Charging hidden activation phone fee when you can activate the phone from the box with activation pin. Wouldn’t sell us the phone for my sisters plan unless we activated it in in store. Straight bullshi*.

The plans and prices look much better than where we currently have a contract. In fact, if we switch we could save over $200 a month. Definitely considering this switch!

Great service, this is the first time i see this girl but I came to pay my bill and she was so helpful and she let me know about my promotions and different options i have to upgrade my current phone and plan.

During the first week of the Corona virus shut downs, I had purchased a new phone. This phone did not charge and still doesnt charge without a tremendous amount of plugging and unplugging it. Needless to say, I was busy and had nobody available to watch my daughter so I could go in and return it or swap it out. I go back a week and a half later, and theyre not able to do anything. They just give me a number of the insurance to call, which surprise surprise you have to call from a different phone. Seriously bad customer service. Plus the place often reeks of weed.

Horrible service! I had my phone stolen and needed a new device . The new at this location treated us really bad. He said my account was canceled and he could not do anything for me!

Such horrible people if i could put 0 for the review i would they over charger you and they dont know what there are doing, to get the best experience at Boost go to the one on Johnson St. By Papa johns you wont regret it.

Scam! They will try n say u have to get insurance when you dont! Do not believe the addins that they say u have to pay for!!!! Go to one on johnson you will get good service and not scamed out of your money! N when i called him out he still refused to take the extra add ons off!

Horrible service. Very unprofessional. Scammed my friend into a half off coupon for a new phone (which required her to pay money to reinstate the coupon)..anyways.. They failed to tell her it was only good for cheap, older phones when she specifically saif she was wanting to upgrade. They didnt know much information about any of their phones...made her pay an activation fee (which is ridiculous because at walmart you pay nothing and they actually KNOW how to transfer your information correctly.) They offered to give her a free $10 phone screen protector..that they actually charged her for on her receipt..they said it was only on the receipt for their system..but when we added up the total she paid..they indeed DID charge her for it. Last but not least.. They tried to scam her into giving up her old phone she bought and paid for (which you DO NOT need to do)..to factory reset and do whatever with!!*unprofessional*uneducated on their electronics*scam artist*HORRIBLE customer service***DO NOT USE THIS BOOT MOBILE LOCATION. GO TO BOOST ON JOHNSON ST. OR WALMART!***

Best phone company in town! Great employees. Always had awesome help when needed.

I think net congestion and signal could be better. I do enjoy my phone from boost though.

They serve very poorly here and they dont speak Spanish. The mere truth is that I do not recommend them. I go to the Boost Mobile in Johnson, many of them always serve us very well.
