and a 120lb dog passing through town from another state, they were able to comfortably accommodate all of us, while buttoning down all my issues so that we could make it home safely. The technicians literally changed my oil, brake fluid, fixed 3 chips in my windshield and replaced my brake lights that were out and had us on the road within 30-45 minutes. I honestly wish this was my local jiffy lube!!! A plus all the way! Thanks for making sure we were safe and ready for the road!

The team got it done in about 10-15 minutes and my van feels so much better to drive.
