Paul Gonzales came out on time (as scheduled), he was professional, warm and respectful. He explained the problem in detail and recommended a long-term preventative solution to future clog issues. He also gave me knowledge of the issue that I was having with the toilet, so in case I ever experience the same situation in the future I will know what to do and how to fix it myself. Same day service to unplug, diagnose, mechanically clean and water jet aging cast iron home sewer main line. Job was coordinated by Frank with the assistance of Jose and the Jetting crew. Could not ask for better response and service from a highly professional crew. Equipment and trucks were very clean and in great shape. I highly recommend them including the phone service dispatcher. Jerod came at our appointment time. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The service was not completed until the next. No water over night. I believe the cost of the repair was expensive for digging at 5 ft. Long and 18 inches deep trench to replace PVC pipe .

We had 72 hrs. opt out of contract $500 deposit 11000$ to clear a clog opted out kept our deposit for materials purchased. They purchased zero materials. Would never trust Mr. Rooter !! Had nice high tech gear couldnt use it!!!

Jayson and Paul were amazing! I had an emergency issue come up in the morning and within 2 hours, I had multiple technicians out to find and start repairing my problem. They were courteous and friendly and kept me informed of everything they were doing, even working in the triple digit heat to get everything done. Would recommend to anyone!

Jeremy Hernandez was the service professional that helped me. He went above and beyond to help me with my toilet that was backed up from a months worth of baby wipes. He made sure that he got everything he could out of the pipes before he left. He also did a few test runs with the toilet and shower just to make sure he didnt leave without clearing everything. Great customer service !! I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs basic plumbing services !!!

It was late at night around 7:30pm and neither of my toilets would flush and just filling with water. Then I checked my tub and shower and both were filled with black, nasty water. I knew instantly I had a blockage. I called roto rooter immediately and they were out in about a half an hour. Kevin came out, real nice guy, and tried using a machine that breaks up the blockage. He tried and after awhile the blockage wasnt breaking loose. He said with this kind of problem the best suggestion is to have a hydro flush and it should solve the problem and once done it should last for many years to come. He said he could come out the following day and perform that. He said he would be out at 10:00am and he was punctual and was at my house at 10:00am. Within minutes the hydro flush had flushed the clog and everything was flushing draining perfectly. Very happy with the overall experience. From the initial call, nice call representatives, to the workers, all very nice and professional! I do want to thank Kevin for coming out late and helping me out and getting the problem fixed. Cant thank you all enough.

Upon arrival i was a little upset that neither of the two employees were wearing a mask. Out of respect I think they should have been. I asked if they had a mask and very relaxed said nah. I needed the drain unclothed so I just kept my distance. Being that both my wife and I work in a Emergency Room I do take precautions and expect someone entering my house to do the same. They started off with a price of $299 to remove the clog but I said I have other quotes coming so they went to $149. I signed to get the work done because I needed my restrooms back but I guess I did not read the whole contract and they put ai agreed to no warranty since they gave a discount. The service was lousy....they drains are still blocked and when I called they said I agreed to no warranty...I spoke with the manager Juan who said for $299 they can get back on the roof...I declined but basically wasted $149. Julio has very poor appearance and lousy attitude. For being a trainer and having a new tech with him you would think he would be a little more professional. Also he cussed alot and I have teo little ones. I would definitely not recommend using them for your plumbing needs !

I do most of my own plumbing repairs, but felt this project was a little to much for me. (leak in my main line feeding my fire sprinklers) Javier from Mr. Rooter responded within 40 minutes of my call. He was very professional, kind, and patient as I asked several questions. The work was exceptional, but very expensive. Since I am able to do most of my own repairs, I haven’t used a plumber in several years so wasnt prepared for the cost. Javier was very understanding and I truly felt he did his best to give me the best price he could.

Like other reviews, Wesley, Gabriel, and Martin worked their butts off on a Friday night and all day Saturday. I found them through home adviser and crossed checked social media for reviews. After being left high and dry for 5 days no working plumbing by another company sent to us through the homeowners insurance, these guys showed up within 20 minutes after my phone call. Gabriel assessed the situation. He was professional and so articulate in diagnosing the issue, I could understand all the problems in the house. Wesley came with a camera and showed us In even more detail what needed to be done. Their transparent approach to service makes it easy to make a decision on repairs. They all wear uniformsw makes it very easy to identify them, and they wear shoe covers when needing to come into the house. Very white glove service 👌. They repaired a toilet for us that was not installed properly and we have tree roots growing into our main pipeline. Weve finally had a main drain access installed as the home is over 100 years old. We will be having some additional work done with them and were looking forward to getting it completed. were in the middle of asking our insurance company what coverage there will be but everything else to date is working perfectly and we are extremely happy and we look forward to completing the next step of the project. Of course I had other honey-do wishes and while they where here, I added having them install a new faucet, which Im in love with!!!! I highly recommend this company. The service tech that came out was a scammer looking to overcharge for service. I had water hammering in my house and he said to change the fill values on 2 toilets for $325 if that doesn’t do it to add water hammer values on the washing machine. Then he said if that doesn’t fit it you need a new regulator which would be $2100 to repI fixed the regulator at Home Depot for $88 which a another plumber told me which one to get and that would solve the issue.Would not recommend this company they overcharge and change everything to fix the problem and increase the bill

Robert and Travis were able to repair our water main same day and did a nice job making it look like the broken pipe joint never happened. Also fixed the water pressure in our regulator at no cost. Thanks guys!
