The office was clean and sanitized. High tech equipment and it everyone was professional. Dr. Rivera was gentle on my teeth and gums. Jackie the assistant manager was very helpful and informative. Belen did a nice job keeping the appointment joyful.

The only problem I had was waiting in my car for my appointment. The other thing is they don’t do root canals I would have to go somewhere else if I decided to do root canal. They explained everything to me so I could understand and gave me prices for different options

I went to a appointment I had 12:45. I got here on time and as well provided ahead of time my information that they said if I have my information I’d number they will be able to verified before & attend me faster. I waited a whole hour to still not be seen by the doctor when I can hear laugh and joking from associates in the office. Is this the type of service is allowed in your offices? I came here as a kid and returned with my own benefits to be treated with this much wait? I’m at the location in California on Sierra Ave off the 10 freeway.

Had a good visit here, the staff was very kind and straight forward with the check up. The wait time was a bit long, but understandable with all the sanitation procedures they do after each patient, least I know every thing is clean and safe. Dr. Jose Rivera is excellent, he makes me feel calm and comfortable, as I am normally full of anxiety going to the dentist. He is a calming Dr. and is an extremely skilled Dentist. Additionally, the entire staff is very friendly and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Western Dental in Fontana.Bell Cruz did a great job on X-Rays. The Dentist and the Assistants were terrific also, and made me feel comfortable and I felt less anxiety while I was there for a deep cleaning.

My 4 year old daughter was taken care of and treated well by both glorias, they made it easy and fun for her I would recommend western dental to friends and family I’m a satisfied mom.

If you need a GREAT dental office, with excellent customer service, Western Dental in fontana on Sierra Ave and Valley, is the one you want and need to go. Dentist Rivera is one of the best dentist youll ever know. Throughout the whole session he made sure I was doing fine and was comfortable. The whole staff is very professional, sensitive, and friendly. But I want to give a special thank you to Peter, Lorie, Jose, Rachael, Gabby and Dr. Rivera. Last time I went to a dentist was around 10 years ago because I get super nervous and scared. You guys made me feel very comfortable to the point that I wont miss my appointment every six months from now on with you guys.

I waited for two hours after my appointment time to get seen, just for them to tell me that I have to reschedule for my basic cleaning. Completely ridiculous, they told me they were short staffed, I’ve never went to a dentist where they don’t treat basic cleaning on the same day. I literally called off work just for this and have to come another day for them to do a basic cleaning. I immediately switched dentists after coming here. I’m never coming back here ever again.

Last time I visited this place was august, 2020 and never came back after a HORRIBLE experience. The doctor, forgot his name, but he’s of old age, Mexican with glasses, gave me an anesthesia that accelerated my heart rate, made my legs go numb, and blood pressure drop. I have never felt like that, I damn felt like I was gonna go into cardiac arrest. I told the doctor, seemed like he knew wth had just happened but tried to gaslight me into saying it was normal. I now visited a new, great dental office and told them about my experience at western dental and how I am now terrified of local anesthesia, and the doctor told me that the doctor at western dental most likely injected the local anesthesia into a blood vessel and that caused tachycardia (irregular rapid heart beat), perioral numbness (restricted blood flow to a part of the body) and drowsiness. This is medical negligence, and I regret not making a claim about that doctor that same day because I was uneducated about what just had happened. I am young and healthy but someone of older age could have potentially ended up harmed. Also while they were doing my cleaning, him and his assistant were talking smack about other employees, how unprofessional is that, no one wants to hear a doctor talk shi* about other staff members during a visit. DO NOT recommend this location at all.

Unorganized office. Their billing system needs updating. The corporate office and local offices really need to communicate and work together when it comes to billing and customer inquires. If theres an issue with billing--they just tell you that they cannot see you and refer you to the corporate office. The local office does nothing to help facilitate the process. They basically say, its your problem to contact corporate and to tell corporate that they need to update our system. We will not return to this place again.

Was not helped until an hour and a half after my appointment because the specialist was “busy”. I kept getting told to go find “x” person instead of being walked over to them. Miscommunication between the staff and lacking in basic customer service skills. If you want to sit in your car for hours and not get any sort of apology come here!

I would never recommend this place to anyone I know. They are not honest and all they want to do when you come in is sell you their products and make up an excuse on why you need their products. I fell for their lies and now Im stuck having to pay for a product I have not received and do not want. I in fact do not need their gum treatment for swollen gums but they made it very persuasive. My husband came in the week after and he has great teeth and they tried to sell him on the same thing for a different reason. They said that I can not get a refund because they already made an imprint of my teeth but when I came in for braces consultation I told them it was too much and they said I could use my care credit that I got for the gum trays and they would hold off on the treatment and apply that to my braces. I asked them if I would have to pay extra to get a new imprint of my teeth since they were no longer going to be the same after the braces and they said I would not have to pay again to get new gum trays made, yet I am unable to get a refund because they already sent for my trays to be made. Tell me how does that make any sense? Also, if I needed these gum treatments why are they willing to hold off 2 years to do it? Thats how long they said I would need braces for. They are liars and scammed me.

They always keep us waiting forever. We just went and they kept us waiting for almost 2 hours. They keep on saying we need x rays every 6 months. But you are only supposed to get it l to 2 years apart. The only reason they do it is because they get extra money and too much Radiation is not good for kids because it can cause cancer. One thing I know we are not going back and that’s FINAL.

Shame on you Western Dental for trying to convince my elderly mother to sign forms for her to get $15,000 in debt without having my father who financially supports her there. Pressuring her to sign the forms knowing she doesnt work and has no income beside her social security. You still continued to call her and tell her she doesnt need my dad to sign for her. You would be happy with having an elderly women in debt knowing she cannot afford to pay $15,000 back. You guys are so money hungry.

Had my appointment at 10am today. I arrived 20mints before my appointment to sign in. Had to wait in my car to be called in. Was called back in at 10:15. They took rubber impressions of my teeth and had a deep cleaning done. Was scheduled another appointment for the following week and done with my treatment by 11. I was amazed how fast and professional they work not to mention Belen Cruz you just gotta love her personality. I was mentally ready to wait and stay longer. So happy I was wrong now I have the rest of the day to do anything else.

PLEASE READ. The way this facility is ran is not professional. My grandmother went in last week for an exam AND cleaning. Exam was complete, however they told her to reschedule for the cleaning because the Doctor was busy. Ok, sure...lack of professionalism considering that was what the appointment was initially for, but sure (she was there for hours). We go in the next week, ONLY for a cleaning. Appointment is at 10:30AM, go in at 11:10AM, lying down waiting for a cleaning, when the doctor comes in and says he needs to go sign some papers (its 12:10PM). Couldnt wait any longer because of another appointment my grandma had to get to and by the way everything was running, there was no idea as to how much longer wed have to wait for her cleaning. This process should have taken an hour if appointments were respected. I understand the precautions and following CDC guidelines, however there is no professionalism in scheduling appointments without respecting them. You have people waiting outside of the facility in high temperatures! KEEP MERIT WITH YOUR APPOINTMENTS. Obviously the Doctor is too busy, so please schedule appointments accordingly. Thank you for following regulations, but also show empathy for patients, dont make them wait in the heat for hours. Its unfortunate that due to insurance and other factors, switching to another dentist is not feasible.You know its too much so reduce and expand appointment times for the sake of the patient and to create a safer environment during this pandemic.

I really like this place, staff are nice, but today when getting my wires changed the lady, who was very nice, kept adjusting her mask then continued working in my mouth, and then when trimming the wires from my braces some of the small metal fragments fell in my mouth and I had to spit one out. I just hope I didnt swallow one.. Everyone was really nice, this is my one bad experience, and I would still come back.

At first they attend you well but what bothered me after they don’t care and they will leave you waiting for 2 hrs but other than that the good.

Tone was rude and honestly seemed very disorganized. Wait was ridiculously long, they seemed to get distracted very easily and forget about patients. Doctor is completely unprofessional and it is blatantly obvious they do not care for their patients. Service was appalling, truthfully would probably get better customer support at a McDonald’s.

The female doctor that performed my extraction did an amazing job!!! She numbed me pretty good and did the extraction quick!

Danny was an amazing and comforting employee. He was so helpful. He would explain step per step of what was going to happen next and if I had questions he would take the time to answer my question. I will definitely be keeping this as my primary dentist.

Generally, I do not like going to see the dentist, but everyone here is super kind and helpful. They really put my mind at ease. Ive had fillings and wisdom teeth removed here, and both experiences have been very positive and relatively painless. I would recommend coming here.

Rude stuff. The ladies in the front always having an attitude in person or on the phone it doesnt matter. I never say anything because Im nice. But theyll consistently be rude to you. The actual dentist are okay. But truly horrible, rude staff.
