Alicia banged on our door shes not professional and the rentis too much

Been living here for 4 years going on 5 soon and the place has been good. The Manager is great and works with you to get thing done clean and fast. We got a new oven installed and a down stairs floor both in the same amount of time and both great. The oven is a great upgrade to the kitchen and the fact that she’s working to update all the apartments even the older ones with tenets like myself who’ve been here for so long is super great. I appreciate the hard work she’s puts into this place.

Mountain Crest Townhomes are great. The pool and parking are very easy access. The employees and management are acknowledging of others. Overall me and my family have been here for a while and we all enjoy it here.

I have lived here for about 4 years now and I have to say that I have really enjoyed it. The parking is assigned and the garage is extra with a fee but it is definitely worth it. Management has recently upgraded different aspects of the complex which has made it a little more pleasant to be here. The current manager gets the fixes I need done promptly and is caring to whatever other apartment needs I have. I would recommend this complex to others.

This is such a wonderful place to live. The leasing staff is great. They respond quickly to any issues you may have. Very safe for your family and guests visiting. Very modern townhouse lots of upgrades.

Its a very nice area that tends to remain quiet for the evening. the pool is refreshing and a great way to spend the summer. The AC units provide fresh air for everyroom and theres plenty of parking for us. The manager is nice and understanding and cooperative.

I have been a resident here for only one month and we love our townhome. It is spacious and clean. Also Alicia the manager has been very helpful and professional.

Manger is not good she is no understand English

I’ve been living here since February 2018. The manager, Alicia, is friendly and very helpful with all my questions that I may have in regards to the apartment. The area is very well kept. I would recommend this place, it gives a very modern feel to a regular apartment.

Ive been living in mountain Crest apartments for one year and its been amazing. People here is always friendly. Alicia is the manager at the apartments and she is always making sure that our apartment is in the best condition to be living comfortable

My family and I are going on 4 yrs at Mountain Crest. We like the fact that the environment is calm and well maintained. The only issue we have is the manager Alicia who is rude, dis-organized and fails to provide accurate information. When you request to have a service done, she is inconsiderate and non compliant. The responses she gives reflects upon her as being highly incompetent. The worst part is that we contacted the corporate office twice to report the altercation and never received a return call. Voice message was left and never received a courtesy call. Our carpet needs to be replaced and has been pending since March, all we get is the run around. One of the security lights has been out for over a month and when this concern was brought to Alicias attention, she replied with itll be fixed in 2 weeks. She rarely answers the office phone during business hours. Anytime something goes wrong, its never her fault and she always blames others. Maintenance staff is great, always willing to assist. Manager needs to be properly trained or replaced. Needless to say, Im pretty sure she fished for the positive reviews she received so that she can receive a bonus.-Catherine

Mountain crest is a lovely place, clean, quiet, and easy to locate. They offer townhomes which is so perfect for my family! We only been here for 2 months and we love it here !

Pleasant complex, quiet and neighbors have nice. The manager is very nice and understanding!

Since we lived here for already six months, the staff especially Ms. Alicia and Richard are good and nice people, they are so accommodating, theyre always there for us everytime we need help from them, nothing to say anymore about them, we loved how they treated us, and we would like to thank them!!Excellent service!! More power!! And thanks again!!!

These are the first apartments where the staff has been nice and caring. They keep everything up to date and clean. Im really happy with the choice that I made.

Live here they want rent on time but nothing g gets fix got kick out of the pool because supposedly its close there was no notice stating it close plus there was kids in the yesterday now all of sudden its close my a.c. keeps breakING down the maintenance is awesome its the management that needs to be aware plus she has 4 parking spaces and two garages she took away the visitors parking g so she can park the four cars she has and theres only 4 visitors spaces something needs to be done paying almost 1200 plus rent is going up really really

The service from alica is excellent, apartments are calm, well taken care of my over all experience here is better than other places.

I have been living here for a couple of months and haven’t had any issues. Very quite management and maintenance always making sure everything is okay with your apartment.

These apartments are some of the best Ive seen in the community, they are very clean and modern . The staff is very polite and make you feel welcome, Im looking forward to moving in

I came in today looking for a place to live and the manager was very polite they didnt have anything available but I toured the place and it looked great definitely will be looking into this place in the future if they have anything available because it fit all my needs great leasing manager, secluded pool area, and they also allow pets

Alicia the manager is the most incompetent manager Ive ever had to deal with. Never listens to your needs, she is rude, and she thinks that she can do whatever she wants. For instance,she has 4 parking spots for her vehicles, when any other tenant has the right to have just one, when we asked her why is this, she said because she is the boss and she is the one that gives the orders. Today she notified my dad that NO VISITORS ARE ADMITTED! They must park outside, otherwise she will call the tow truck. How ridiculous is that?... I used to enjoy living at this apartments, I have been a tenant for almost 5 years.

I came by looking for an apartment and unfortunately they had nothing avalible but the manager was very polite, the apartments were very clean and nice, it has a very nice pool which is good for the hot weather of fontana. I would and will recommend it to my friends and family.

Some people on these reviews are HATERS. Lol Alicia is the nicest manager she just dosent like conflicts with people who have NO manners she is not a conficting person so if she gives you the run around its because you are rude and hard to deal with. this place is always peaceful even at night. But to be honest some of the people here are nosey to the fullest extent blinds are broken from how much they blend them to peak outside when I pass by to go to my apartment I see it this place has nice wood floors good kitchen appliances clean pathways green grass beautiful flowers and the Rent is a good price it is dog friendly I have no pets so I dont know what extra fees apply but like said Ive been here for years the manager and her husband have gone above and beyond and so has the maintenance crew I havent had any complaints but I live comfortably

My husband and I Moved into Mountain Crest town homes a Few months ago now and we are very happy here. Our place has two bedrooms a full bathroom upstairs, and half restroom downstairs which is very Convinient. Our town home has really nice wood flooring downstairs and Carpet upstairs. The community is very quite and thankfully have quite neighbors lol. For the most part I love my stay here and will be renewing my lease for another year. The only Con would be limited Visitor parkings, but there is street parking. Our manager Alicia is very helpful and made our move in easy, Any maintenance issues are reserved promptly. And the area is well maintained. Definitely recommend Mountain Crest town homes to Friends and Family.

Many pros & cons at mountain creast. Im sorry to say but (con)management is not a nice person, rude, very unprofessional. Cant believe with all the complaints she still here and (con)continues to still have 4 of the visitor parkings and 2 garages for all her family. (Pro)Maintenance is great! To get things fixed its faster to go to him, very nice man always see him working. (Con)Roach infestation, requested fumagation, but Alicia management said Residents have to pay her X amount to have someone come out. WOW usually property owners take care of that. I can go on with many more. 2nd(Pro) would be to a new manager.

I lived almost 4 years and in the end my experience was bad they changed the driver 3 times the maintenance never went always tube problems the very expensive rent never located parking always occupied, and according to a car can not be 24 hours in a row the laundry was never regulated of 10 only 2 were served and the pool was always closed without mentioning that the handlers were never,

I used to live here, they were always very ambitious with me, from Alicia the Manager to maintenance. A very nice and clean environment. 100% recommended.

The handler is very rude to the residentsShe is always angry bad place full of flies and cockroaches the worst of all we are going to tell ALICE the driver and says she is Norma😠
