I wish I could give more than 5 stars on the quality of work AND the customer service! I had an outside detailing and headlight restoration done. They did a totally amazing job, looks like it did when I drove it off the lot 5 years ago! Before I left, Travis and I inspected the great work and he took quite a bit of time explaining the methods they use and talked about areas they really concentrated on. Definitely take your vehicles here, youll be highly impressed!

I went to Travis at Mr. Detail to have my windows tinted. He was quick and thorough and did a wonderful job. I originally asked for a lighter tint, which he was happy to do, but helped me into a different percentage. I would have made a big mistake, so I really appreciate his knowledge and suggestion. Price was excellent compared to others in the area. He also has a detailed car on the lot awaiting delivery and it looked showroom. Highly recommend.

After talking to other friends, I found that my following review was normal procedure and appreciate the thorough job that was done.I had a previous good experience with this business when they cleaned yellow paint off of my car. I was unfortunately very disappointed with my interior detail job. I had a later appointment in the afternoon. When I came to pick up my vehicle my driver and front passenger seats were still quite wet. I needed to go shopping afterwards, so I dealt with the inconvenience. I was advised to go home and turn the heat on high in my car and run it for 15 minutes to dry out the cloth seats. Also, the mats were also still wet and placed in my trunk. I was advised to go home and let them air dry. I also noticed residue from some of the chemical that was used to clean the inside over parts of the outside of my car and smudges on the inside from where things were wiped down. This is my first time getting an inside detail done.

Travis was great to work with, they took my 15 year old Subaru with 148k miles and make it look practically brand new! The car looks incredible now and is more than ready for this weekends car show

I purchased my very first brand new car last year and I had the sealant service done in the fall, and a complete detail done this spring. I appreciate their attention to detail and that they take the time to get in in all the nooks and crannies that my kids somehow manage to fill with dirt. Do you like a half cooked pizza? If your answer is no, then dont go here. Super unprofessional. Ive heard and seen some horror stories in my day. Bud took his car here, they didnt even do what they were paid to do. In the process they messed up his car and didnt even call to inform him of the damages. Sure they didnt charge him for a detail but come on, they didnt even do it. Sure they paid for replacement parts but not the labor to have said parts replaced. I dont know about yall but this to me is highly unprofessional. I definitely wouldnt take my car to these people.Honestly if I could Id give them half a star. Super unprofessional.

Took in a 2011 Elantra in to have the interior detailed 2 weeks ago. They were able to remove some stains from the front seats that I thought couldnt be removed. They did a beautiful job on the interior. And the price was right. Today I took my Chevy Silverado in to have the passenger and driver windows tinted the same is the back doors and also the top of windshield. I was in and out in less than an hour and again the price was right. Very friendly and professional. I need some other stuff done and well be back. I highly recommend this business for your needs.

I was so happy with the work they did on detailing my car. Its like having a new car. The dashboard is shiny. The interior doors are clean. The steering wheel is not longer sticky but the best part is how clean they got the tan colored seats. It is unbelievable what a great job they did. I would highly recommend them.

Great vehicle cleaning for a great price

Im a Uber/Lyft driver and has an client throw-up in my car. I needed a inside total cleaning, Travis and his crew, did a great job on getting the car cleaned up and ready for me. Great job is all I can say about this!

First off this place should be called Mr. Lack of Detail. My girlfriend got her car detailed here on a Saturday at 8 A.M. this past March and it was the single worst experience ever. The owner wasnt even there at 8 A.M. and the associate who was there couldnt have been less customer friendly or less interested in helping. What was supposed to be a 4 hour detail turned into a hour and a half spit shine with a dirty rag. When we saw the car we could see dirt everywhere inside and clean it off with our fingers. Long story short they ended up giving us the detail for free, and when we turned our car on to leave this disaster of an experience, our radio was shorted out b/c of the oily cleaner he used on it, which he claims he didnt do. When we confronted Travis about this, he got super defensive and extremely disrespectful and made us, his customers, out to be the ones at fault. All in all, this Travis guy couldnt run a successful hot chocolate stand in the North Pole, and he should definitely not be in customer service!

Took my Chevy Sonic in a couple weeks ago for interior detailing. Friendly & did a nice job, got in all the crevices I can never reach, thouroughly wiped away a year’s worth of dust from gravel roads, and got a few stains out of the seats. One thing I really appreciated is that my car didn’t smell strongly of cleaners when I picked it up. Four stars because the windows were streaked and I could tell they hadn’t been rolled down to get under the seal. Also, though I’d expected a 3-hr turnaround (per the website) it took more like 4.5 hr. It was a crazy week with severe weather so I know a lot of businesses were behind & had people calling in/late so willing to let it go, just know when scheduling you should maybe give yourself some wiggle room. Prolly won’t get it detailed again til I sell it, but willing to give them another try then. Would recommend.

Made the interior of my 2007 Toyota Highlander look like new. They got out a lot of the stains in the seats that I thought were hopeless. Will definitely be taking my other cars here.
