Flashing check engine light came on coming back from WY north of FoCo. Made it to Charlie Brown. Donald was so helpful, friendly, and effective to fix the spark plug issue encountered.If I lived near Fort Collins, Charlie Browns would be my go-to repair shop

Actually diagnoses the vehicle instead of just firing the parts cannon. Good guy who knows his stuff and gives it to you straight without upselling, etc.

I just experienced my first horrific mechanic experience. We were given an estimate that it would cost $1400-1500 to replace head gaskets on our daughters first car. Without receiving any calls or explanations, the cost ended up being $2350 after it took twice as long as estimated it would take. And the worst thing of all is there is now a transmission error code that we will now need someone else to fix. I cant stress enough at how dishonest Charlie Browns Auto Repair is.

Repair was completed correctly. My vehicle smelled like cigarette smoke when I picked it up.

Super slow super expensive lots of excuses!!! Pieces of my car that never just fell off the bottom are now and they aren’t willing to fix so I can drive my car!!! Will never go back!!!

DO NOT make the mistake of bringing your car to these guys took my jeep in because of a hard start problem I told them if there was anything that they found that needed to be fixed let me know but ONLY repair what was causing the hard start they fixed the first thing they found (spark plugs) still after $420 and two trips in problem not fixed - their reply will this is a little more complicated then were used to finally I had to go elsewhere
