Randy, is a true honorable business man from the old school. On my initial contact via phone it was obvious that he was attentive and understanding. He listens to what you have to say. He tells you what he knows and what works and then lets you decide. He does good work for a reasonable price. He and his helper were courteous and helpful. They came an extra distance to my place and worked quickly and efficiently. To be clear this Randy of Aaa Septic based in Fontana. He pumped out my septic tank system. He left me with an education on how to maintain my system. Yes, I will call them again when I need maintenance on the system.

Was very happy with AAA Septic. I try getting someone to come and pump out my tank on Saturday and the only one I was able to get was AAA Septic. The owner was right on time and very friendly and courteous. He left the Area clean, I didn’t have to worry about picking up after him. I highly recommend him, next time around I will definitely call him again, feeling bless ! and his price was what he Quotes on his advertisement.

I called Randy for an estimate yesterday to pump out my septic for the first time. He gave me a time and was out here on time. Randy and his assistant were out here for 4 hours digging and pumping my septic tanks. He send me pictures and gave me information on how often I should have it pumped. I would like to share my experience about Randy and AAA Septic! I was in a jam and needed someone to locate and pump out my septic tank. He was so professional and concerned about my situation. I didn’t know anything about Septic tanks and he walked me through it and made it a smooth ordeal. I tried calling others and got excuses. Randy got it done! They were fast and I thought they were doing a good job but my kitchen sink was still making a noise the next day I called a different company and they said that the other people didnt do a good job of cleaning.

I just clean my septic tank by this company and I am so happy because they did a great job and they pull out the lid out from my septic tank and they break all the feces and pump it. Before I contracted another big company that I dont want to mention the name. But they did a really really misfortune job!
