Great variety in party supplies. They will also fill up balloons that you buy elsewhere. Down side is everything is expensive. If you buy candy and even if you do not open it you cannot return so dont get more than what you need. Staff is friendly and you can find everything here.

I found all the Dodger decorations I needed for my sons birthday

Avoid if possible! People their have no idea what theyre doing. Took 3 managers to try to figure out how to process a return and re ring transaction to apply a discount. After frustration of just watching them fail I gave them the solution on how to do it easily and I dont even work there!

People that wired.there playing on there cell phone never asked if I needed help.

There was a line to get in then there wasnt much to choose from. Most importantly the prices are just too expensive especially right now. Everything is going up and nothing is being done to stop price gouging.

Never really been in party city. Very organized. Busy but it was a Saturday and still helpful. What surprised me was not a big selection of birthday cards. My suggestion would b have planned party organizers on staff. Nice store!

It has a lot of stuff. Its a bit pricey thought. I wanted some skeleton stockings. It has a great variety. I didnt buy anything but it gave me great ideas. The customer service was nice

I really like party city. There is so much stuff to check out there even if you arent actually throwing a party. Plus the holiday stuff is always cheap right after the holiday is over so you can stock up on decorations and all that for next year.

I ordered my list of things online and said CURB SIDE PICK UP Ready so I go down to the store and call so someone can give me my items that I already purchased and told me that the employees are not allowed to go out the store that I would have to come inside to pick it up and supposedly finish my transaction! But I told them uhhhh I thought this was curbside pick up and I have a sleeping baby in the car . Makes no sense !!! The one in Rialto does curbside pick up and you stay in your car while the employees leave your items in your trunk ! So Rialto party city is better !!!!!!!

I went to buy a Halloween costume for my grandson. I expected it to be a crowded mess. It was crowded, however it was not a mess! They had a very well organized system. There was plenty of staff on the floor to assist customers. The checkout line was long but it moved very quickly. Check you Party City for being so efficient and making this experience pleasant!

I found online what I was looking for and it said that this store had 4 in stock, we went there and there were zero in stock. This was the case with SEVERAL items I was searching for for my daughter’s Rapunzel themed birthday. Staff was nice though and helped me search the top bins.

They are still open so thats nice.

My family and I were being followed around in the store and constantly asked if we needed help. I don’t know if its because the color of my skin or if I was shopping in there to long either way it’s not okay!!!

Party city has a good assortment of supplies from kids birthdays to 75th anniversaries. Most items are decently priced but you can spend a fortune in a half minute. Get your balloons blown up by them as opposed to buying a tank. The cost is not much different and saves you the hassle. They also sell costumes year round and especially during Halloween.

Too expensive, & they seem to have a attitude.For a single ballon it’s 1.99, I’m talking about the small ones you blow up .Then to fill it with helium it’s another 2.00, for each one . So one blown up balloon is 4.00,smh.I went over to dollar tree ( literally next door) and found all the things I needed for a dollar .

It was just ok for me they didnt have a lot of what I needed, so I had to drive down the hill.But over all its just average

Staff of Millennials so do not expect great service. one of the staff was amazing the rest dont understand when theres a line use the other register. Its Party City thats where you go to get stuff nothing else to add.

This is a privately owned Party City. The prices are increased drastically compared to the regular party citys. Just drive to rancho Cucamonga and save. How do you charge 10.99 to fill up a balloon I brought in, but 12.99 to purchase one with helium already in it 🤷‍♀️.

Clean and wel organized. The only bad thing I keep experiencing is that there are like 3 or more employees by the register and only one helping costumers.

Would be nice if they advised what items can and cannot be returned. Be aware and make sure you ask before you make a big purchase. Not very happy with Party City in Fontana.

Didnt have holiday items

Bad customer service, I went in for a return and they couldnt process my return because they didnt have enough cash on the register so I had to drive to the party city in rancho. They processed my return successfully.

This party city hires incompetent & dumb people. If you go here often you know what I am talking about. Terrible service & nobody can evan answer simple questions about products they sell. Then I called the Rancho store with the same exact questions & they were able to answer every question. HmmmGo to the Rancho store!! Qualified, competent staff!

Partying with your shopping for a good time

Balloons lame in less than 24 hours. I purchased mylar and latex with hi float compound at an extra cost on Thursday morning. They were lame by Friday afternoon! Very embarrassing display of balloons for my mothers birthday event. Dont use this party city!

I witnessed an employee at party city whom I’m also guess was the manager be very passive aggressive with 3 customers while I waited in line to purchase my merchandise. I’ll never spend another dollar with party city again
