I Would Advise Everyone to Not Conduct their Business at this Location....Absolutely the WORSE Customer Service in America..and by the Looks of the Comments....I seem to not be the only One who was Dissatisfied....

This is a terrible “U-haul” location. I placed my order online in the morning for a 3pm pick up with the guarantee of the truck being there or $50.When I arrived to the “thrift store/u-haul” there was no trucks outside so I assumed I was at the wrong location. Then I did a satellite view of the address from the U-haul website, and I was at the correct location.I called the number on the building, because I requested a contactless pickup. The man who answered said he did not have any trucks and did not know when any trucks were coming in. He never knows. This is really frustrating when you have deadlines.U-haul did not honor their $50 guarantee nor do I have a truck. I’m still waiting on customer service. Will update, with an update.
