The UPS in Flower Mound on Long Pierre road has been a great experience. Every since I moved to flower mound I have never went to a different store. the employees are always very kind, have an excellent attitude, and help my every need. The manager Aamir who owns three locations has also been very kind to me. He works super hard, there is rarely a time where he isn’t working. If you live in flower mound or other areas this is the place to ship out your packages.

Great place and people! I have been a using UPS store for over 10 years. Great place in you are in a wine club to send you wine. Aamir always says hello every time I come in!

Leah was super helpful again. Also we have been in here two days in a row and this store is amazing. Well staffed. Really responsive and patient. Had over 60 pages of notary stuff plus printing and scanning and everything went smoothly and without an issue. 100% will do anything like this here.

We have a mailbox here for about 3 years and always are treated courteously the facility is clean the people genuinely seem to want to help you. They will assist you taking things to your car, boxing packages, etc. This place is awesome and I would highly recommend it.

Great owner, Great place, great service, great prices. I run my entire eBay store out of this UPS store and have 100% positive feedback on eBay. The whole staff packages my items and handles them with incredible care which is critical to me since my items are rare and many times expensive.

Called this number with 2 shipping questions just to come prepared, the owner Ahmad, said that I will have to come in and buy stuff and that he’s too busy to help me because he has a real customer in front of him. What a waste of a human being

I had a pretty awesome experience here. I have been using them for years now but never seen their customer service like I did this visit. I had to get a package out during the ice storm to Midland, and only had a day. It was a large proposal we working to secure and needed the bud there by a certain date. They couldn’t deliver, so actually called a FedEx store to try and help. FedEx couldn’t help either. So devised a plan to overnight it to a friend in the area and have him drop it off. Literally went above and beyond and got everything there on time! This team is phenomenal and no matter where I live in Flower Mound or surrounding areas I’ll be a loyal customer.

Customer is un-matcheable when I come to ship/pack and print to this store. The Owner Aamir is always extremely helpful whenever I need any help. This is my go to place all the time.

I’ve been going to this store for business and personal for over 10 years and the staff, regardless of who is working or any changes in management is great and will go out of their way to help you. Great service and environment. You can get so much done here other than shipping. Cards, office supplies, business cards, flyers, notary available, posters, banners, car door magnets, window graphics, passports and ID photos and mailboxes. They also have an array of electronic devices for phones and flashlights too. They truly go out of their way to help you and I will pass by any UPS or other similar place just so that I come here where the customer service is amazing and it’s a great place for small business resources too.

Even though Gov Abbott has removed the state-wide restrictions on precautions for preventing the spread of COVID-19, private businesses still have the ability to define the rules governing their stores. Apparently UPS doesnt care anymore. One of the other two customers in the store wasnt wearing a mask. Its well-documented that mask wearing is most beneficial for the person who (may) have the virus, not those who are trying to prevent from getting it. Fortunately I was in and out of the store quickly.

I recommend this store location and the services offered by the personnel who operate this store. This is my new go to location regardless of the distance I have to drive to get here.I had an opportunity to meet this store owner sometime ago and recognize that he had what appeared to be his kids working inside the store. This store functions like a small town store where the personnel inside actually care about the people who walk through the door and helping them get the items they need in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. I was in a hurry and I stopped at a local copy store just up the street not remembering this one several miles away. I was so disgusted at the store and the treatment I got inside the unnamed store up the street, that I left it looking for another copy store when I came across the UPS store. I remembered the encounter I had with the owner sometime ago. He helped me with several boxes of legal documents that we had to copy sort, and ship to the law firm. I returned to this UPS store location and found that I received the same outstanding service that I had gotten so long ago consistent with what I remembered. I asked myself why did I go to the other unnamed horrible stinking store several miles away when I could have come here in the first place. I have used other services here such as the notary...it wasnt a two hour ordeal that I have gotten elsewhere. I was in and out quickly with my document.The young lady who I believe is related to the owner was outstanding in helping me get my documents scanned, prepared, and sent off by email to the legal firm. She was confident and professional and definitely treated me like I was a valued customer. I appreciated her efforts, her time dedication, and her commitment to helping me get in and get out so quickly.I am not paid nor have I ever been to complete a five star review. I do revisit each one to determine if their performance is consistent. This location is on the job and earned the recognition from this local guide.

Aamir and his crew always do a great job. There was a snafu with a recently lost package and they were super responsive and made it right. Absolutely top notch customer service. Save yourself headache and just use these guys for your shipping needs.

I do a lot of business with this store and they never fail to deliver! I had a large print job that was very detailed and Renee put everything together perfectly! Its wonderful knowing that you can just hand off a project and it will be done to your specifications! Plus, the other location on Flower Mound is being managed as wonderfully as this one. I went to this store the other day with two very awkward large size pieces to mail together. One was a lamp in the shape of a globe with the bulb in the center. To this I needed to add heavy books. All going to New York City. Linda helped me quickly kindly and efficiently. My daughter said when she got the package it was wrapped soooo well. I had absolute amazing customer service from Jerri. There was some shipping issues I had encountered after shipping my package off with another UPS store and she was able to help me and guide me towards a resolution without having to wait forever. Very fast and prompt service. She even called me back with an update to make sure I had the resolution I needed. 100/10 customer service.

Today, I needed a sensitive document overnighted and they could not meet the requested deadline. The manager got on the phone and called another company for me. To me, that is above and beyond. I had several returns for Amazon. Without getting to into the weeds there was a problem with one of them. The manager and owner could not have been more accommodating and had professional. I was frustrated with amazon and made the effort to go back to the store to thank them. Bend over backwards customer service is rare and doesn’t mean give free stuff. The owner offered to speak to amazon. I had forgotten my wallet and he even offered to let met call him back with the number.

Over the weekend, I had a chance to visit this store for large complicated order, consist of printing, packaging to multiple addresses.I was honestly surprised with the courtesy and customer services I have received. Owner and staff were very helpful and well informed about UPS procedures . The quality of the printing was simple amazing. There was rarely any wait time as they work efficiently to get customers in and out.This was the fastest Ive ever been in and out of a UPS Store when printing and shipping business related stuff. Failed to email tracking number twiceThe last two times I have been in this store I have requested the tracking number be emailed. They ensure it will get done. It doesnt. not sure where the disconnect is at after I confirm my email at least twice each time.I would have rated two stars because of frustration, however, last time I forgot my wallet, and they let me get everything ready to go, and call in my CC# once I got home. I did, and it appears to be okSo, I need the tracking number to ensure my package gets to its destination. I wouldnt mind and emailed receipt either.They are friendly and helpful.However, had to call twice to even accomplish getting the tracking number.

5 stars because this location was the only ups store that was open Sunday! Quick drop off package before the holidays. I had to make a return. UPS is the best. Convenient for those that work weekdays and dont have time !

The ladies were incredibly helpful! I had my baby with me and was incredibly slow at using their paper cutter so one of the women working there offered to help me out. I really appreciated it!

I cannot express how grateful I am and how helpful this store, and Melina specifically, have been. I am currently applying for a foreign visa and needed ALL sorts of things done. Melina took care of me a week ago and again today- this time for TWO HOURS! They are so personable and experienced and I hope to return to them with the good news that I got the visa. I called this store 7 minutes before close from the doors of the store on 407, that for some reason closes at 6:30. They told me the truck was their to head on down. Every team member has the highest quality of service and superior shipping knowledge. The staff was extremely helpful! The gentleman that helped me went above and beyond. I had a package that was overnighted to me that I missed the home pickup on. Originally, I would not have been able to pick it up until the next day. But I needed it that night. The gentleman helped me get the package that night. Much appreciated.

Went to this UPS store to get pictures emailed to me from camera after I wasn’t able to get them downloaded to my computer myself. Fraudulent Sales Practice... Store has a history of selling you a insurance policy for items being shipped Knowing that the policy is not valid unless they package the items for you. I went in the store to have it shipped - Had them do everything in person. I wanted the item insured and they still sold be the policy KNOWING that this would not be covered in an accident. They sold me a policy and were just hoping nothing would happen and they would just keep the $$$ . Very sad to see this kind of practices

I am a big fan of the UPS store. I mostly use them for printing services. They are cheaper than Office Depot and always get my job done right. Their customer service is always great and they make sure they do the job right or fix it.

Under new rude and aggressive ownership. I have used this store for years until today. I went in to send a package and didnt recognize any of the usually very helpful employees. An East Indian male refused to wait on me and gestured to a female employee . The whole demeanor of the store has changed. I said that I didnt recognize the two people in the store. A guy followed me out of the store and demanded to know what I said and I told him. He said he was the new owner and if I didnt like it I shouldnt come back. I wont and you shouldnt either.Very poor service and his aggression is wholly inappropriate.

The customer service was great and when I needed help to print something Margarita one of the workers was happy to help me and made it a speedy service.

I entered the store on a Tuesday morning with an item to be packed and shipped. After watching my item packed into a box, I paid to ship it via ground for Thursday delivery. The recipiant called Thursday to let me know they received an unknown package - obviously the shipping label for my package was switched with someone elses. The error was brought to their attention Friday morning, and by Friday afternoon they informed me that the problem was solved, and my package would soon be delivered. On Monday, they called back to inform me that they misspoke, and the package was lost. I soon received a call from someone who DID receive my package. After forwarding the info to the store, everything seemed to be fine. I assumed they would do the right thing and immediately overnight it to its original destination. However, it was not delivered until the following Tuesday, 14 days after it was shipped, 12 days after scheduled delivery. Fortunately the package was recovered due to a nice stranger. Unfortunately it was delayed an extra 7 days due to the stores unwillingness to step up to the customer service plate. I will not return to and do not recommend this store.

We have been utilizing the services of this store for longtime, Store is master of Printing invitation cards and shipping the gifts to my kids.The owner Aamir Sajjad and his crew members are very professional, courteous and personable.I was amazed by Aamir sense of ownership when we had to leave for our flight and he personally delivered the important documents on same day delivery to my brother in Fort Wroth.Great job and feel proud on your good work :)
