Used their services to have my car towed home, and they arrived at my location very quickly. The man working was incredibly helpful with not only the tow, but also in trying to address the issue as to why the car wouldnt start anymore. Highly reccomend them to anyone.

Very professional. Had to use this company twice within 72 hours to tow my vehicle. Once at night and once in the early morning. Both times they arrived super quick and got my car where it needed to be safely. Definitely recommend them!

DON’T DO IT! The ETA time for my vehicle had passed by so I decided to give them a call to see what was going on. The dispatcher answered the phone with an attitude & told me my tow was canceled. Baffled me asked if there was someone else I could speak with because I did not like her attitude & what she was telling me was false, clearly I was looking @ the proof from my text message. She told me she was the only one there & nothing else could be done & HUNG UP IN MY FACE. I called back, she ignored the call. I had to call my insurance company back & they had to place me with another company. I ended up calling back from another phone to get her name, not sure if she was truthful but she said it was Dora.

Rafael took great care of me in a timely manner. Was kind enough to drop me off at my house before taking my car to the dealership so I could make it to work.

I find it absolutely appalling and disgraceful that this towing company is okay canceling service calls an hour plus after accepting. How can you sleep at night leaving customers stranded at the side of I-55? Sick!

This service was included with my State Farm road side assistance . They gave me an eta of 60 minutes . Over an hour they never showed up so I called . The person that answered said they canceled my order but I was never notified . Thanks for leaving me stranded . State Farm is filing a complaint .
