Karla is the best. She has been so helpful with all my printing, scanning, and faxing needs. Plus her shop sales Tyler products so easy to pick up a gift while you wait. Highly recommend this shop.

IN-THE-BOX is ON-THE-BALL. I have both personal and business mail sent here. These folks send me pics of mail when it arrives, so if I am expecting a particularly important piece of mail, I know it arrived. They take good care of my packages and insure my mail is safe. They even helped me deal with a package which was not shipped correctly and helped to keep me updated on its return.Now, for the subjective aspect of it all, they are nice and friendly. This is not as important to me as efficiency, but they provide that as well. Id consider them if you are looking for a shipping/packaging center or youre in the market for a postal box.

DONT DO BUSINESS HERE.. Worst Place Ever. Place has a new owner.. Doesnt do justice to this BUSINESS. Since new owner took over this place is trash. We miss the old owner. Customer service here is whack. New owner is a joke. Missing mail, Unreliable, higher pricing. They will nickel and dime you for everything. You might as well go directly to the Post office or FedEx. Zero star.

Always receive great service here! There are a variety of services available at reasonable prices, often with little to no wait. Mercy will stop at nothing to serve a customer and it shows. Other employees are great and responsive as well.

There is great service at this store. They can give you options between FedEx, USPS or UPS so you can choose what works best for you. They also have cards, shipping accessories and printing and copying services. We own a small business in the area, and this location and service is very convenient for us.

The owner of this shop is so sweet and helpful every time I go in there! It always seems to be such a hassle to find a box & tape & packing materials to get things shipped and not to mention the dreaded trip to the post office, but this shop is SO convenient and has such GREAT service, the hassle is completely eliminated!! Good service is hard to find these days, but when you do find it, you don’t go anywhere else! :)

OMG. This is the best, most reliable, most amazing, helpful place...ever. Mercy has gone above and beyond in every single way. There was a time when she was receiving multiple large boxes daily for us. It was such a weight off our shoulders to not worry about it being delivered to a porch where it could have gotten stolen or exposed to the weather. It is also WAY easier to drop off shipments with In The Box vs. the horror of the post office...probably saved us literally 100s of hours last year.

Truly the best shipping station in the whole Denton County. Very helpful, kind and nice lady will always help you to find the best shipping method for you. Usually, I never write the review, unless something is very good or extremely bad. Well, this place worth 5/5, hands down. Great service!

Says open 8am...its 803am. Not open. You do realize people work for a living. I go to work at 830am, off at 5pm. Cannot get to regular post office. Will NEVER attempt this place again, this place is unreliable. Just change your hours to 830.

Been using different mailbox ship centers across DFW for years with our business and this is simply the best hands down. They bring customer service to a whole new level, always pleasant, clean, easy access and we have never had an issue. We moved out of the area but continue to use them due to the level of service and how simply enjoyable it is to work with them.

I just love this place. The owner is wonderful and always packs my shipments quickly while finding me the best deal. Also, theres a wonderful assortment of candles and goodies!

I have used the laundry wash i love the scent its glamorous ... i didnt know about all the other products cant wait to try them. The scent stays on the clothes for weeks.

This place is remarkable the moment you walk in as a delectable fragrance will sooth across your face, reminiscent of the aroma of the sophistication of Flower Mound. However, what is even more marvelous is the customer service provided by Merci at the front counter. Even in the case that you are absent of the need to ship anything, I recommend checking the store out if you struggle with any pain and sadness; Merci will unintentionally make your day better immediately with her bright attitude and that doesnt cost extra. I emphasize, the experience is oddly therapeutic. If you enjoy wasting time at packing facilities and intentionally making your day worse, go to the other shipping establishments and stand in long lines and surge your aggravation . But if you are in a rush and value your time so you can spend it on things that make life worth living like raising a family and binge watching Netflix, In The Box Pack & Ship is for you. Im in and out within two minutes or less almost every visit, longer than all of my relationships but shorter than all the other hassles I encounter when shipping elsewhere.
