Jose, Luis and his whole team are truly a Godsend! I have known Jose for literally years when he used to be on Citrus in the old smog place spot. He is one of the most honest mechanics that youll ever meet and hell do his very best to get your car back to running condition. From that 1st day when he did my 1993 Acura Legend electrical window repair to the 1st 2016 Kia Souls several Collision repairs (2017 was rough year) to my current 2016 Kia Soul with its engine issues, Jose has always done right by me and has been real and true. So, if youre looking for real, honest and experienced mechanics, please go to Jose. I truly dont trust anyone else when it comes to any of my cars. Thank you, Jose, Luis and the whole team! I truly appreciate you all and I dont know what I would do without you.

I can say that Monroys is one of the most honest mechanics that I have been too in years. Ive had lots of work handled here; Oil/Brake changes, A/C work, radiator swaps, etc.... What makes this auto repair so great? The communication that their customer service provides.

100% honest quality work. Been coming here for years with all my cars I’ve had and never had one singular issue with their workmanship. Had all sorts of work done from suspension, Air lift air bags, a/c, shocks, springs, fuel lines, basic mantiance. You name it and it’s basically been done....

I’m new to the Fontana area and needed a shop ASAP because my truck didn’t pass the smog test. I went to Monroy’s because of the reviews it had. I went in and Luis at the front desk is so amazingly nice, answered all the questions I had. I had to leave my truck overnight and Jose who did the work on it called me the next morning gave me my total for the work it was going to need, he never made me feel pressured to anything and was very honest. Vibes are never wrong. So I went ahead and got the job done there. You guys have made me a permanent customer!! Thank you guys! Your customer service and work is amazing!

Needed a part replaced and a quote for price; took it the next day, gave me a quote, and was able to do the replacement in less than 30min!! Was so grateful. Especially being out of state, wasn’t sure about the auto shops around the area, this was a great place to go to. Reliable and affordable!!!

I came here to get my car checked out after going to two other mechanics and still having the same problem with a squeaking coming from my car. Came here and the first day was told that my back brakes needed to get replaced instead of the front brakes which I was told was the problem twice by two other mechanics. (This wasnt what I came in for but was glad to be told that its something I should check out!) Further on, told the same day that the noise is coming from my suspension and was given however much time I needed to go and see estimates if I wanted too with other mechanics. Came back the next day, dropped my car off & he even stayed with it after the shop closed to get it done and called me right when its done to get it picked up. Warranty & even encouraged me to drive my car to make sure the problem was fixed, I know not too much about cars but he showed me whats wrong and explained things well. Highly recommend! And with any other problems will come back. :)

So it’s now been over three years that we’ve been coming here and are very happy and satisfied with the customer service and repairs done to our cars definitely recommended for good prices and good service thank you Jose and staff. My 06 Chevy hhr is running great with my engine rebuilt ! My car has 220000 miles and was burning oil like crazy and it was time to get my rebuild. You have helped me more than you and i appreciate all you do I know it’s you job but i will tell all my friends about your shop you are a very honest and trustworthy. You have a customer for life thank you!P.s As a woman it’s nice to go to a shop and know you won’t be taken advantage of because your not a man. I’ve been to other place I definitely don’t feel that here.
