Nick from BBB towing towed me tonight when I was stranded on the freeway. He was very professional, friendly and courteous. He responded to my location in about 20 minutes. 5 stars. I will request you again if I have any tow needs in the future.

I have Toyota Care so I am adequately lucky to get assist with getting administration help. I accept from the time I settled on the decision about a level and the time I drove away with my extra on was LESS THAN 25 minutes. Incredible and very productive. Randy was decent, effective, accommodating, and well disposed. I would HIGHLY suggest BBB Towing and would demand them on the off chance that I needed to later on for myself.

I ran out of gas on the freeway last sunday. BBB towing Patrol truck pulled up behind me to help me. Thanks to Nick who filled my tank with enough gas so I could safely make my way to a gas station. He was extremely helpful, kind, and professional. Very much satisfied with the service.

I would give these guys 0 stars if I could. They don’t inform their drivers ANYTHING. And there drivers are newbies. Have no idea what they’re doing. But the customer service charged me for literally nothing. Worst towing company ever. Done use them.
