Only some of the staff here are polite, helpful, but most of them are not.We rent trailers from here. And for the most part they are ready and nice trailers have no complaints about it.But I think some of the people here do need better customer service training.

Really bad service drop trailer at least 2 days before come pick it up because I already have a load an they havent start working on it .. Recommendation wait for your trailer that same day you drop it so they could work on it asap ..

They have no word of honor.
