Car wash is just ok.The window stickers never work so if you buy a membership know that it’s going to be a hassle to actually get the reader to read your sticker about 90 percent of the time.I have an X5 and the back is never clean. I have to go to vacuums, get a towel, and wipe the back myself or it won’t be clean.On the plus side, it’s in a convenient location and tons of vacuums.

Their automatic machine pulled off my left hand side rear view mirror and they refuse to do anything about compensating the repair,110% unprofessional.When I first drove in, the guy thats supposed to instruct me to go in Neutral pretended to go under my car as if I ran him over, and when I wasnt amused he said I was just joking only a minute later- getting my mirror broken off. I wasnt properly instructed to go on the correct pathway and the machine leaning left pulled off my mirror, when I went in to talk to the supervisor Kelby Reed he said it was late and they were closing to come back the next day, no apology, nothing. Gave me a card with zero telephone number. Im going to move forward with a visit to corporate to escalate this. My flowermound neighbor has had a incident like this at this same location- DO NOT GO HERE.

I used to love this place when it was the $5 car wash and it’s gone downhill with the new owner/management. The last two times I’ve attempted to go (including today) they were “open” but didn’t want cars coming through because something was wrong with the machines inside. Both times there was a woman with a dark bob hair style that was VERY rude shooing cars away. The least she could do is explain why they aren’t accepting new cars, offer a free cash wash, etc. Instead she’s acting like I’m in the wrong for assuming the car wash is open in the middle of the day! Do better or I will find a new place to get my car washed

I would get my car cleaned 1-2 times a week here. The car wash pulled away a small portion of the body on my hatchback. I spoke with the manager and showed them the damage. They said they would have to watch the video to see if the car wash actually caused the damage. They said they couldnt see anything and denied to pay for any repairs. How else could this have happened? A body panel on a new car doesnt start coming off on its own. I highly suggest not using this car wash unless you want out of pocket costly repairs.

The car wash employees are super friendly. They were nice enough to remove the light weight items out of the back of my truck before I went through the tunnel. As I would recommend that if you take your pickup truck through this tunnel, you should remove everything out of your truck bed. This car wash knocked off almost every dirt off of my truck and it most likely did a great job.

Not reviewing the staff, but the car wash itself. The car wash is half as good as it used to be when it was Jerry’s. They charge you the same amount for far less cleaning. Not satisfied with the new owner and set up.

I have a monthly subscription and its absolutely worth the price. We put our 4Runner and Prius through the wash a few times a month with zero issues. And the vacuum area is also top notch.

I had a horrible experience at this business today. One man accused me of not paying for the wash then when I showed him proof he then accused me of hitting the arm to the gate that lets you into the wash. He then said the lady that checked me out for the service is the one that said I hit the arm. I clearly saw a white truck hit the arm and so did the lady and another male worker. For some reason the lady was telling another worker I hit the arm even though she clearly saw that I didn’t. Luckily there was one male worker he easily came to my defense and said I was not the one that hit the car and said I paid. He then also said it was the white truck that hit the arm.Overall this was a terrible experience. It felt like an entire business is trying to accuse me of something I didn’t do. Also for the female employee that “mistakenly” accused me of hitting the arm to blatantly lie like that makes me question the integrity of the employees here. If not for that one male worker I don’t know what kind of a position I would be in. I highly would recommend staying away from this car wash.

Here’s the deal...I know it’s an automated car wash...but dang! The prices are really high now I feel like. Whoever bought this car wash recently is making a ton of money because there is almost always a line.

The water smells like sewage. They close off lanes which is unapparent until you see a cone at the very end. After you’ve already entered and cornered between signs and cones. Completely unacceptable. Close the freaking lanes off at the lane entrance! Not rocket science! I scratched my rims trying to back out while navigating the numerous obstacles and angles. Try to spot the cone below signifying the lane closure?! I can’t imagine if a truck had to deal with that. Drive a half mile up the road for your car wash and save yourself some grief. Canceling my membership.

I’ve gone through this wash multiple times solely for quick continence. I usually get the $4 wash and as to be expected $4 won’t get you a great wash. I’ve never complained or cared much. Previous two times I’ve been I got “Jerry’s best” for nearly $20! And it is nothing but a scam. It is the same exact wash you get for $4. I come home to see that my car is still filthy every single time I go there. I will no longer be a customer to this establishment, please be aware of the poor quality washes they give! As shown in my photos, the car is still dirty, simple things in easy to reach places were not cleaned. I didn’t even photograph all the dirty and grim left!

I am unable to obtain a sticker that will allow my auto to go through the wash. After months of attempts to get the situation resolved, it’s still a no go. Jake the Director for the Lewisville location was very helpful in getting a new outer windshield sticker for my car. However, the sticker will not open the gate. I have spoken to Rebecca at the FM location several times. In each attempt to resolve this issue Rebecca has been incredibly unprofessional and rude. It’s hard to imagine this business would want her to be the face of representation.

Poor customer service. CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENT if you are on auto pay. they will raise the rate without notice.

This scam of a car wash refuses to acknowledge that their employee dented my car before it even went through the wash. I have emailed them several times and not once has anyone sent me an email or addressed the issue. Incredibly unprofessional and I will NEVER spend my money here again. What kind of business has no phone number to contact them on their website?! If you continue to patronize here just know that you are risking your vehicle with a sketchy company that will not provide any customer service when something goes wrong.

I went through this car wash twice after purchasing the monthly unlimited wash package. The first time, the car wash took off my entire right mirror housing (back side shell). The attendant blamed it on a Toyota recall (which I can’t find anything about via Google), but I also see the same thing happened to another reviewer with a car from a different manufacturer. This makes me believe that the blame isn’t necessarily on a recall...The second time, the car wash broke my license plate frame and bent my license plate. I called and asked about these issues, to which they disregarded the damage to my car. I cancelled my monthly subscription 3 days after I purchased it because I am scared for the damage this car wash will do to my car.

Love the setup but if you need more than a light, simple wash this isnt the place Id go. Everytime I come and there is bird poo or anything other than dirt, pollen, etc my car NEVER comes really clean.

This is the place that keeps my ride clean! However, you do have to sweep out your car yourself. (The vacuums are awesome! ) Thats okay. I need the exercise. And of course, my car likes not having any crumbs on its surfaces. I keep from muscular atrophy and my car stays clean! What are you waiting for. Clean your car! Scoot! Happy cleaning!

Pretty sure my wheels have paid the price a time or two for the convenience of a drive thru wash. Good deal nice and quick but make sure youre careful when lining up, I dont think the attendants all care as much as they should.

Nice facility but major issues with the calibration of the equipment. Have taken my truck through a couple times and selected the $16 wash and received a very poor wash. Equipment fails to wash the back of the vehicle at all (See photo). Hope they get this figured out or they will not last in FM. Really bad first impression.

If you need a quick wash and dont expect high quality, go here. DO NOT spend over $10. There is essentially no difference in the quality above $10. Also, be careful driving into the track. I followed the worker prompting me, heard a big crack, and ended up with a cracked hub cap. The vacuums are great and really the only reason I go here.

I got my car washed on 9/8 but my credit card got billed twice. Called and left voicemail multiple times and still waiting for the call back.I had to initiate a payment dispute via my financial institution since there are no response from the company. What a pain!!Update: My bank quickly resolved the charge dispute with Jerrys and issued me a credit. Time spent with the bank: less than 5 minutes.

Very clean, prices are pretty good. The only issue I have is the lack of compressed air hoses at the vacuum stations. Other than that the wash was good.

Didnt do a great job washing the tires before spraying the protective coat so I had to wipe each of them down when I got home. The air dryer at the end was also not great and left water spots.My kid loves the place though!

The older lady that works here always puts in the system for bed retrieval so the top of pickups never get cleaned. She put that setting in on my expedition she said because of the factory luggage racks. So the top of my car doesn’t get cleaned. The brush does not lay on top of the car but the brushes do. If this is the case how do mirrors make it through. This is absolutely ridiculous.

They do not pre wash so bugs dont come off nor does windshield bugs. If they would just do a pre wash or orensoak at the beginning the wash would be better. Doesnt do a good job at all. Vacuums work great though.

Quality car wash. I have the Jerrys best monthly service. $30 a month for unlimited top end washes are great. They do have cheaper options as well but the top way is amazing and my car always comes out spotless. Only wish they had free hand towels to finish drying off your car. But I keep some in the trunk just for that.

One of the better car washes in this city. It is very easy and simple to pay and get in line. There is never a long line and if there is then it moves quickly. The wash system is modern and does not scratch. There are free vacumes at the exit.

Took my SUV for a wash yesterday With $7 car wash. They have two of the wash rotors not working. So it left the front wind shield as it is. I asked to speak to the manager she came and said you can wash the car again. But when I told her your rotor for the front is not working and no point on going back. She completely ignored and said no one complained. Not going back here again.

Do NOT sign up for the reoccurring plans!!! I did and I regret it!After canceling the plan, I was still charged for 3 months, and it has been another 3 months and no one has responded or reimbursed me. I have been contacting them weekly. The company communication is nonexistent! Worst company ever! I would give them negative stars if possible!

A car wash is supposed to WASH the car right? Even if it’s the lowest level wash.... ya still think some soap would help instead of a splash of water. Honestly left with my car more dirty than it was so yeah I’m not very happy. I’ll stick to the rain washing my car instead since it seems to be more effective.

I am guilty of being someone that has maybe only once or twice taken the time to write a negative review. But the car wash, or lack thereof, I received here was awful. Paid for the upgraded wash and it barely looks like my car even was touched. Windows are still filthy. Front of the car still has residue and dirt. Don’t waste your money. Find another spot. Complete waste of money.

Jerry’s Express Carwash scratched my Lexus on the door and both sides of the bumper. I discussed this damage with Rebecca (manager). The following day she emailed advising my car received no damage & that Jerry’s would not take care of compensation related to any damages. Ive been a business owner for a number of years, business owners do not treat customers this way. Shame on Jerry’s for treating their customers so poorly & not acknowledging damage their car wash created. My car came to Jerry’s with no scratches. Please do not take your car here. Should be ZERO stars. I will make sure everyone I know in Flower Mound is aware my horrible experience at Jerrys Car Wash.

Been here several times, purchased washes from the basic $4 to Jerrys works $16, there was one time I purchased the $12 and it felt like a $4 wash, good thing was at that time a good manager on staff, he let me run the car through once again.On 7/17/19, I purchased a $12 package; front bumper, hood, and windshield still had bugs/debris/dirt. manager on duty Lynn, handed me a dirty blue rag with windex, says this will do. Called her over again to show, she says if your finger doesnt take it off, this wash wont. Other areas I was able to just take off with my finger with a quick swipe.Lynn, heres a tip: As a manager, work with your consumer, have a little humility, customer services comes along way when you hold a job descriptions such as yours. Listen to the consumer. Tolerate ambiguity.Over all, you will find better services and a cleaner car at other establishments in the area. I waited since 7/17 and still have not heard back from cooperate, so here is the review. Agree with the other 1 star - we are just wanting other consumers to be aware.

Went today for the first time and my passenger side rear view mirror was badly damaged by the wash cycle. Ive used these type of facilities for years and never had any kind of Damage. Good luck folks.

The manager at this location, Rebecca is not only rude and inconsiderate but she is not very knowledgeable. She was extremely dismissive when I approached her regarding my broken mirror on my vehicle at the fault of the wash and it took her 10+ days to respond to my multiple emails and calls. I wouldnt hire this lady to manage a pet fish, not sure how she is managing a business.

Great car wash and priced fair for the monthly membership. I like the efficiency of the traffic flow, car wash entrance on the left and vacuums on the right. Being on the corner is also nice because there are two separate entries and exits which further helps with traffic flow.

Terrible Wash Leaves Streaks and Dirt on the Car front and back ! that shammy dryer at the end of the cycle is useless dont waste your money going here I live in Flower Mound but I will continue to drive to Grapevine Wash Brothers or mustang as thats a much better wash.

I brought my car in with tons of sap, and it didn’t come off the first time. Thank you, Seth (the wonderful manager), who not only upgraded my car wash and sent me through again for free, but recommended other options if it didn’t work. They also turned the lights off so my kids could enjoy the colored lights, fixed my mirrors, and clipped back in my weather stripping that came loose.I highly recommend this place!

Service center is great, but signing up automatically was a nightmare. Was being charged twice, was registered as another vehicle and and was charged for another person car. Took months to figure out what wa was going on and the main manager couldnt and didnt know how to handle situation. Had to cancel Service, even tho they didnt want to. Emailed area manager, she has never responded. Spoke to others with the same experience. Location management cant handle any financial situation as well. Pass

So far so good. I have the $14 dollar monthly pass and its well worth it. Vacuuming is great with the skinny hose so you van get on side of the seats and in tight places.

Had an issue with tailgate not getting cleaned properly. Manager said to take off trailer hitch . I did that and he ran me through again at no cost and the tailgate looked great. The quality of any business shows when a problem arises and how the business responds. This manager not only solved my problem to my satisfaction, but also gave me free car washes for a month. My wife and I will both continue use this car wash in the future. Additionally, we will refer all of our friends and neighbors. My wife and I have used this car wash extensively since it opened. This is the first issue either of us have had. It’s great to know the problem was handled quickly and to my satisfaction.

Excellent place to get your car wash. Get a monthly membership to avoid extra expenses. Vacuums are free along with every wash so thats a ++ in the DFW area as Ive hardly seen any car wash have it. Also, if you have their membership sticker for the month, then you can access any Jerrys car wash location in the DFW area and get your car washed. Pretty convenient all in all. I wish there are more locations around Irving, Farmers Branch area too. Nothing comes close to Jerrys car wash in terms of value and service.

Does a great job. Have new car and was worried about scratching. Have been through several times with two different type cars, no problems. I do go over my car by hand to completely dry it. Also you can vacuum your car for free with a wash. Also with a new car you get a month free, see website.

I want to love this car wash. I really do. Weve needed a car wash on this end of town. Ive been twice now and both times it didnt come close to removing the bugs from my car. I bought the upgraded $12 wash both times. The second time I talked to an employee about it. He said all he could do is to run it through again. Ran through again and there were still tons of bugs. This was not after a road trip, and I get my car washed weekly. This is Texas.... We have lots of bugs. They need to prescrub the front of the car as you enter.

Its a car wash with like colored lights when they put soap on the window. the way its set up really does make it easy to vac out the car though. Thats worth a star all by itself.

I have been Jerry’s Express Carwash member 1 month, but they broken my passage wipes and it can not fallback to original place in 2 weeks ago.The manager wrote a report and tell me, they will call me in next 2days, but nothing from them until I stop by.The answer I got from them your car older than 7 years, they are not responsible for old car damage. even s no apologies for my car damage.The customer service was awful! I paied $30 per month for membership fee. This is what kind of service their supplied !

Worst car wash ever!!! I was super excited for this to be coming to town but what a disappointment! Not only does it not wash your car but when I went thought it ripped off the trim around my window off. The management made me wait around for about 45 minutes and then told me they watched a video showing that it was like that when I went through. No way this is true or that I camera would be able to pick up the difference between the trim being there and not being there.I didn’t even care if they fixed it but I wanted the piece that had fallen off.To top it all off their vacuum suck. Do not recommend.

If I could I would give this wash a negative rating, brand new wash and I buy the $16 wash, their wash tunnel is weird, it has driers then MORE BRUSHES! so it scratched the you know what out of my car, massive swirl marks all in the hood, doors and hatch ! I WILL NEVER USE THIS WASH AGAIN. I was so mad i just left without telling the manager. if you care about maintaining the paint of your car or want it to look good DO NOT use this wash, it will be a big mistake.

I love this wash!!! I drive from Bedford just to come here! I have never seen a car wash so clean. The management is top notch and the employees are very friendly and helpful. I wont take my vehicle anywhere else!!!

Scratches and other damage to my car

The cheapest option was not good for anything but a very light coat of dust but if its on the hood or front bumper forget it. They dont have the machines set to even touch those. They did at least let us go thru a 2nd time, hence the 2 stars, but it still required some handwashing at home.

Was really happy to see a car wash open here, on my way to work, but...How can a car wash be bad? Drive up with a lady directing my car who clearly could not care less, front tire hits hard and then back tire hits hard, $4 wash was useless, no dry at all, then to the vacuumes which were not turned on, had to walk through mud to ask them why, only to hear because there was still water from the rainfall earlier, go back to my car with the mud on my boots, car was actually dirtier when I left, make the trip to highlands Village this wash doesn’t care about service

Not good. Broke the stem on my tire and then they tried to blame that the stems were not factory and stuck out. Funny how it never happens when I go to other car washes. Luckily it was only $10 to replace the stem on the tire. Will not return.

The worst car wash Ive ever been to. Less than a mile from the house but will travel to 407 for a better wash from now on. $12 works package was no more effective than a garden hose.

This place messed up an antenna on my truck and then made the claim that it wasn’t there fault even though it is policy at almost every other car wash to remove the antenna on a vehicle if it looks like it could be broken and/maimed in any way. It’s just common couresty. Frankly this place although new should be destined to fail.

Perhaps Jerry can explain to me how I can pay $9 for a car wash only to come through with a bent front license plate and the bird feces that was on my hood, virtually untouched. Disappointed doesn’t begin to qualify my experience.

A car wash is supposed to wash the car and it failed miserably twice to clean my winshield. The vacuums are powerful but the attachments easily fall off. All while two employees navigate cars into the wash, I thought to myself maybe one of those people (the manager) should be checking on the customers. If he would have done so, he would have known if the lack of cleaning and issues with the vacuum attachments. I expect issues with a new car wash but the attitude that I sensed was that it was new and nothing needs to fixed. Check the vacuum attachments, they are not secure. Check the car wash itself as it does a mediocre job on windshields. Or is the last two brushes at the end of the car wash not working which my previous car wash these would spin and clean the hood and winshield.

DO NOT RUN YOUR CAR THROUGH THIS WASH! in addition to the wash being mediocre, the management team is rude, inconsiderate and unwilling to work with monthly carwash members because of their terrible scanning system. Had to cancel two of our family car wash memberships here after their manager blamed me saying “it’s not my fault you bought your car” because of HIS faulty scanning system that doesn’t properly read my tag. Terrible customer service and corporate doesn’t respond either. Avoid this place like the plague.
