This guy has serious mental issues, as someone who used Smart Start years ago I would recommend going somewhere else to get calibrations and install done, I am contacting Smart Start in Grapevine TX. and would recommend anyone else do the same, they are a great company and I am sure they do not want this kind of person representing them.

I have been going to this location for over a year. Phil today accused me of taking money and kept calling me Martin. I have been nothing but honest and polite with Phil. Im pretty sure he is a schizo or on drugs. I was totally blindsided by his behavior and after accusing me and realizing and proving Im not who he is looking for, I asked him if he normally treats honest customers like this and then he got mad and refused to calibrate my car.I wouldnt recommend this shop to do any calibrations unless you like to feel like your a criminal.

Phil is Top notch. I had some issues with my interlock and he took care of them quick and easy..highly recommend!
