For a 2 star hotel, it met my expectations. No serious issues at all. My mothers sheets had a small stain on them so I had to call the front desk for some sheets and no employees could bring it up for me, so I had to go to the front desk to get it myself, but it didn’t bother me much. Front desk staff were polite.

Asked for 2 queen size beds got full size beds. Roaches in the bathroom.The pool was empty of water. The air conditioner did not work and they refused to change rooms or refund any money. The pictures you see on web page is nothing like what it really is in person

I had to stay here for a few days for orientation. The rooms are straight but need a deep cleaning. For the most part, the room was clean. But it needed a deep clean. The people that work here are wonderful. They are willing to accommodate all your needs. They do have a Jamaican restaurant, Soul food restaurant, and subway across the street. They have a laundry room in the basement. Not the best but it gets the job done. They have a fitness room. Not the best fitness room but it will hold you down. The treadmill has seen better days. The elliptical was still working. Not the best quality inn but overall, I had a wonderful 😊stay. The rooms have a microwave and refrigerator in it. They have a coffee ☕machine but I recommend not to use it.

Honestly i wouldnt give it a star at all... Got there at 7pm to check in waited until 7:23pm before we saw anyone that worked there and that was just the beginning of our wonderful experience... if we were having to stay there more than one night I would have cancelled and went somewhere else

Sheila (I believe was her name) was not much supportive or professional. The house keeping was not good, they did not change towels, they attempted to change the beds but never replaced the sheets they had taken off the bed or pillow cases. They charge a steep deposit but gave horrible service. My first night was good but when I extended my stay all hell happened. I do not recommend. They need better management or training on customer service if they want to keep business

This hotel needs a lot of tlc. The first room we were given was a disaster. Hair in the sink, a cleaning rag left as a towel, items on the floor, the bed spread was stained, overall disgusting. Room smelled like smoke in a non smoking hotel. Front desk was very pleasant & helpful. We were moved to another room that was better but the toilet seat not the correct size or shape and a bottle of cleaning solution was sitting by the microwave! Would not recommend this to anyone!

We had an extended stay when we first checked in. My husband became ill and our company kept us there till he was well. Hotel mgr was very kind and staff cleaned room around us. Took good care of us. I want people to know that this is a good hotel. The rooms are arranged where you have a sofa to sit and watch tv. The tv swivels.

The rooms and sheets are clean! It is quite at least on the top floor. The AC took a while to cool the room but it got there. My only issue and it had nothing to do with the motel is there is nothing around there. Door dash delivers and they have a reasonable selection of resturants. If you want to eat off of a plate there is no option with in walking distance.

We came into town for orientation. We got in late due to driving in from out of town. We opened the door to our room and it had a smell. My husband opened the bathroom door and it stunk like urine. The shower had many layers of paint peeling off.Also the pool is empty with dead frogs in it. Will NOT be back! We checked out!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! When we first pulled up I felt unsafe it was guys hanging in the parking lot and in the dark on the side street. The room was dirty there was a big stain on the couch the toilet water was brown the floor looked dirty. This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. I was only there a few hours I checked in late and had a early flight.

The room was disgusting. Hair in the bed Hair in the shower. The smoke detector was missing off the wall. The microwave didnt work. The toilet seat was halfway off. It looked like blood was on the carpet. Luckily I travel with my own sheets and towels. The towels looked yellow they was good for putting on the floor to cover what might have been blood. To top it off when leaving early the next morning the clerk was extremely rude she was on her phone talking to her Bae saying the N word over and over. Another guest asked her a question and she didnt answer just looked at him like dont you see me on the phone. I will be contacting the fire department and health department.

After waiting an hour for the van, I was told it wasnt running anymore. Uber driver warned me the area was not the safest. I had holes in my walls, the door safety latch is missing a screw so its wobbly and not secure. Hotel had that smell like it is covering up cigarettes. Trash on the floors. Only stayed because it was the last room I could find and I booked online for non refundable.

Watch out !! Most rooms have a bad odor, either from heavy cigarette smoking or body odor from sweaty guests. Furthermore the management is extremely rude. Stay away if you can. There are enough other hotels in the area.

First of all, we booked our room online, however when we got there the price was apparently 15 dollars more than the price we were given online, but at the point in the early morning we did not care enough to argue. The room was big but not all that otherwise, a very small television on the wall and I hate when the sink for the bathroom is not in the bathroom but in the bedroom. Breakfast was what you would typically expect from a continental breakfast: Eggs, sausage, waffle maker, etc. Overall the visit was okay, I just personally dont feel like the price point was worth it, especially since we had to more than expected.

Room was huge and comfortable. Had a really good breakfast and they had a market in the lobby. Would definitely recommend this place.

Unlike its name, quality was nowhere to be seen. The room looks and feels dirty; the bed sheet covers were stained and damaged, does not give me confidence for cleanliness. The furniture looks dated and the lamp in the corner of the room it bent. Definitely will not be extending my stay nor booking a second time; I wanted to see how Quality Inn measures up and sadly this location was very disappointing.

Worst Quality Inn ever. Breakfast is not that great. And then they dont serve eggs and sausage on Friday thru Sunday. Yet there are no signs saying that. At least not that Ive seen. Meeting room downstairs smells of mold. Some rooms dont even have working smoke detectors. Mold on the bathroom floors. Leaking toilets. One person had to move rooms twice due to shower not working and heat not working. Then one of the shuttle drivers comes in and complains and openly talks about us and people in our group right in front of 2 of us. Saying things like We aint babysitters. Breakfast has been like this for a year. A family came down looking for hot breakfast and realized they didnt have any and questioned it, like any person would do. I would find somewhere else to stay.

2 Stars is quite a step up. They claim to have wifi but I dont think its strong in the lobby much less anywhere else. They claim to have a shop of course but like most hovels its not a whole lot. They have morning breakfast if youve got time to eat fast. They do claim to have laundry I havent seen it yet. But its in the basement. The room is actually ok. The bath however is small. And the attitudes of the stuff tells me they dont take their job or customer service very seriously. Dump is almost appropriate but like I said the room almost saves it except for the fon that doesnt work.

Just booked for one night as driving from orlando to Gatlinburg, first road trip for our kids 3 and 5 who are both autistic just spent 7hours in the car got there at 8:30pm the lady at the desk was rude a charged a deposit with no explanation, which have still yet to receive back, was put on the 4th floor maybe 9:15 got a call thag we were being to loud and we were just settling in for the night mind you with young kids that were in a car all day. The toilet leaked. Over all gross. Glad we had our own blankets and pillows. Far from any kind of quality. And the breakfast they tell you about is a joke. I could go on and I was only there 10 hours.

Beware of this hotel! It asked for $100 deposit and charge my deposit without proper warning. The front desk staff just said that it is written in the hotel policy but cannot show it. In contrary, there is an explicit information that the hotel is 100% smoke free, but we can smell the cigarettes smoke in the hotel. The room is dirty and uncomfortable. The staff are not nice!

There are fleas in the room!! This is inaceptable! I know the price is affordable but that doesn’t mean to have a room with fleas! I can’t imagine if the rest of the room is clean or sanitize!

Parking lot had used feminine hygiene products spread around. First room had an immense chemical odor permeating the entire room. Breakfast was sub par at best. But the staff was very accommodating and nice. Due to the location no door dash arrived in less than an hour.

I was on my way to Florida and wanted a hotel south of Atlanta so I wouldnt have to fight traffic in the morning. This is a good solid safe place to stay. It is aging, but the staff is great. The bed was spectacularly comfortable. The breakfast was very good. I got a good nights sleep and was on my way again, rested and well. i would definitely stay here again.

Only thing I liked about this hotel was one of the Female workers that worked the Front desk and the shuttle. Other than I WILL NOT BOOK AGAIN. THEY DO NOT CHANGE YOUR SHEETS. I told housekeeping that I spilled something in my bed and She told me we don’t change sheets but let me call to ask. My pull out couch was not fit to sit on. Not only that they told me they couldn’t clean my room cause I had stuff on the floor WHICH WAS THE HOTEL TOWELS BECAUSE THEY ASK YOU TO THROW THE ONES YOU WANT REPLACED ON THE FLOOR.

The staff, from the manager down, were excellent. They all went out of their way to accommodate us, help or assist us. They’re in the midst of updating the hotel and doing it without any noise. By far the best hotel I’ve stayed in in Georgia. They have the best customer service, Very clean rooms, Breakfast in the morning, And if you are flying in to Georgia and need a ride to the hotel they also have shuttle 24 seven! A must to stay if you are in the area!

I stayed here for about six months being on an Atlanta bid with my company. I want to recognize the wonderful customer service and wonderful hotel this was to stay out for about six months this past summer. The manager Vim and his wife were very friendly and personable and the van driver Deann is wonderful as well. The rooms are decent and the air conditioners work well which provided a comfortable atmosphere and allowed me to get good rest. I do pray that Vim’s wife has a good delivery in December for the birthing of their daughter.

No smoke alarms in most of the room, meeting room on 1st floor had the strongest smell of mold. Rooms had broken shower heads, sinks spray water everywhere when you turn it on. Told me I couldn’t take my service dog through the front area. People are rude that work there

The staff are absolutely the friendliest ever. As other reviews say the hotel shows some age but it is quiet and comfortable. My room was very clean and everything was in working order. Breakfast in the morning was good and complimentary. Overall I have been thoroughly pleased with my stay so far and will book again if I return for business trips.

From the beginning to end so far the stay was more than pleasant. Being New years Eve all the hotels were mostly booked and it was overly complicated to use the booking sites because the booking information was inaccurate but when I arrived here the staff was wonderful and they didnt even charge the over prices because of the holidays. Its truck driver friendly and thats especially important because Im a driver by profession. On time breakfast and great rooms... I will stay here again most definitely.

Great value airport hotel! We stayed a week ago, and we returned last night because it was such a good experience. Clean and spacious rooms, with microwave and fridge. Friendly staff. Comfy beds. Good breakfast. If youre looking for an affordable spot near the airport, I think this is a solid choice.

Actually, I am only giving it 4.5 stars although the staff was very friendly, the location is close to the interstate, it has airport shuttle service and hot breakfast. It is dated and in a somewhat state of disrepair. King room was clean and roomy with writing desk refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom was in trouble. I advise front desk personal and they thanked me for the report.I would stay again

I am in a Hotel about 20-30 nights a year for work. I stay at this location 4 times a year. This Hotel is perfect location less than 2 miles from my destination. It has been upgraded since my first stay and the breakfast is very good! In my opinion this hotel is an exceptional value. 4 years with the same staff as well, I feel at home.

Towels were old and worn. Breakfast was a delight. One of the best parts of the stay. There bed was clean and comfortable.

Was greeted by a very friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms are well maintained and clean. Beds are very comfortable with great pillows. Very quiet hotel which is great because I am usually sleeping during the day. Just wish the shuttle service was a little more punctual, or maybe the shuttle staff may need to be expanded.

Very clean, great staff. The parking wasnt to bad considering the parking lot size. The location was great with light traffic. The only downfall is that if you are a TV Watcher the selection of channels was very limited.My second stay here on 1/18/2020 was also pleasant. The cable TV has been upgraded, the breakfast was nice, clean quiet room and a friendly staff 👍👍

I was iffy about staying here after reading other reviews but those other other reviewers were right. This hotel is dated and in need of a major renovation. The location itself wasnt an issue for me like it was for others. Im not very picky about food and there was a Subways across the street that I pulled into before checking into my room. My room although spacious was questionably clean. I had a king with a sitting area. It had stains and I would not put any belongings on it or sit on it. The rug had squares patch jobs where pieces had been cut out and replaced. Its one if those rooms you wonder if it will have bedbugs, thankfully it didnt. On a positive note my room was quiet, beyond being able to hear some people walking in the hallway, I couldnt hear my neighbors at all. For th he price and one night I would stay here again if I had no other choice.

The first thing was I waited over 1-hour for the shuttle van pick up from the airport to the hotel- but the night manager provided me a discount on the first night of my stay so that was kind of him. I requested a non-smoking room on an upper level floor. The manager suggested I take the floor level room because he felt Id be more comfortable, but he still allowed me to view the upper floor level room to make my decision. Upon exiting the elevator I saw the dirty walls, filthy hallway floors, and trash located in the area that seemed to be have once been used for a ice or vending machine. It looked like a New York city tenement building up on the 3rd floor. Once I entered the room, I immediately saw the broken draw handles and the tissue box frame hanging off the vanity/sink area. The room was small and cramped feeling. I opened the bathroom door to the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke that seemed to be coming through the ventilation. I happily returned the 3rd floor room key to the night manager and choose the more comfortable 1st floor room. The hotel is clearly still in the renovation stage. Id suggest they complete renovations prior to welcoming guests to stay at their hotel, its not ready! However the front desk staff at Forest Park was really friendly and accommodating. I felt the hotel guests population was a little shady as well.

My overall stay was ok. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was good and well plentiful. Based on the subpar and below average room conditions I didn’t even bother going check out the pool or fitness center which is the 2 main amenities I look for when choosing a hotel. I just stayed there because I had paid for the room in advance and was new to the area. The rooms definitely need a makeover asap

The people working the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. Bed was comfortable, good water pressure in shower, and nice breakfast in the morning. The room was a bit dark in the sitting area. An overhead light would have been nice. Pictures on the wall would have made that room more comfortable-feeling. For the money, it was a good stay, and I would most likely stay there again.

I am from out of town and this was my second time staying here. The first time I had no issues at all b it this last time was a straight hell show. First off, when I made the reservation I asked that it be for myself plus two more people. I arrived and my reservation was for one person. They informed me of this and said if I wanted to add another person it’s an additional $10 per person. Not a problem financially but that’s not my error that’s as made. After that, I decided to have another friend stop by to see me (two to be exact) I was then badgered on how many people I had in my room. I asked “am I not allowed to have guests?” they stated “not after 8pm” it was 1pm this time so what difference does it make? After that was said and done I went to take a shower and discovered not one but two baby roaches in my bathroom and bedroom. Baby roaches mean the mother isn’t too far away. I voiced my concerns to the manager and was then hounded AGAIN on how many people I had visiting me. What does that have to do with anything pertaining to these roaches? After a conversation with the manager I was offered another room. I took it thinking this would resolve the issue, it did not. There were burn marks on the floor, stains on the toilet and not to mention when taking a shower the pipes would let out a scream that resembled an alarm or a siren. Again, this is my second time staying here and it might be my last. As a former housekeeper and a current customer service representative I am very big on satisfactory. So after all of that was said and done I was still charged full price for my room plus the additional $10. Wow, I would’ve thought with the roaches and lack of cleanliness the least we could’ve gotten is either a discount or an offer for a free night or something because I really like this hotel but after the sour taste that was left in my mouth I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. Nice hotel for the money. The staff were excellent and friendly. The shuttle attendants were polite, helpful and down to earth. A hotel is just a hotel but the staff is what people remember down the road. This was the perfect park and fly for our needs. We would use this hotel again in the future.

The room I booked was larger than expected, the beds were amazingly comfortable and mattress/bedding was plush. The room was immaculate. We were very pleased. After a long day of driving, this was exactly what we needed. The staff asked if we were coming or going to the airport and offered shuttle service if necessary for the next morning. I felt Vim and the other staff went out of their way for us to have an exceptional time during our stay. Bravo.

The hotel from the outside is pretty nice and clean. the customer service from all of the staff is outstanding and professional. Upon entering the room, I immediately checked the towels and thank goodness they were soft and clean. The beds are super comfortable and also, new from what I hear. The room was very spacious and the newly remodeled rooms adds a fresh look and modern feel. Front desk agents always greet me by my name, and thats impressive. Airport is about 10 minutes away. for the price, the hotel and services are most definitely worth it.

We selected this property because it offered hot breakfast and had a pool. Unfortunately although it was 80 the day before, their pool was empty so clearly not available. Tyrone was super patient with a difficult check in ahead of us. He was apologetic for the wait and really a pleasure to deal with when it was our turn. In the morning they had all the equipment, photos, and even plates and silverware out in the hot breakfast area, but nothing was there. The kitchen lady said no hot breakfast, talk to the manager. Vim was on duty, also very nice. He apologized for the missing breakfast and pool issue. He told me they had recently bought this property from Ramada and were still in transition. Why would you have Choice hotels photos and equipment promoting the hot items in their breakfast area, and promoting it on their website as a feature of this property yet not provide something hot to eat? I felt is depended on the day/how busy they were since they had cups for the waffle maker out and another guest said, oh, no hot breakfast today like there had been hot items before.We went out looking for a restaurant but both strip malls with food nearby had bars on all the businesses which didnt look like a good area to eat. We kept driving around until we found something that looked better, but it wasnt much. Arriving back at the hotel we noticed a second lobby area, with clearly a security window. We have never stayed somewhere that they felt this was necessary, so that confirmed this was not a great area to be in. We just needed one night in the area, and could have stayed in College Park, but thought this location sounded nicer and worth a few dollars more and couple more miles from our destination.Needless to say we didnt have a good stay and are not interested in returning. This was our first time in Atlanta and we arent likely to be staying in town again, but I hope this property cleans up their rooms, breakfast and pool problems soon. The staff was really trying which I sincerely appreciated, but too much fell short and the area was not comfortable for us. Our room was ok, a little tired. The tissue box holder was missing the cover so it falls on the floor if you get a tissue. The suite side of the room was larger and partly empty. We didnt have a table and chairs like most rooms, but that didnt really bother us. The bedroom and bathroom were disproportionately smaller than the suite side which seemed like a poor design.

The room were palatial in size, and the general furnishings and carpets were clearly recently updated. The bathroom fixtures still need updating, and the heating/cooling system is one where you set the fan either on or off to a certain level of temperature. There is not auto on/off - when you turn it on, the fan blows continuously until you get up to turn it off. This made it difficult to keep the room a reasonable temperature, but we just snuggled up under the blankets to keep warm at night. The staff were super friendly and made sure that all of our needs were seen to, and a decent basic breakfast was offered.

This recently renovated Quality Inn was the best Quality Inn I have ever seen! The rooms were large, clean, and had new beds. The breakfast served was more in line with what you see at Comfort Inns and Comfort Suites. The service was, by far, the best Ive ever experienced in a Quality Inn. The hotel provided free shuttle service to and from the Atlanta airport, where my wife and I caught a subway to downtown. Additionally, the hotel clerk/assistant manager remembered my name throughout the visit. I highly recommend this hotel.

My truck was in the repair shop and luckily this hotel has a shuttle that picks up and drops off at the shop. room was big and spacious, wifi could be a little faster, but not a big deal since the TV has a lot of channels. The staff always called me by my name and made me feel welcome and safe. overall I would come here if I was on vacation in Atlanta.

Tv didnt work; one set of towels in room, late check in after 11pm & front desk advised linens were in dryer, 30min wait!And why does housekeeping place stained pillowcase on pillow, front center???Obvious to me, take off put on another properly cleaned case.Or were the linens not changed??Makes me wonder! Decent price. Close to interstate. Not far from downtown Atlanta. Staff are nice. On the downside, Not enough parking spaces. Limited breakfast. Rooms could have been cleaner. Bathroom way too small. Didnt know they still made microwaves with a turn knob. Need to upgrade to digital.

I would recommend to any traveler looking for budget accommodations. The lobby is open, clean and bright, and welcoming. The room was huge, very clean with fresh paint, the bed was comfortable, and the AC/heat window unit was quiet. Breakfast was hot--sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles, and all the usual cereals, yogurt, juice, muffins, and coffee. There is park-and-fly available, and airport shuttle. Its a good value.
