I drove my car to the shop for an appraisal.My car was taking a part to do the appraisal without letting me know, now I have to use a tow truck to get it out of there.Warning warning warning ⚠️⚠️

Overall they did a good job. We had a little hiccup with a missing part but they ended up coming through a resolving the issue.

I found this center through a referral from my insurance and their collaboration with my insurance and nearby auto rental services were seamless. I worked with Janeth and we came up with a plan that was cost effective. The work on the car bumper by the technicians exceeded my expectations. I was kept informed via VM, Email and Texts and would return if I needed to. They offer a life time warranty on all parts they replaced, so long as you remain the owner of the vehicle.

This is my second vehicle Seidners Collision Center in Fontana, California has done body work to repair damage done to them. On both occasions, they have restored my vehicles to their original condition as if the accidents have never occurred. Their craftmanship is of the highest level and their estimators are very helpful and professional.

They kept me updated with calls and texts, actually much better than any other body shop i have been to.the repairs were completed on time, i am very satisfyied

My daughters car was in a collision, my insurance company referred us to this location. They were very informative every step of the way. They finished my car before the estimated date & their was an indentation that I noticed, they had me return the car the following day & provided me with a rental & it was fixed the same day. I was very satisfied with their service & if ever needed I will return back.

I was rear ended in the beginning of the pandemic and chose Schneider’s for my repairs. They were such a pleasure to work with. All work was done in a timely manner and they ever completed the work before the estimated time.My car upon pick up looked brand new and had been cleaned.I would recommend them as the were very professional and kept me updated throughout the process.

All I can say is wow!! My bumper was all messed up and I took it to this shop, the car looked sooo amazing when I got it back but not only that, I was informed about how my car was coming out and also got it sooner. Something extra that I was so grateful for was that they returned it to me cleaner than how I ever had it. Don’t go anywhere else to get your car fixed, go here. I promise you won’t regret it.

Ive used Seidners previously and the repair went very well. This time a strange noise along with squealing brakes and a hesitancy when I braked developed a few days after I picked up the car. The body work itself was quite good but mechanically theres something wrong. I phoned regarding the issue and was told I needed to come in during the week when a manager is available. Unfortunately Ive been having medical issues that have required my going out of town at various times during the week so Ive not been able to get to the shop. My rating is more related to not performing the repair correctly the first time. The inability to visit the shop on a Saturday, which is more convenient for me and probably most working or otherwise busy people is also part of the low rating. There is a limited lifetime warranty on the repairs as long as one doesnt take it to an outside repair shop. So, now Ill have to balance getting my medical care with taking in my car. What a life.

Outstanding service! Very good customer service, I loved the daily text message updates and they got our car fixed in half of the time they committed to, the job is flawless and they even provide a driver to take you back and from your place to the shop. Recommended!

I asked them several times to check my struts, they told me the struts were worn out on my 2016 vehicle. Worst of all they did not reinstall one of the struts correctly and left a wrench in the other. I had to go to another shop to get a second opinion. Pros are that they washed my car and the customer service was good as they were timely and consistent in communication.

It was a great experience, my car was done in 5 business days! Seidners is the place to go!!

Janeth helped with my repair and car came back new again. Paint job was flawless, nessessary parts replaced and you could never tell it had been worked on. They even washed it before I got to the shop to pick it up. I would recommend this shop to my family.

Learned experience while conducting business with Seidners (Fontana) to repair damage to my car, caused by a distracted driver that hit our car; rear end collision. My point of contact was Patrick F. whom I had very little communication with during the course of the repairs to my vehicle. The reason why I had very little communication was simply due to the fact Patrick was updating the shops website every other day with photos and status reports on all of the latest repairs. Towards the latter part of taking delivery of my vehicle I was introduced to Josh the manager...I was blown away by his attention to detail, understanding and knowledge of the business. Web site says they close at 5:30. I called them at 4:30 and said I would like to bring my truck for an estimate, but when I called they said if I didnt make it in 15 minutes I would be out of luck. I race down with my family and fill out all the paperwork myself only to have someone look at if for 5 seconds and tell me to take my truck somewhere else because of the minor surface rust. I think because I was not going to use insurance and pay out of pocket that I wasnt worth their time. I recommend you take your vehicle to a shop that truly takes pride in repairs. This place only cares if you have a high paying insurance policy. I will say that the lady that helped me outside was nice.

I took my sedan in after a car accident in 2017. They made the car look like new on the cosmetic part of it. They replaced the radiator on my car and after about 7 or 8 months my car started overheating. So I contacted them and they told me that everything they fixed was working properly. I took my car to the dealership I purchased it from originally in 2015. Turns out that Seidners Collision Center did not fix my car properly and failed to wire the car properly ( they connected the engine temperature sensor wire to the ambiant temperature sensor which caused the engine to get too hot and blew the head gasket on the engine) and they told me that they werent gonna do anything for me since the parts they replaced were working properly. My car only has 58,000 miles and is 3 years old i nearly lost the vehicle do to them failing to do there job correctly.

I went there to complain about the color match on my car about two weeks agoAnd I still havent heard from them yet
