Purchased a used stainless steel refrigerator for $450 after going to 4 other stores and not finding what we were looking for. Got it home and the freezer didnt freeze the ice cream. The owner sent out his tech and it works fantastic. I would buy from them again and will recommend them to my friends and family.

ALERT: NO DO USE THIS COMPANY. BUYER BE AWARE. Julio will charge $49 just to look. I told Julio Cristian Andrade the problem on the phone before he sent someone out. I asked Julio if he was going to charge me just to provide an estimate of repair on the phone. He stated If we do the job, I will charge you $49 + parts and labor. He was not clear on the phone. Bad communication. NO DO USE THIS COMPANY.

They showed up, said it is probably broken. Ill take it to my shop to see what is wrong. I refused service. Im sure they are great. But I have never had a repair guy take my appliance to diagnose it. Though he offered to paint it.

Non professional and poor service. Hired to install 2 Ceiling fans, took them 6 Hours to install and setup, and to top it off they didn’t even function prior to them leaving. Workers were confused as to why fans were tripping our electrical system & watching YouTube videos alongside install process. Oh, they also needlessly carved into our wall for a 2nd outlet (which wasn’t even needed after all). Needless to say I only paid partially. DO NOT HIRE !

This company is the most trustable and reliable in San Bernardino County. They come to the mountains to pick up my totally broken washer and dryer. Like others, they told me it is not worthy to fix it. Mr. Julio (the owner) trying to help us with this issue. He offered me a new prime professional washer and dryer for the price of a regular one. They came to the mountain and install them for an affordable price. If you are tired of appliances guys who charged you as doctors for only visit you and not enough with that, they do nothing, call this company and enjoy the old school American customer service.

This place came through when many other appliance repair places refused to do the work. Senior Andrade didnt turn me away, he took my work when others just said its cheaper to buy new ones or recommend something theyre selling. Hes selling service!!! This is huge when you just want something you worked hard to buy to work and its broken. The last thing you want is someone saying,Its cheaper to buy new.😒 He worked on my machine even on 12/23 and delivered it on Christmas Eve! I cant thank them enough, Love this place!

I DO NOT recommend this place. They came out to fix my fridge 7/17/20 told me it was the fan and that it needed replacing. I went ahead and paid $160 for this. Two weeks later fridge stops working. It took them 2 weeks to come back out to look at it, once they get here they tell me it’s the fan again that they never fixed that in the first place. They offered to fix it for another $160. This place is nothing but fraud. Want to keep taking money from you instead of fixing the problem the first time. DO NOT call these people.

My dryer gave out, so I called Andrade’s Appliance Repair. Their service was immensely quick, as they got back to me at came to my house within the day. They fixed my dryer quickly, and their service was affordable.

Called this morning to set an appointment same day service, Tech arrived between the hours given for appt. Tech was very nice and knowledgeable of my oven. He did test to find out the issue and also gave price of repair prior to starting the work. He had the part with him and completed job. He provided an cost estimate to make the repair, which I thought was very reasonable price. He then proceeded to fix the problem in a quick and professional manner. My fairly new washer was leaking water everywhere. I called and someone came out the same day within a couple of hours. The fee was reasonable and the young man who came was HONEST. My washer broke down. I had noticed this shop a few times on my way to and from work, so I went in to check it out. I quickly found a nice replacement at a very reasonable price, for which I arranged to have delivered to my home, had it installed, and they even hauled away the old one! It has been a few weeks and I have had no problems at all. They were also very friendly and professional; I would highly recommend Andrades Appliance to anyone in need of their services.

Called yesterday and got a diagnostic on my dryer, at which point an appointment was scheduled for today. Through all the bad weather Christian was able to make the appointment and knock out the work efficiently and quickly. I personally will use this company in the future. Thank you

Hired them to install over the range microwave. If I wasn’t for me asking if I should cover the stove never would it have been mentioned. I asked if it was juss for the dust he said yes. So I gave him a small blanket. I made the mistake of using an expensive blanket. In the process he ends up burning my blanket. So i inform him that was an expensive blanket I have to charge him the damages to replace. Yes I understand I shouldn’t have used something not worth losing. But he should have been careful around the stove if he does this for a living. He could have ruined my stove. Cought something on fire. Long story short he give me some lame excuses that the job was difficult and required more work. We end up going back and forth at the end to not argue about money I let him has fee and booted him out of house leaving me with his dirty mess to clean. So having the blanket was useless if he didn’t even use it for its purpose. Thanks. Never again.

Great professional service same day fix!

Julio was supposed to be here between 9am and 11am but he never showed up. Julio called me at 1pm telling me hes running late and asked if we still needed his services I said yes and call me when youre on youre way so I can make sure Im home. Christian calls around 2pm letting me know hes in front. I told him Im not home but Ill be on my way. Christian told me he couldnt wait for me and that it was my fault my fridge wasnt going to get repaired. I tried to explain what happened with Julio not showing up in the first place but I was already too frustrated, and done dealing with Andrade repair. Yes they are cheap $39 basic fee but this company is very unprofessional and unreliable. Pay the extra $20 for a real professional.

Andrades Appliance Repair installed a new kitchen range for us. They came out the same day we called. The tech did a great job. Before Andrades, we used a different repair service. The guy didnt even know how to shut off the gas. If I need another appliance repair I would use Andrades again.

My experience was awful, horrible they are so unprofessionals so here is what happened I called the shop made an appointment they show up checked my fridge he told me that it was a modern fridge that the part was so expensive that if I wanted to fix my fridge I had to give him an advance of $200dlrs to fix it I said it was ok because I wanted my fridge fix, I gave him a check he said he was going to come back the next day between 9am-10am I work so I had to ask for the day I was waiting for them the next day it was 9, 10am didnt show up he called me at 11am saying that his so was going to show up instead at 11am which he never did or called I lost a day of work was so mad . Story short he showed up 2 days later scratched my fridge broke the handle from the bottom freezer and when I told him he told me that it was part of the job that my fridge was super heavy and all of the sudden he got mad scream at me and blame it on me saying that i did all the damages and that he wanted to charge more because it was a difficult job, he put the part on the fridge and didnt fix it. My husband called him two days after to tell him that the fridge wasnt working and he said to wait a little bit more called him again and he said that the fridge worked like that that it was fixed. The guy called me a day after to go to my house and fixed my stove I told him that it was fine that I didnt want his services and he scream at me over the phone and told me that why I was acting like that when I didnt even said anything just that I didnt want his services and he hung up on me. Ohh and by the way I have cameras in my house so I saw when he damaged my fridge.

My refrigerator broke down and one of my coworkers recommended these guys cause shes been using them for years. I read some of their reviews and was a little worried but she reassured me they were the best for the price. She was right. Other places were quoting me double the price. I did the job with Andrades and its been 2 months and the refrigerator is working good. From now on I will not pay much attention to reviews because most of their customers are not posting reviews only the bad ones. I have my own business and I know how hard it could be trying to make every single customer happy. IMPOSSIBLE!

This bussiness gave me a horrible service and a mickey mouse job. When i confronted him he got so mad that he took off and left me there with a job not finished. I hired him to conncet the water from my garage to the refrigerator in my kitchen with a copper pipes, when he open the faucet from the garage it started to leak he try to replaced it wiht a new one that he bought at home depot. the point is that he was not professional and he verbally abused me. Will i hired this guy for other jobs NEVER.

Id like to take a moment to give credit where credit is do. I called several appliance repair shops and nobody wanted to give and honest answer to my problem with my frig. They wanted to charge me unforseen amounts of money with no warranty.
