Sue is great at her work. I have visited the studio 3 times now.1. She is easy to communicate with2. She listens to the concerns of the customer.3. Moreover, in just three appointments, I have seen an observed improvement in the shape of my eye brows. I was hesitant to try out newer places after my eye brows were incorrectly shaped at a different place. I am glad I took my chance at Dandelion.About the studio itself1. It is a lovely, welcoming place.2. Minimalist in design.3. In a good commercial neighborhood.
I have seen Sue for many years downtown Sac and have followed her to Folsom now. After moving to Sacramento, it took me a few people to find someone that works with my style and Sue is it! She uses soft wax (I cant stand the hard wax, I find it extremely painful), and is so fast and efficient. She is great to talk to and makes you feel super comfortable. She is just a real, genuine person, who is awesome at her job. Love her!
Being a person with very sensitive skin I was nervous to give waxing a try. Sue immediately made me feel at ease, even had me laughing, and walked me through all of my options. Her years of experience helped us chose which option was best for me and she was right. This experience was fantastic and I walked out knowing I picked the best person possible!
Sue is the consummate professional. Her salon is comfy, sanitized, and relaxing.
The only esthetician I trust, Sue has been my go-to for waxing for at least five years and the years keep coming. Sue is professional and personable, friendly and efficient, mindful and knowledgeable. She creates a calm, soothing ambiance and maintains a spotless, hygienic space. Ive referred some friends to Sue for their waxing wishes and no matter how much Ive shared with them, theyve all been surprised at how minimal the discomfort is, how quickly the service is done, and how comfortable the whole experience actually can be (considering what is being waxed). Sue is it for me. As long as I can get to where she is, Im a client until she retires (which hopefully wont be until after I decide to no longer get waxed maybe 10 years from now, lol).
