I found myself in a situation where my check engine light began flashing at me. Luckily I was very near Hawkers at the time. This is the worst situation to be in when entering a mechanics office for the first time. Tim greeted me, asked some great questions and had a good idea of what to expect by the end of our conversation. He was very honest and upfront from the beginning. He said he could get the car diagnosed before the end of the day but would be at least three days before he could complete the repair. I agreed to the terms and Ubered to the nearest rental car company. Corey called me only two hours later, said he has already found the problem (faulty fuel injector) and said he had a cancellation and can have it completed by tomorrow. Corey provided a thorough diagnosis and a sincere recommendation but with no pressure. He laid out several options on how to proceed, he included his best rec, but provided other cost-friendlier options as well. Hawkers could have exploited my situation and I would have had very little recourse, but instead I received incredible service and honesty from the beginning through the end. What an incredible place. I may have found Hawkers by accident, but I will be back for all of my auto repair needs. I am so grateful to all of you.

What a terrific establishment. This is my first time here, and I wont go anywhere else now. Their professional and courteous. They even offer a shuttle service when your car is in the shop and you have no way to get home. Tim and Ellis were my drivers and they got me home and back to the shop safe and sound to pick up my car. They were absolutely wonderful, friendly and just all-around amazing. Cory did the work on my car and he was fast, efficient and right on the nose. He got me in and out of the shop in less than three hours with my car in awesome condition. Im not one to write reviews, but this business went above and beyond. We were traveling for an appointment in extreme cold. We were stranded at a gas station with alternator issues, and these guys saved the day. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Let me start by saying Ive always done my own mechanic work to save money. I dont anymore because I completely trust these guys. There have been at least 3 occasions where I wasnt sure what was needed, but I thought I had properly self-diagnosed the problem. EVERY TIME, I WAS WRONG, AND I HAD BUDGETED FOR A MUCH LARGER REPAIR AND PARTS BILL! If I had attempted to do the work myself it would have 1)cost more, 2)wasted my time, and 3)wouldnt have fixed the problem. Ive had multiple vehicles in there over the past few years, and often theyre time consuming diagnostics to figure out whats going on. Cory and his team there are absolutely amazing. I dont know how explain how genuine, honest, and thorough the Hawkers team is, unless youve been there before. I have never had a mechanic, and now that Ive found these guys, theyre the only ones who will get my business. You guys still do business the right way, and youve impressed the heck out of me, which is nearly impossible to do. If youre shopping for a mechanic, just stop wasting your time. Go to these guys.

Cory and the mechanics did an outstanding job at repairing and replacing my car computer. As you know it can be difficult diagnosing the cause of a computer failure but they stuck with it until they were absolutely sure they had it fixed. The price was more than fair and the professionalism I cannot speak more highly of. If you are looking for a shop you can trust look no further.

Great company for exhaust work, I have had them work on several of my vehicles. I had a small problem with a chrome tip that was installed at a different location and they went above and beyond to make it right. Customer service is great and very a friendly staff. Would highly recommend

I took one of my cars to Hawkers for some work and when I went to pick it up following the service, there was a rather large dent on the hatchback door. I complained, as that dent was definitely not there previously, and was accused of lying by the staff. After talking through it some more, they offered a free oil change, which was decent of them, I thought. I took them up on that and brought my other car in for that and a brake pad and rotor replacement. Less than 5,000 miles later, I hear a grinding noise and smell brakes burning while driving. I then take the car to a different mechanic and they state that the brake pads are of such poor quality that, despite being at 12mm still, they overheated and blued the rotors. Now, I will need to replace the pads and rotors again, after less than 5,000 miles, as well as flush the brake fluid due to that likely being compromised with the overheating. Would never return nor recommend Hawkers to anyone.

We brought our Mazda CX5 for brake check and possible replacement. They got us in right away at their Loveland location They checked the brakes and let me know only the back were close and they changed them and I was running within an hour! They are honest folks and do quality work for a fair price! Both Shea and Doug were so nice and friendly! I will be back again! Thank you!

My husbands car broke down on a weekend camping trip. The tow truck driver brought it to hawkers and we had to rent a car while we were waiting for it to be repaired. Went to Hawkers Muffler Fort Collins in need of a muffler. I was referred there and had not been previously. The crew diagnosed a worn gasket and told me I DIDNT need a new muffler. I so appreciated their honesty, when they could easily have installed a muffler I didnt need and Id never have been the wiser. In and out in less than 30 minutes. All of the employees were extremely nice and professional.

I was in need of a new catalytic converter for an older model Toyota Prius. I called and talked to Cory, got it scheduled and he got the parts ordered, and the work was completed within days. Much to my surprise, Cory called within hours and said he thought I said the car was newer than it is, and he was able to get the right part in the morning and it was going to be CHEAPER than what he quoted me! What?… That never happens! The vehicle was done by lunchtime. This shop was $2,200 cheaper than the dealership in town. Hawkers Automotive just won over at least one new customer. I’m a 76 year old woman. No husband or family to turn to for car problems. I went to Hawkers and was amazed at the OUTSTANDING service. I fully trust them. I have referred a few elderly ladies to them and they have been pleased. It is such a relief when you find a repair shop that you can fully trust.

Ive taken our 4 cars to Hawkers for more than 3 years and have always been impressed. Their knowledge, workmanship and customer service is unmatched. I think Ive saved more money than Ive spent using Hawkers. I took one of our cars to the dealership for warranty work. They diagnosed the problem and it wasnt covered by the warranty and estimated the repaid at $950. Hawkers determined it was something else (loose wire on the automatic lock behind the door panel) and fixed for under $100. On another car I assumed the fuel pump needed replaced. Nope, it was a blown fuse. No charge. The electrical system on our car was acting funny. Called in and made an appointment. Nicole offered to check the battery if we wanted to stop by prior to our appointment. We did and the battery wasnt maintaining a full charge. They put in a new battery while we waited. Since we had an appointment a few days later they deferred payment until our appointment to make sure it fixed the problem. I dont know of anyone who gives service like that. Thank you.

Honest, professional staff that doesnt try to upsell me or replace things that dont need to be. On more than one occasion Ive asked if they recommend doing something (for a minor issue or preventative maintenance), and they tell me if it was my car, I wouldnt do that yet. I absolutely love this place. Not only do they have the best prices in town, but their customer service is excellent! These guys are honest and upfront with servicing and pricing options, they are not going to do unnecessary work to get more money. I had issues with the previous place I was at and I felt like they were over charging. They told me I needed a new air filter and about 3 other things. I shopped around and found Hawkers. I told them what the place said and asked them to check on it for me (they gave me pricing before hand so I knew what to expect). When my car was finished with the oil change they topped My fluids off for me, and told me that the other guys were full of it. Nothing they had said needed to be replaced, actually did. They could have easily told me the opposite, and I wouldnt have questioned them. Today was my second time returning. My oil change took about 45 minutes. From walking in the door to check in for the appointment to the time I got in my car to drive off. I HIGHLY recommend them, and I will NEVER go anywhere else. Its been about 4 months since I had a cutout welded on my exhaust and it works great. I hope I get his name right, but Corey was more than friendly and had a great personality. The guys and gals that work here are awesome. They do great work and very dependable and reliable. They had my car in the shop getting a new timing chain replaced and did awesome on it. It did take them time to do it, but in the end its worth it. They keep you updated as they go along with the work and very informative in what they do. Nowadays auto shops are so quick to try to replace as much as possible (even if its not required) to increase their sales but hawkers is not like that. They are honest about what actually needs repair and very fair on pricing. They are very busy but still take the time to answer your questions and provide excellent customer service. I took my Camry for an oil change and reported couple of issues (noise under the hood and coolant leak). The lady at the front desk took detailed notes about the issues. I want to know what was actually done and if that work was done correctly and at a reasonable price. If no one can provide that on your services, than this is just PR and bunk. I brought my 93 Jeep Cherokee into the shop. I had no appointment, I was just a walk in customer. But the Customer Service was Amazing. They helped me right there even though I didnt have an appointment. They welded my muffler, ran an extra piece of pipe for me, and hung hangers so my muffler didnt rattle. The folks at Hawkers are so honest and have taken the time to explain everything in detail to me and provide me with different cost options. They have repaired my vehicles twice to 100% satisfaction. This is amazing place with wonderful people.

If I could give this place more stars, I would. We absolutely love Cory, Tim and everyone else that works here! We have been going here for years and theyve always taken care of us. Ive always felt comfortable leaving my car there knowing they wont charge anything extra without running it by me first. Theyll let you know what needs to be done, whether its immediate or it can wait a while. Theyve helped us in car buying decisions and always tell me to say hi to my mom for them (who moved to the East Coast, but also went here for years). Ive told all my friends with car troubles to go here and theyve all been happy as well. The sole reason I dont go here anymore is because I moved to California, and Im legitimately sad I have to find a new mechanic. They are very fair, honest, caring people and I feel very lucky to have met them. Thank you for everything, Hawkers!!

They are awesome

Needed to have my exhaust replaced. Brought my own headers and tailpipes in. Was quoted $550 and ended up paying $480. The workmanship is awesome and will recommend these guys to anyone. They are really nice too. If you want a mechanic that you can trust then this is the place to go. Will definitely be using them again.
