Very helpful employee.... today I visited the 99 getting off work from a long day... going in for one thing hahaha yeah right... so Im walking with my hands full in the produce department still in my uniform dropping my items... and an employee named Jose spotted me from across the way and offered to get me a cart... I absolutely took him up on his offer... and I cant thank him enough ... 🙂

Ok so today wasnt the best visit to 99 but I did find what I needed.I know when the store is packed its hard to be speedy at checkout, but with only 2 registers open and both with lines more then half way through the store a supervisor/ maniger could have helped/ opened a new register

Today it wasnt too crowded. We found everything we needed. They really have done a good job of organizing the store. We enjoy shopping there now.During Covid-19 this is one of the few stores that did a great job keeping us safe. Thank you

Store needs a deep cleaning and many shelves were empty. The young man stocking the soda and water aisle did an excellent job. It was cleanand beautifully displayed.

The store is looking much better and the employees are very nice to me they know me as constant regular. They are so nice to me they talk with me and thats a huge #1 with me. I enjoy the personal kindness ☺️☺️☺️

Messy store. Parking lot being repaired, so good luck finding a parking spot in this rough area. I left within 5 minutes. The store was cluttered, in addition to that, the 99 always have cool stuff. The guard had on face gear that is not aligned with the CDC standards.

The 99 cent store has not been a .99 cent in years. Its a miracle to find any thing for 99 cent. Most everything is $2.99 on up to very high prices. There bananas are even more expensive then Walmart. There still some things are 99 cent there. Not much! Even there little paper notebooks are now $3.00 higher. What ashamed! Used to be a good store.

Hit the 99 cent store again. Needed a new aux cable for my phone. Also got a new car charger. Both for a dollar each. Cheap but good quality merch. Love it. 😀

My first time experience shopping here was good because I liked the variety available of each department. The only thing that I noticed needed some improvement was the bathroom.

Ive been going here almost every week since I live close by for more than 7years. So far all of the staff are friendly and helpful, eventhou sometimes I dont understand Spanish.. But they never give up to help me. Godbless Sierra 99c store.. I love them all!

Friday at lunchtime, it was pretty busy in there. We found the good deals we were looking for, and Silvia opened a new checkout lane when things began getting busy. While I was paying, this miserable man put an overflowing basket in front of her before my transaction was even complete. She asked if he wouldnt mind taking them out of the basket and he flatly told her that she was going to do it, and then began openly berating her for HOW she removed the items (they were packed in there in such a way that he clearly didnt care about fragility) and then mocked her responses back to him.. I thanked her and left, but he seemed the type to complain... so if management sees this- that guy was a real pill, and hospitality workers are taking the brunt of it this holiday season. Im sorry Silvia 🧡

I get lots of cookies and soda, but bunch of the items dont have the promised price

I asked a cashier how much the cases of water were, no sign to say, his EXACT response I really have no idea...ummmmm....wow

The only thing I dont like about this spot is that theres always homeless people outside and people giving out government phones. I dont mind that theyre there its just that theyre always pushing you to get a phone after youve already said NO. Other than that the store always has cool seasonal stuff for the holidays and what not. They have recently added a refrigerator with vegetables so thats cool. They do have various groceries available like eggs, milk, cheese etc. and a variety of fruites.

The store is still a dump inside and out illegals selling on the property very unclean receiving area is flooded and trashy floor in store is dirty product on the floor no friendly employees homeless people and phone people making it look bad this needs to be fixed

Got a bunch of different items, they even have some fruits and vegetables but I was to scared to by any of those 😯. But you cant beat the prices thats for sure! 😉

I spend a lot of money there, its one of my favorite consumable item stores,, BUT! Do not put your expensive phone down in a 99 store!! They will give it out to whoever will take it and then management will claim no resonsibility and will not even assist in its recovery. Other than that i love the place.

I love 99¢ stores. I find many of the things I love there for a great bargain. A lot of time, they are the only store that carries the brands that I like. The addition of the groceries is great. I usually stock up on my fresh fruits & veggies. Unfortunately, this store is very dirty looking, or maybe its just terribly old & dingey looking. I am used to the stores in the Palm Desert area so this one was quite shocking.

If I could I would give it 0 stars. I will never go to this store again just because I have colored hair dose not mean I have no money. While at this store some fat white girl was following us row to row like if we were going to steal something. I have my money I dont need to steal anything especially from some cheap 99 sent store, am not going to loose my children and go to jail for something so petty like that and then they went as far as to look at us all the way out the store looking at our cart like if we had something. It was very degrading and i felt harassed. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. I even talked to the manager and he didnt seem like he cared. I will be calling corporate.

I frequent the 99 Cent Stores. I went to the store on Randall and Sierra this evening. You know you only go for one item which is $0. 99 well I came out $64 worth of 99-cent items. I am in the process of organizing my home and I found quite a few of items that will help me establish my goal of organizing my home. The 99 cent store is the way to go.

I love the 99 cent store, I always find what I need. Everything is clean and organized and it helps me when i want to express each holiday in my home.

The store cleanliness and service deserve a 5 star rating. However, the parking lot and pavement is a minus on the 9verall experience. Outside the store is ground dirt and tons of filth not befitting of any sales environment. I will report this to their corporate office.There are oftentimes loiterers on the walkway. These should be handled by public officials.

So many people underestimate this store. They have great things. Their Halloween decorations aisle is better than Walmart and other stores... Plus its a dollar.

This store is probably the best of the 99 cents stores in the Inland Empire. It has really good products and are really cheap.

The was dirty and the lines was long only one register was opened I will never shop there again.

Its a fairly big 99 cent store with alot of inventory and fully stocked.(on the day I went) Parking is not so great.

This .99 cent store needs to upgrade could be much better, compared to other .99 stores.

Bad service

The bathrooms were gross and nasty p and toilet paper all over the floors also expiration dates on some of the merchandise were expired some areas where kept neater than others. And they only had two cashiers available and the cashier that served us was one extra cashier that took us and didnt even wrap our glassware.

I went shopping there this weekend, it was 115 degrees outside and these people dont have their central air conditioning working?? It was hotter inside the store than it was outside WTH!! All of their chocolates near the registers were melting, a lady said even the frozen fruit inside the freezer was defrosting, I felt so bad for the workers performing under those conditions, I wont be shopping there anymore. Try and get away with that in Rancho Cucamonga you wont have any customers shopping there but you would be getting lots of complaints!

This store always gets different kinds of things and they are always one month ahead prepared for any occasion Halloween/Christmas/Easter etc love it ...

Exellent prices, long wait to pay.
