I dont know where to begin on this review! If I could rate this with zero stars I most definitely would! My order was quite simple, 8 tables, 45 chairs and 11 white table linens. When my order was delivered, the tables and chairs were in pretty bad shape and very filthy as if they were picked up from one party and dropped off at another right after without cleaning!! Not to mention that only 11 of the 45 chairs were actually in good condition!! The tables had colored ribbon taped to most of them and were pretty disgusting. The linens I ordered were horrible! Stains on almost each one I received! When I called to get replacements the person I spoke with had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was told that the chairs and tables were cleaned before every delivery, clearly as you can see in the photos below they are not. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I will definitely not be using them again. If youre thinking of utilizing this company for your next event, please look else where and safe yourself a headache!

This is a good jumper rental place, I have been using them for years and I have to say 8 out of 10 times they normally do a good job. They staff is efficient and willing to help. If there is something not to my satisfaction, they do show effort in trying to correct a wrong. Typically their jumpers are cleaned but if you are a clean freak like me well it doesn’t hurt to give it a extra wipe down. My last experience was great, Daisy was pleasant and courteous. I needed a jumper last minute and she came through for me. I have rented from other places in the past and this is place is the one I have stuck with because it meets my high expectations and that is rare. They do have brand new jumpers I normally request a jumper depending on the need for it like do I wanna try a brand new one or do I just need a whatever just need to pass the time kinda jumper. It all comes down to pricing it seems. Based on my past experience, they do tent to run extremely busy on the weekends so give your self plenty of time for delivery and pick up other wise you will be disappointed. They also have tables, grown up chairs, KID CHAIRS and tables so cute and so mush more.
WORST experience I’ve ever had with party rentals in my life! Our party was yesterday and I had ordered a mechanical bull which was suppose to arrive between 1-3 pm my party started @5. I actually called at 1 to ensure everything would arrive on time and was notified that the driver was on his way. I continued getting things ready and realized it was now 3:05 and no arrival yet so I called again and was told that the driver should’ve been here and they would call the driver and get back to me. I waited a whole hour no one called me. I called again around 4 and they kept hanging up on me or sending me to voice mail. I couldn’t get through until 4:40 and when I finally get a person they put me on hold!! Never picked up and hang up on me again! I immediately called back and notified them that if the bull would not be here in the next 10 minutes to cancel my order since our party was about to start and to no surprise the driver never showed! The whole point of booking in advance and reserving the items is to ensure things like this don’t happen. I trusted them to do their job right and was astonished at the unprofessionalism displayed, lack of communication and failure to deliver. This is definitely a company that can’t be trusted and will never use again!!
Where do I start? First off let me begin by saying I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. For one they called me 2 days before my party and asked if they can deliver my stuff a day early and I told them yes no problem. They told me that they would deliver between 10am-3pm, after waiting at home (I had a ton of things to do to get ready for the party) and waisting pretty much my whole day they called me at 3:30 pm to tell me the driver got sick and they would have to deliver it the next day between 9am-11am. They could have called me and let me know that way earlier so I wasn’t sitting at home waiting for nothing. So the next day(day of party) it was already 11:30 when I realized no one had came yet. So I called them and after 4-5 times of calling they answered and the lady said that she would call her driver and find out what’s going on but never called me back. So I waited another hour and still no delivery and at this time my party was about to start. My dad ended up calling them for me and the lady(who was supposedly the manager ) told him that she would call the driver and see what’s going on and call back. But again she never called. We started getting very irritated because we had a bunch of 13 year olds with nothing to do. When we called yet again the lady said that they are really busy and kept telling us the same thing bout trying to contact driver… so my dad asked bout getting a discount for the inconvenience and the lady told him ya that they would give us half off. So when the driver finally arrived well after the party started we told the driver bout the discount so he had to call the lady to confirm it and she lied and said she never said it. My dad had his phone on speaker phone when she said she would give a 50% discount so several people heard her say it and she said she never said anything like that. So apparently this business is extremely dishonest. There equipment is filthy and doesn’t even work right. The tables had bout 4-5 different colored party decorations taped to them so they obviously they don’t clean them. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I decided to go with this place because there is a lot of complaints. If your thinking about using this place, don’t. Go elsewhere.
As I read the last review I could not help to relate to it so much!!! I should have known from renting jumpers from here before their timing is horrible . Called me day before my delivery to drop off early ya they never showed and day off event should have been dropped off by 11 and didnt show up until hours later. How ridiculous!!! Sure the price may be the cheapest but if you want your rentals at a certain time DO NOT count on them to be there when you need them. And dont except them to give you any updates whoever answers the phone will just tell you they will be there dont worry . Ya you lost a customer, this wasnt the first time and I gave them not one but two chances and always the same....!!!
After reading some reviews I wasnt quite sure what to expect. I was very pleased at how prompt they were setting up the slide and bounce house. When the people came to set up they were very quick and once set up they were very thorough spraying and cleaning everything. My entire family loved it and we will for sure rent again.
The experience with the two beautiful receptionist was a total win-win. Their exceptional service made me want to give them a hug for their astonishing service. We need more people like this to work for parties. Whoo whoo!!!!
Vanessa at the desk is a unorganized, unprofessional, low class mess and has a five star on worse customer service. I recommend don’t waste your time with this company, not only the facility looking like a grave yard the staff has no communication with one another witch can lead to your problems.
I have been buying from them, since day one Ive had issues about delivery dates. They give a date to deliver my stuff and it gets delivered a week after, no big problem though. There are two things I want to highlight: 1. Vanessa always give a negative attitude and she always finds excuses for not doing their job the right way. 2. On 06/25/2021 I had to go to jump-n-jump in Fontana to get a waterslide fixed, after getting the slide fixesld I went to 7eleven to pump gas (I live about 3 hours away) one of jump n jump workers was pumping gas as well, to my surprise Martin (owner) got there pretty irritated and started yelling at the guy for no apparent reason. The poor guy seemed pretty ashamed for getting yelled at in front of so many people and yet the owner made it pretty obvious. In conclusion: jump n jump has horrible customer service and awful ownership, too bad for you Martin.
Jump n jump just keep on amazing me w/the jumpers outcome. 3rd time renting and its just keeps getting better and better. No complaints from my side. Besides what do u have next for me? Do not use this company. They called the day of and said they did not have my jumper I ordered the week before. After settling for a different jumper they showed up at 3 oclock for my 9 to 11 drop-off time. Terrible customer service
If I could give this company zero stars, than I would. I had ordered a jumper for my daughter’s birthday which started at 1 PM. The operator/receptionist told me the jumper would be delivered to my location no later than 11:30 AM. I had to contact the company at 11:30 to find out where it was because it had not shown up. They told me it was running behind and would be there at 1 PM. I explain this was unacceptable and I paid an additional delivery fee to ensure it was going to be on time. The jumper was not delivered until 4:00 PM. Needless to say it showed up three hours late and all the kids at the party had grown restless, some families had even left. They did not provide any discount or waive any fees. When the delivery driver arrived he stated he needed help as well to unload it so me and several other family members had to assist in setting up the jumper which to me, is unprofessional. I would strongly recommend staying away from this company.
I placed my order over a week in advance. (My party was on a Sunday) They explained to me that because I live far from them (hemet) they would be dropping off the jumper on Friday and picking it up Monday, I told her no one would be home until 4:30, she then gave me an attitude and told me that would be to late so I told her ok no problem we’ll be home all day go ahead and drop it off earlier. I then called out of work to make sure someone would be home to receive the delivery. I waited all day called around 3:30 to see where it was she said let me call the driver and I’ll call you back put me on hold then hung up. Waited a bit then called her back. She then answered with more attitude telling me she said she’d call back when she got a hold of the driver. Waited another 2 hours still no show so I finally called her at 5:15 and canceled the deliver and she tells me I still have to pay a delivery fee I tell her I’m not paying anything and she goes on to tell me her driver had to drive 2 hours to me and blah blah blah she knew when I spoke to her we lived far but still told me to expect it anytime she could of told us being that we’re far we would be at bottom of the list. I missed a whole day of work for no reason absolutely horrible customer service! Never going here again!
They have been great in the past aside from their website and the misleading option for Credit Card Payment online. Although it gives you the option for either Cash on Delivery or Credit Card when you order online, I was told in the past and again this year that the online payment was just to hold the order. In my opinion they should probably straighten that out. My biggest issue with them is the communication that they have internally. I placed the order online to be delivered between 9-11 AM. I received an email from them saying that they tried calling but they had too many numbers in my phone number when I went back and looked. My number appears twice on their email, both times, correct. I called them and tell them about the email that I got. They had a hard time finding my order but when they did, they basically asked me for the my information all over again, time (first time telling them the time verbally over the phone, not including the online order), place, where it would be (front yard, concrete, etc) which I answered during the online order process. Then they confirmed a price $4 and some change more than what the online order said. They asked if they could drop it off the day before, which I said yes to. They called me the day before in the afternoon and said their driver got caught up and couldnt make it but that they would be there tomorrow. I asked what time they would be here and they asked again, what time does your event start i told them people will start showing up around 12. They said that they would have it dropped off between 9-11 which was perfect and what I originally ordered and was told twice already. The fact that she had to ask another time, shouldve been a red flag. The next day (day of the event) I waited until 11:10 to call them to see where they were at? The lady on the phone said that she had me down for drop off from 2-4. I told her no, that was not correct, and that when asked twice it was always agreed 9-11. She called her driver to see where they were at and said that they could be there by 1. I told her that if they werent here by 1 then, not to come. They showed up at 12:58. Then when i asked what time they were picking up the next day, the driver showed me paper work that said 1. They showed up at noon and said that it was set to pick up at anytime. I asked them for the paperwork to see how all of this miscommunication could be happening but the driver didnt have it. Overall, the delivery crew, and even the lady on the phone were all nice, but all of the miscommunication that they have between their website and their office, along with the office and the drivers is ridiculous. It ended up being a bunch of minor things that added up to a bad experience. I will not be using them in the future.
Great service! I needed a water slide at the very last minute & Mimi was able to assist me in getting one. I was hesitant at first since I always rent from another company but they were sold out. I’m glad I rented from Jump n Jump! They delivered the water slide early than the scheduled time so I was not available but with no hesitation the driver gladly told me that he can come in 2 hours to set it up in my backyardwhich was the perfect time for me.Thank you again Mimi for your kind assistance & for giving me a new customer discount rate. I will definitely rent from this place again!!!
I placed an order for a disco dome and my first and most important question was are they Covid safe and sanitize well.. Well they are NOT !!! They came set it up and looked very dirty inside and out side !! They asked if I had a blower so they can blow out all the dirt and debris from inside and low and behold what flies out two old socks, both different colors!!!! Then the speaker did not work so they had to try to bring another one !!!!! I don’t care about the price but with this covid as bad as it is we have been home on lockdown and thought it’s my sons bday and just wanted to make it nice for him even if we couldn’t invite anyone.. but this will be the last time I order anything from this company AND I advise everyone else if you’re going to place an order do not place it with them... they are not sanitized or cleaned.. if at any time we get or my kids get the covid it’s from that dome!!!!’ Not Happy with service !!!
They are not quality. I don’t know what goes on here but if their jumpers come out deformed, then clearly something must be wrong. Some employees must not know how to measure because some of these jumpers are just all sorts of F’d up. Definite inconsistencies. Watch out people.
Such an amazing company, all the girls are so sweet in the office, they work with my budget, and don’t let me settle for less. It is affordable and easy!! I recommend them to all my friends and family, we have been renting with them for YEARS !!!
I placed an order online for a water slide on August 2nd. I received a confirmation and invoice for it, so I assumed that it was all set to go. BIG MISTAKE in trusting this place. My slide was supposed to be here at 10:00 am. At 10:15 I called to see where the delivery guy was. The lady who tried to help, put me on hold for close to 10 minutes, then finally got back on the line and said she couldn’t find my order, even though I told her the number that they gave me. No apology either. Just, “I looked in both of our systems and I don’t see it.” How could that happen unless they are totally dysfunctional and inept? It’s definitely amateur hour there. It must be run by people that don’t know how customer service works nor how to process orders. I have a house full of people, for a two year old’s birthday party, in 109 degree heat, with NO EFFING SLIDE!!! I’m so angry. It’s too last minute to get another one today. I called a dozen or more places, with no luck of course. So STEER CLEAR OF “JUMP N JUMP”.
Dont deal with them unless you want your kids to be disappointed. We reserved it, we got order confirmation. We got a call to confirm the reservation. Then on the day of the delivery, no one comes, no one calls. We finally call to ask where the water slide is, they said they dont have anymore and that they cancelled it. Does this make any sense? Great way to run a business. No communication, no resolution on how to resolve the matter. Just we dont have anymore and your out of luck. Beware.

Worst experience ever!!! I ordered a mechanical bull 1 week before my event and was told it will arrive the day of my event from 9am - 11am. I had plenty of guest show up and it did not arrive until 5pm, I kept calling to get an update on the arrival time and they would not answer. They also do not guarantee 100% that your item will work it’s a 50/50 . I will not recommend this place to no one .Very disappointing

Jump-N-Jumps unethical business practices.I rented their mechanical bull.They brought the first one and it did not work at all.They brought a second one that worked for approx. 15 minutes. I called and told them your bull is not working. If I could give no stars I would. I ordered from my daughters party due to covid-19 parks closed and could not have the party. So in order to not lose out on the money I put down for insurance I only had the option to move the jumper to another day, but unfortunately everything is still closed down and they still wont return my money. I will never order from them again!

Ordered a jumper for my daughters Halloween party for the fourth year in a row and this year I was disappointed. The jumper they brought was faded and torn I noticed that but honestly thats not a big deal. However that night when my daughter and friends went to use it we found the inside walls to be splattered with something. Also it wasnt holding enough air making it hard to jump. I assumed it was due to the multiple holes in its seams but when they came to pick it up they found a flap that the set up guy didnt close under the slide. They took some pictures and left. A waste of money.

I rented with them for my sons first birthday. They called me (I did not call them) this year to book them for his second birthday. They told me that it would be $60 instead of $75 because that’s what I paid the previous year. When they called I was driving and unable to make a reservation, I told them I’d call them later to book with them when I wasn’t driving.I called them today and they would not honor the $60 cost that they had called and given me.

I rented the Sumo suits for my sons birthday party. The suits where severely worn and defected. The helmets did not have straps and where held together with duct tape. Half the padding in the suits was missing or had shifted to another part of the suit which caused two of the kids to get hurt. I shared my concern with the driver who came to pick up the equipment. He did not speak english and shrugged his shoulders. I called the office on four separate occasions. 1st, the day after they picked up, 2nd, the Friday of that week, and 3rd, a week after that. The fourth time was three weeks after the party. Each time I was told someone would return my call. The call never came. They made no attempt to remedy my concern.
Weve been renting from Jump-N-Jump for a few years & have always been happy with their jumpers! I gave 4 stars because the tables & chairs arent always the cleanest but I dont find super clean party rentals anywhere.

Delivered extremely dirty chairs and 1 1/2 hour late picking up. Mind you my events at a park that closes at sunset. Its dark were getting kicked out and still no pick up. The delivery guy doesnt even speak english.
I was looking for a place to order everithing that I need for my Sons Party and a friend referrer me this place...I wasnt sure if was a good idea to call them I live in Pomona and I hesitate because the distance I call early morning 8am they where the only ones they anwer in my google search not even the local places in my area.They give me a good price and I like the bundle discount they have I order and pay w CC and everithibg was delivery on time as they agree.Was a really Good Exoerience.Now I am refering to my friends.

I needed a helium tank for my sons birthday party. I was referred to jumpnjump. When I called I got a price that I felt was ridiculous! Going forward this will be referred to as price number 1. I said no thanks and ended the call. They called back and left a voicemail with price number 2. It was more reasonable so I called back. When I called back I was again given price #2. So I booked. The week of my party I received a call stating there was an error and that I should be paying price #3 which fell about midline between the first price that made me hang up and the much better price that got me to book. I explained that I felt it was unfair and that I felt that they were changing it on short notice because they felt that I would be stuck. The woman was insistent that the best should could do was drop another 10$ off this 3rd price. After yelling and flipping out she eventually agreed to rent the tank to me at the price I booked it for. How wonderful of her right?!So I go to pick it up. I have two small kids at home at the end of a work day and I need to go. They write down for permanent record my credit card information which makes me very uncomfortable. The office feels anything but professional very dingy sagging in ceiling etc. The door clearly states that they take visa. I hand over this visa and they try to run it but cant. They wont take a check and I dont have enough cash. They have my credit card information and I ask if they can run it when their machine gets up and going. They firmly state that I cannot leave with the tank until the problem is resolved. That problem resolution was no brief task....I paced adn paced and paced for about 45 minutes. I eventually was granted the privilege of leaving the premises with the tank I had ordered at the price I had ordered it for.No One should have to fight this hard to be a customer. No One should have to fight this hard to get what they are paying for. The place is terrible. The location is terrible. The customer service is terrible. Dont do it just dont I will be returning my tank tomorrow and I will not be returning myself.

The terrible service I rented an awning for a party and it was totally dirty and disgusting full of mojo the employee Mireya an irresponsible one was left to solve the problem and decided to hide and not answer my calls my recommendation is not to rented in this place. I paid a lot for the rent and lousy service. And the walls were there but I couldnt open them because of how disgusting and what I paid was a lot for the terrible service
