I bought a new cellphone (Samsung S20 FE) at Best Buy in January. And I got a protection plan via Geek Squad with it for $ 150 extra.Now end of April, I needed the insurance, because the screen of my phone is broken.But - I didnt want them to replace my phone ($ 200 deductible). I wanted them to fix it. Regarding to their website, this particular repair would cost me $ 60.After I drove 45 minutes to the Flower Mound location, they told me, that they cant fix this particular model. Because they cant get the parts for it.They only offered me the replacement for $ 200.So - in my opinion there is a difference between $ 60 and $ 200. Its a $ 140 difference!But - I paid the same money for the insurance with this phone model. They didnt tell me that they cant fix it before I bought it. And they really dont care.They had decent ratings and that why I took it. But now - I know they are not worth the money.Update: We contacted the BBB about this issue. But - Best Buy / Geek Squad is still refusing to fix the phone.They just dont care! They dont honor the contract! And - other companies (UbreakIfix) are able to get the parts and could fix my phone.Update 2: UbreakIfx was able to get the parts. They fixed my phone in no time. And I canceled the plan with Geek Squad.My advis: Dont use them! Dont give them your money.I really hope they go out of business soon.

They are so efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Very patient with my mom, older folks who are not tech savvy. Really go above and beyond.

No one answers the phone at any Best Buy location. I was on hold for Repairs in this store for 15 minutes. I eventually called and asked for any department in hopes of getting a human voice. Nope. Same with the Grapevine store. They want customers, just dont want to provide customer service unless youre in the store.

Replaced iPhone battery while we waited. Friendly staff, great service! Appointment scheduler on-line was easy to use. They texted us when repair was complete.

Pay for Total Tech Support. Geek Squad cannot get to me in store for 2 weeks. Tried on line and was told to give remote access and someone would use logmein and fix within 2 hours. Now 4 hours later. NOTHING and they show problem resolved.

Diagnosed and repaired my laptop in a timely manner. Hayden is a very knowledgeable and helpful Geeksquad member. I like their annual maintenance membership program which covers several electronic devices.
