Our AC went out, and my dad called them as hes used them before. They told him the entire unit needed to be replaced and it would cost over $3,000. They set a come-and-fix-it date two weeks out and they were told the job needs to take place after 3:30pm since no one is home before then.The day before they were to come, a lady called and told my dad they would be here in the morning. She refused to work with him on the time.So my dad called another company, who promptly came out for the diagnostic and wound up fixing the whole unit. It was simply a wire that needed to be replaced. Cost a couple hundred! Not $3k!We wont be using this service again.

The crew showed up on time, removed old furnace, and wasted no time installing new furnace and AC. Wesley gave me the best price out of 3 estimates I had done. Technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. I could not be happier.Thank you, Mark

I called for estimate and they wanted $85 to diagnose problem, and wouldnt give me hourly rate at first, and then after I pushed the issue a little more, she finally told me they bill out at $135/hr..... No Thanks!
