I rented a 3/4 ton pickup here for a long trip, and, although the vehicle I got was exquisite, it was completely eclipsed by the customer service I received.To be absolutely honest, I rented the truck because I was going across many southern states, and didn’t want to risk the threat of breaking down or having any unpleasant encounters with law enforcement. I shared this with the manager who helped me the day I checked out the vehicle, and he helped me double check all the lights, and put the registration and insurance cards within close reach. It was a simple action, but my concerns were taken seriously, and not immediately dismissed. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location next time I need a truck, and I hope that all Enterprise Truck Rental locations are equally aware.

Trash. Customer service is definitely lacking compared to other locations that Ive used. Customers first is not the motto here. Wont be back.

Pretty cool spot. They work for you and with you especially if your a recurring face.

Very convenient as well as economical to rent a cargo van here. Staff is friendly and helpful, and they provide efficient service.

Rep was professional. Unfortunately my credit card didnt go through but the system doesnt allow another form of payment nor allows military discount. We are enterprise members.

I would love to work with the staff members you all rated 5 stars. Instead, I had to work with account specialist Austin who clearly didn’t want to greet us and once we mentioned why we were there very quickly stated “I like to schedule that and today generally isn’t a good day so just have a seat and I’ll see”. When she finally stopped yawning and standing in that one spot she came to ask if we had everything she needed. We asked for a vin number of a truck to get an insurance quote. Austin began going on and on about she needs to know what type of policy it is to need a vin number. Turns out vin numbers are needed for any insurance quote. I don’t know if Austin wished was one of the 17.5 million that called out of work sick after the Super Bowl or if she’s always yawning while customers are talking, either way I want the reps you all rated high.

Bought at commercial truck from them. Arron was fantastic. Gave me a great deal an great customer service . Thanks for all you did. Ill do it again when the time comes.

Great staff. Everyone did an excellent job. Only complaint being that the trucks do not come with trailer hitches, only receivers. Although, this was explained when I called before-hand. However, if I had only reserved online, and then showed to pick up the truck, I would not have know. Also, the new F-250 ( I reserved F150, but none were available) receiver size is not a standard 2, but a 2.5. Also would have been nice to know, as I had to hunt down an adapter at 7:00PM on Sunday while out of town. The folks in the office were great though.

This review probably should have been done almost a year ago especially since I still have pain in my foot. Back in October 2017, I’d just flown into Atlanta because I was helping my mom with an event she was hosting. We headed to this Enterprise truck rental to rent one of their box trucks. We check in, the staff is somewhat friendly, kind of spaced, but nice. We walked out to look at the truck we were renting and my mom asks if the girl could show us how to use the lift gate at the back of the truck. This girl was struggling to pull up the ramp to the lift gate. I walk over to assist her, the ramp lifts, she lets go and the ramp falls on my foot. I was in quite some pain and it progressively got worse. Once we’re back inside, my mom asks if there’s a incident report that could be filled out. They say that it doesn’t exist because they don’t do it for incidents that occur on their property.....?? Like that makes ANY sense for a company as big as Enterprise. I take off my shoe, my foot is extremely red and throbbing at this point, and no one is caring to offer me anything except ONE lady who offers me some ice that wasn’t really assisting us with renting. Everyone else it arguing back and forth with my mom about what did and didn’t happen. My mom was extremely flustered and got loud with them because they had NO sense of urgency, nor did they really seem to care. I’m AD military and my job requires me to do a lot of standing, along with physical fitness tests, so my mom was sincerely worried. Nick, who was apparently the manager of this location, says that he called their supervision at their regional branch and that the boss was in a meeting. Nick gave us his contact information, but every time we called Nick himself was in a meeting or had random “family emergencies” that surfaced in the middle of his meetings. My mom followed up with phone calls for over 2 weeks and none of her calls were returned. I ended up calling their headquarters myself and spoke with someone who took a report. They said they understood it was urgent and would be sure to stay in touch, but til this day I have yet to get a phone call back. Never will rent with them again.....
