Ive only talked to them over the phone, and theyre very nice. But their in-store stock is not consistent with their website. They suddenly didnt have a part I ordered and paid for online. Before ordering from them online call them and make sure they actually have it first!

These people are great! I came in today (2/3/21) around 12pm and was looking to pick up a washer drain pump. Both the girl and guy that were working the front at the time were super nice and friendly. They game me my part that I needed and I was out within 5 minutes. Ill come back next time I need a part. Reasonable prices!

This place was SO GOOD! I was a little nervous going by myself, but I felt totally comfortable there which is huge for me. As a girl you can feel intimidated going into a parts store but I felt totally fine in there. I didnt have a will call order but I had my part # ready and they grabbed it for me super quick. I was in and out in 10 minutes 👍 Ill definitely come back if I need more parts. Ot was way faster than waiting for Amazon to ship it to me 👍👍👍

Needed rubber feet replacements for my range top grates. Each foot is made of rubber, the size of the end of your finger tip. I ordered a pack of 20 that I thought was 9.40. They sent one in an envelope and charged 9.95 freight! Could have been sent for the cost of a postage stamp. The customer service rep said each tiny rubber foot costs 9.40. Total of 19.35 for one! Check other vendors before using this company.

They stocked a hard to find part that Only a handful of online retailers had access too. I could have ordered online, paid more, and waited a week. I’m glad I called and picked it up same day at a discount.

Had to call three times. The first two times a lady put me on hold for almost five minutes then Someone picked up and I was hung up on. Third time I was on hold with the recording almost 7 minutes. Finally spoke with someone and got the price for the part I needed. They want we $107. I called another local place and was able to get the part for $36.

I been a long time many years doing business with Coast appliance parts company for years they always take care me our HpRefrig Co.

It has most of the items for fridge and other household parts but they rely on the computer too much to get their parts. Old parts are not well known by one of the ustomer service person but the most disapointing about ordering parts thru them is that once you order a part and its the wrong part there is no reinburstment exchange nor returns. Allthou this is the first time i deal with thos company. Also their sign is too small for people to find because you it is sorounded by lots of warehouse.
