This was my first time ever repairing my phone. Matthew was so awesome! He had my phone fixed really quick, allowing me to get out the door and make it to work on time. He was very professional and has a great personality.

I stopped in the Flower Mound store and Matthew was there to greet me with a very genuine smile and was extremely helpful and professional. He fixed my microphone on my phone is less than 5 minutes and it’s like I have a new phone now! Sounds great!!He also cleaned up my phone after putting a new screen protector on.Highly recommend!! They’re are the best, More than once they’ve had to fix mistakes for me where I’ve taken laptop or iPad or phone to another repair shop.In fact a well known repair chain destroyed my new iPad and well, I couldn’t afford that. Had them repair my iPhone screen and not just for cosmetic reasons but it wasnt functional anymore. They had it fixed in 1 hour. The price was great and my iPhone works now!Would recommend CPR.

These folks are honest and knowledgeable. When I took a PC to them to swap parts they could have easily charged me for at least a diag fee but instead Matthew explained what I had missed on the box without even opening the computer. I would definitely recommend them for any computer or phone repair work you have.

CPR told me the possibilities and gave me an accurate idea of what to expect. In the end, they werent able to fix my computer, but they warned me that might be the deal in advance and they charged me much less than they spent trying to fix it (less than 50 bucks even though the power supply part they bought was like 150). On top of that they diagnosed the problem + took out the memory drives for me.

Mat was a real pro and went above and beyond on a holiday no less. Great job!

I have had two great experiences with CPR at this location. First time with my crazy overpriced iPhone v too expensive to remember the number, which I had dropped on bathroom tile and wrecked the bottom 3rd of phone they fixed screen and added a bulletproof protector. Yes it cost me but I won’t pay insurance. Then I traded sideways for the affordable SE2 and immediately ran it over to CPR and had the cell helmet installed. Fast, cheaper than replacing screen, and they are super nice and listen to classic rock. Win win.

Went to have the back glass of my iPhone X replaced and the quality of the job was not fantastic. Firstly the price I was told on the phone with them was almost 40 dollars less than what they actually charged me. I can’t tell if they used a cheap replacement or just didn’t do a good job with the actual back glass. They roughed up the corners of the phone when installing, the back glass has a small dent in it, and the most confusing part is that there is no longer an apple logo on the back of my phone. When I turned in the phone to them they gave me a repair time estimate of about 3 hours but said it could take 4-5. 7 hours later I showed up and they said it was not finished and I would have to come in the next day to pick it up, which led to me being late to work the following morning.

I have had multiple batteries replaced in my iPhones and CPR has always done a great job. My latest problem was an Android phone that would not charge. They fixed that in about 5 minutes. Great service!

Phone repair was done in a timely manner and had parts on hand so I did not have to wait for them to order a part or anything of that sort. However may be a little pricier than Best Buy, but I trust this place more and is worth the extra $5-10 more.

I was so surprised that this was so easy. I had been putting off getting a new battery in my phone for a long time as I felt it would not work or take to long. Quite the opposite! It took 15 minutes and my phone is holding a charge for the first time in months. I will continually return for cell phone repair and any other repairs I may need.

We have had two great experiences in the past month.This one in particular was with a worker named Nick; we took my brothers iphone In because it hasn’t charged in months.He explained that it happens all the time and he would handle it. He walked into the back with our phone, walked back out 30 seconds later and plugged it in. Charging like new.He explained to us how the charger gets dirty and gave us a tool to fix it. All for free.10/10, I’m also 24 so for me to take the time to write a review says something.

Had a piece of rice stuck in my charging port and expected to have to leave my phone there and get charged even though i knew it was probably easy to just pop it out, but matthew took it and in a minute or two he got the rice out and cleaned my charging port for me. the best experience i’ve had with anyone fixing phones before

They repaired my daughters dented phone quickly (same day) and professionally. During the repair, they accidentally cracked a small part of her screen due to the difficulty of removing the dented frame, but replaced the screen at no extra charge. It was also a same day repair. The phone looks brand new. They were great at communicating as well. Would definitely recommend them.

They have helped me two times on my ipad repair. The first was when I shattered my screen. They quickly and efficiently fixed it the same day and I could not tell any difference in performan from the original screen. The second time was today when I broke off a piece of my charger in my charging port. They removed the broken piece at no charge. Would highly recommend them for electronics repairs.

I called many times about my Samsung notebook. The said they would do a Diagnosis at a charge of 49.00 to be applied to repairs. It took hours for them to call back and finally he said” well, if I get into the computer I may crack your screen but we will pay for that but then it’s more than the money we charge..?Excuse me.. so I picked up the computer because I didn’t want someone who has no clue what he’s doing to touch it. and yes he would not refund the diagnosis even with the fact he doesn’t work on the and I didn’t give him permission to break the screen. Then when I told him to refund it he stated he was very clear. Yeah..You may crack the screen and not be able to fix it.

I went in with my crew leader his phones speaker was not working correctly and even thought purchasing a new phone . The gentlemen working the front desk whose name is Matthew went above and beyond to help my crew leader with his phone. He took the phone to the back and cleaned it, the speaker worked like new he didn’t charge my crew leader for the service we highly recommend this place.

I popped in to see if the could fix my phone, which had stopped working unless on wifi. It was pretty terrible! He reset my network settings and it is back up and functioning. I couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend!

I have visited this location in the past and always received great service – efficient and good prices. This time they upped their game to AWESOME. Dropped off my phone because it would not stay plugged in to charge. The owner explained what it may be and quoted me a price. When I returned to pick up my phone, there had been nothing technically wrong with it, the charging port just needed to be cleaned out. Of course, I am still willing to pay to have it diagnosed and cleaned, but they said “no thank you”. WOW, so much good is wrapped into this scenario – honest and polite. Only place to take your cell phones!

We brought our sons iPhone 8 with a cracked screen to CPR in Flower Mound to have them replace the screen. The price was very reasonable and we are very satisfied. We will use CPR again.

I went to this location because I had an installation concerned with something being under my screen protector on my watch. I asked the guy if I could purchase the replacement, but take it elsewhere to have it installed as it wasn’t done correctly the first time. He said no, then proceeded to take the screen protector off my watch, and crumple it up, and then still expected me to pay him to replace it.

Super inconvenient... but good service at a good price.My main complaint is they wont accept payment over the phone or online if they need to order a part for your repair. This means you first have to physically visit the store so they can accept payment, then they can order any needed parts, then you come back days later after the part arrived to drop off your phone, then you come back to pick up your phone.Somehow many other brick-and-mortar cell phone repair shops following the exact same industry standards have figured out how to accept credit cards over the internet and phone and eliminate a trip to their shop.

I had difficulty with my iPhone 6s not being able to recharge. I brought the phone in and the problem was corrected in a few minutes. CPR provided me with excellent service and if needed, I will use them again in the future.

Beyond expectations experience! Way beyond! I was told by another repair shop that Id need a new phone because they couldnt get a signal in order to diagnose the problem. CPR solved my problem immediately (I needed a new battery ONLY) and just charged me for the battery. I also called on Sunday and got an appointment for the next morning. Will definitely return if need be!

Had to put a new screen my wifes Apple watch. Very friendly and fast service. Called to make appointment and part was on b/o. They called as soon as they got one in, I dropped it off, and they had it fixed quickly.

My son screen was very cracked. We took it up to CPR and had Jacob help us. He was great! When we picked up the phone we had trouble setting it back up, my son asked Jacob and Andrew for their help. I arrived a few minutes prior to 10am when the store would open. To my surprise, the franchise owner opened early and cheerfully. I have been having a problem with my phone and with that data, they said they would check it out and replace the suspect parts for about $50. When the phone was picked up, no charge. Again: NO CHARGE. They did a PERFECT cleaning of the phone, solved the problem and did not charge me. HUGE relief. BIG thanks to the team at CPR. Again, they did this all for FREE.

I took my phone to another repair store and was told that my phone needed new hardware. In addition, due to current shipping issues they asked me to come and pick it up since they couldn’t send it out for repair. Then, I spent hours trying to get a hold of someone from Apple and Verizon to no avail. My final effort was to visit CPR. Uriah was able to get past the software glitch and fix my phone for a very reasonable price. So thankful!

Completely understand and agree with the well deserved rating this place has. I thought my charging port needed to be replaced but it actually just required some clean out, which they did on the spot without a fee. Overall, really appreciate the friendliness! Hopefully I wont need to get any of my devices fixed but if I do, I’ll definitely be coming here.

Went in to get a quote and came out with my phone fixed! Super easy, great customer service and fantastic price. The glass on my camera screen on my iPhone XS Max broke somehow and apple will “fix” it for $600... I took into CPR and they did it for $75 in 45 minutes. Totally worth it, & glad to have a perfectly functioning phone again for a not-brand-new-phone-price. Will definitely be returning in the future!

I am cheap and dont want to upgrade to the newest iPhone. I have an iPhone 6, that lost GPS capabilities almost two years ago, and the battery was also dying very quickly on me. Apple store said it wouldnt be worth fixing, so I was getting prepared to shell out about 700 bucks for the newest phone. I thought I would take a chance and see what one of the local phone repair stores had to say. CPR gave me a great deal. They replaced the WiFi antenna, GPS antenna and put in a new battery, all for right around $125, which included parts, labor and taxes. They got it all fixed it in half an hour. My phone is like new again, and I hope to use it for a few more years. I highly recommend CPR for phone repair, and they also work on tablets, laptops and more.

What a great experience for my mom and I. The gentleman was very attentive, knowledgeable and quick. We had replacement warranties for our screens and he took excellent care of us both! Definitely going back there instead of doing the mail-in thing!

I took my 5s in to have the charger port replaced because I couldn’t get the charging cord to connect any longer. Jacob took 15 seconds and diagnosed it as impacted pocket fuzz and not a port problem. He cleaned it out in, plugged it in to show me it worked and refused to charge me or a tip. This is the second time I have used CPR. The first was a battery replacement. Both experiences were 5 star. This is the only place I will get my cell phone repaired. Thanks Jacob!!

These guys seem nice and friendly when you walk in but are complete scam artists. I broke my phone 2 times in a week and have been very patient. I paid 600 dollars for those 2 repairs. Both my fault. About a week goes by and I take my phone out my pocket to see my phone is not turning on so I take it back to get warranty work done to my surprise... nothing will ever actually be covered by warranty. They will not help me when I’ve been more then gentle with my phone. 0/10 I do not recommend going here.. buy your own screens on amazon they come with a kit and it’s half the price. Have a mobile cell phone repair guy come out and meet you. Support the hard working locals. These franchise chains are complete scams. Never again will I return

I have been to CPR Flower Mound many times. When repairs were needed, they did a great job. What is really impressive, however, are the times I thought I needed a repair but after diagnosis did not need to repair after all and was not charged.This happened today and I worked with ‘Jacob. I thought the charging port on my iPhone was broken and was happily surprised to learn it was just dirty. Jacob diagnosed and told me I did not need a repair. This is not the first time this is happened, so I am super impressed with the honesty of Jacob and the other people I have worked with in the past. Highly recommend!

Had my battery replaced by them about a year ago. Started having different battery issues recently and even though my 1 year warranty had expired by a week, they still honored my warranty and replaced the battery for free.Theyre quick and friendly and know what good customer service is.

I had not visited the store before and was very concerned as I needed my laptop repaired quickly, so that I could complete a presentation that day.
