Usually hate going to the Dentist, but everyone is great at New Image Dental. They explained everything from the procedures to my insurance and it didn’t even hurt!

The staff is so caring! And the Doc knows his craft! I like the fact he is investing in next generation technology - although small but still have to appreciate professionals not afraid of new technology.

Very RUDE service from the receptionist and dentist. It’s ALL business here. For example I simply needed an antibiotic for my gums and they said I needed a deep clean (I def do not need that, they just want your money). The receptionist said “deep clean or nothing, we will not provide you with regular clean here”. The receptionist also lied about what the insurance covered over the phone! As soon as I refused she gave me the WORST attitude as well as the dentist I’ve ever seen in customer service. She even sighed, harshly placed my documents at my face && onto the counter. The dentist shrugged. It was an awful experience/experiences here. Moved on to a different location. Also the dentist messed up my bottom retainer due to how he regular cleans the mouth. Good luck here!

The best experience so far I ever had at a dental office. Everyone is really nice and the time you spend seems to fly by. I’ve had multiple work done here and I couldn’t recommend a better place. Thank you so very much New Image Dental.

This was a new dentist office for my husband & I. The atmosphere was very relaxed we felt very much at home. The front office was very friendly and had all our information, so it was as she had known us prior to this visit. We had initial visit with the Dentist was great very friendly and open to all questions took time with us as to make sure we were comfortable. The cleaning was one of the best I have ever had. Marie took her time, making sure we were OK with what was going and answering any questions we had. I have to say once she was done my teeth felt smooth and fresh. Our appt. was in May and my teeth still feel great. It is not very often you go to the dentist and feel at home and comfortable with what is going on in your month. Great job, will let others know what a great office and staff at New Image Dental in Fontana.

Had a great experience very friendly staff and reasonable prices

First time at this CA dentist, much better experiences in AZ at other dentist office a few months prior. Unfortunately, this place although they have decent service enjoys giving patients a run for their money. Disappointed that they do not have the patients best interest at heart, just their pocket book. Deep cleaning took about 15 minutes, and was provided one option agree to deep cleaning our they will not clean teeth. Wish I had picked up on that clue and walked out then and there.

My husband went for a consultation and had a very bad experience. Especially with the office manager. She had told him that she talked to me over the phone about what our insurance covered, which she lied because she never did. Then she started to give my husband attitude, and told him that usually people know what their insurance covers, uh hello if we already knew how much your office chargers and what our insurance covers then whats the point of her presence.. I am sorry if you dont like your career then do something about it. She was very rude and unprofessional. She needs to stop making assumptions and actually do her job.

My family uses New Image Dental exclusively. They never try to sell you things that you dont need, and are always up front and honest about what they think is best for you!I recently went in with jaw pain, and they did x-rays and determined that I grind my teeth in my sleep. I was fitted for a guard at night, and can pick it up next week!Additionally, I have wanted Veneers since I was in middle school but never felt comfortable until I talked to the staff here. I went in with a gap-toothed smile, and came home with a gorgeous smile. Pricing was very reasonable in my opinion. And you cant really put a price on the way a new smile changes your life!They were so well done, my coworkers have been staring at my teeth for days! Even my Mother-In-Law wants to have a consultation to have them done! I couldnt be more pleased!I definitely recommend! Thank you!
