This staff had excellent customer service skills. They were friendly and very attentive to our needs. Most of all, they went above and beyond to meet our need that same day. The staff isn’t slow as mentioned above in another review, they just really pay attention to the customer and work really hard and thoroughly to find the best solution for every customer. They don’t just push you out the door, they actually HELP you. They seem to really want to satisfy each customer and strive to do whatever it takes to make it happen. We’ve been coming to this location for years and they just keep getting better and better. We’ll be coming back here for years to come.

Worst customer service ever! After two days and two hours on the phone, no one can tell me why my appointment has been moved for another week.These guys promise everything and deliver nothing. Stay away from this store.It’s all a con job!!!

What a frustrating experience: 4 appointments and 4 cancellations, one after leaving my car there and waiting for 2 hours! An apathetic establishment filled with bored employees, best avoided unless you are *extremely* patient.

So slow, line out the door by 10 people in the heat. Told my husband it was bypass the line to get the key, then mDe him stand in line anyway. Bull!
