I’ve been statefarm for 6 years and this was my last month with them. After being a customer for 6 years with 0 type of review for 0 accidents on my record but very quick to increase my payment when I got a ticket .. it’s easy to say this why I will be leaving.When getting into a hit and run I will say their service was quick and painless.I decided to get quotes elsewhere because it looks like my prices would only be increasing each year. When I called to cancel they asked 0 questions and cancelled it right away. Not the best customer experience, I would think you would want to retain your customers. After canceling they still proceeded to charge me and say that it was already scheduled with corporate and there was no way to cancel the automatic payment. I would have been more understanding had they told me that when making the cancellation.

I have been with Phil Cotheran for a little over 18 years and every time I try to get a quote to lower my insurance payment nothing beats the quality and price!! Great company. Thanks Phil and staff!

I am the type of person who likes to see and talk to other people. When I pay my state farm I enjoy going in to pay because I am treated with respect and I treat them the same. Thank you Shawn coats
