Worst hand wash car place I’ve ever been to. They charge me $84 to have my car hand washed and fully vacuumed inside with extra care. If you take a look at the picture I took it was dirty still inside my seats my cupholders was dirty. The personal who was out side signing out what wash we wanted to get did not understand me at all. If I can give thsi a 0 star I will. Now good news there machine was is much better then their hand. They want to charge for everything.

This place is clean and well managed with plenty of amenities in the waiting area. They did an excellent job on our F-250 exterior wash and dry. The outdoor waiting area complete with a waterfall is very relaxing. Will definitely keep coming back.

Once I drove off I realized they did not clean the dash thoroughly, and did not clean my camper (except for the windows) which they charged me $20 for. They told me that I can come back and wait in line for them to fix the spots that they missed. I do not recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right in the first place, unless that is, you are one of those elusive people that has time to go wait for them to fix something that they should have done right in the first place.

I had my car completely cleaned inside and out along with a wax job. My 2017 car looks brand new. Kwik Kar did a fantastic job and within the time frame promised.

I have been using this car wash for a number of years and found the service to be very good. I recently stopped by midday on a Thursday to get my car washed and needed the WeatherTech floor mats cleaned. I wanted to purchase the $30 service. After waiting 25 minutes in line because they only had two ladies vacuuming multiple lines of cars, I was told there was an upcharge for the floor mats - front only and there was no way they could get to it today. I was so disappointed and very aggravated. I had to wait an additional 5 minutes until they finished vacuuming the car in front of me and move it away. I left wondering if this was a lack of help, but noticed many people walking out to the garage area to take their lunch break. Maybe my timing was bad, I dont know, but I will not be going back.

This place used to be a great place to wash your car. Today, I was treated rudely, and I received a horrible car wash ever for an expensive price. I really needed my car cleaned, so I grabbed a few rags and tried to wipe off some spots inside and out that were neglected. No one cared, offered to help me, or even asked me what I was doing. I would NOT recommend going here to wash your car.

They change management like I change cloths. It stays the same no matter who is running it.

Super disappointed... the Complete Showroom interior/exterior package, although priced about what you would expect to pay for based on the name sorely missed the mark on service and detail. We waited the 4 hours to get our vehicle, but I the rear window was so bad, I had to ask them to redo it. I didnt have time to inspect the rest of the work until I got home. All of the windows had smudges in the corners... not showroom quality, the headlights we supposed to be free of oxidation, they were not, all of the leather in the car was to be cleaned and conditioned and the the seams and crevasses we missed entirely as though the seats were given a quick wipe down. I havent included the rest because although the wash and detail did not lack in cost... it most definitely lacked in DETAIL.

Tale of two cities.Took my wife’s car there prior to selling it. Place wasn’t busy. They performed a super clean for $60 that was absolutely fantastic. Better than details I’ve spent $100 for.However. Went back 2 weeks later. A little more busy. Diff car. Paid $65 for super clean. Piss poor job. Didn’t clean mat in back of suv. Didn’t even vacuum it. I pointed it out and they corrected. Got in car. They hadn’t cleaned sunroof front mirror also smudged.Quietly pointed it out.. yep they jumped right on it.I got in. More smudges on all the mirrors. Blemishes galore and dirt. . Just not clean and professional. For $65 I expected at least minimal clean. Particularly as they performed well prior.I was late back to work so I just left at that point. I wonder how many patrons this happens to in the course of a day?

Horrible experience. Hand wash ended up with stains all over the paint, rims were all covered in the dust and brakes residual. Inside was also stained. I went back, I wasn’t loud not to ruin the business as they had dozen of other people there and the main guy came with me, brought some cloth, went over a few stains and told me that’s a hand wash, what did you expect, that’s normal. The worst car wash ever. Expensive too, compared to Chicago hand car washes. I don’t know what are you people used too, but this wash is a fraud. A real disappointment. I will post photos as well.

My vehicles have received the soapy suds treatment at Kwik Kar Wash for many years. Today was even better than ever since I was the first vehicle in the bay this morning. I got there first and felt like a winner. The inside and outside of my vehicle were SUPER clean and the tires were simply stunning with their SHINE when completed. Youre better off just washing your car yourself! I took both of my vehicles there today and both of them I had to get them to redo stuff. Dont waste your time and money unless you want a half done job. Even when you get them to redo it its still getting 2 half done jobs in one. I told the lady at the front both times and she told me the second time Ive had any problems come back and tell her. I came back and told her and all she could say was Im sorry. I do realize Im hard to please but for this to be the number one car wash in Texas Id hate to see any others. Look at the photo, does that look like the wheels got clean or tires shined??????!!!! And thats after I asked him to redo, maybe if he hadnt cleaned them with glass cleaner it would have worked better.In response to (owner) I dont know what pre-existing damage you are talking about. The tires are brand new and the wheels arent old or damaged. I only drove about a mile so there was no reason for anything to come off the tires. The fact is nothing was put on them. I will not give yall another chance, this car was your other chance. I brought my first vehicle up there before this one and yall failed me on both.

Stopped by on a mid day Friday although it was not too crowded. I got the first class service $30 on my work truck. The guys normally do a great job but this time was not up to par. Several areas on the side and back were still dirty -- need to scrub guys! Wheelwells were dirty as well as running board. Inside was not much better with only a quick wipe down on cleaning and shining the interior. Very disappointed!

WOW! Complete Detailed and my car looks brand new. My floor mats were very dirty and stained. My seat was covered in the blue from my blue jeans. They cleaned and waxed the outside. Looks beautiful. They told me to come back in 2 days for another car wash, and they’ll vacuum and put the mats back down(they’re drying in the trunk). Worth the money. I won’t wait so long next time. Thank you

As far as work and clean this place is really good! They get a car very clean! The emploees team up on cars to help and speed the process up. Only complaint is the wait time and the greeter. He is not a friendly fellow. But overall I do highly recommend this place!

Is it just me only? 3 times I asked for details wash I ended up taking it back to wash the seats again. Also just detailed a van yesterday and very disappointed how poorly it was done. They didnt clean or wipe the cup holders. There were still stains on certain areas of the cloth which I was able to wipe it off easily with damp cloth. Didnt vacuum well. Wasted my time and my money!

Good wash job but I looked them up on line, picked the First Class pkg. which was $39.00 but 10 min. later as I was giving my selection to attendant it had gone up $10 bucks. He didn’t care, and a very hatefull young lady cashier sure didn’t care either. Not good business, they said they needed to update their web site,,,,,,no kidding.

Went up 10 dollars on prices and tried to charge me an extra 20 dollars for a little dirt in the fender wells from driving down a county road. I wont be back. I grabbed my ticket and went to a local competitor who cleaned it no problem and at no extra charge.

Service is great, unlike most car wash places in DFW. Car comes out consistent and in a like-new condition. If have any issues they are resolved quickly. Consider buying the frequent buyer gift card so you can save a few dollars each visit and just give them the number in back of your card. Saves you time and money!

Lobby area has tons of comfortable seating while you wait, even recliners, free wifi and access to a couple of computers if you need it. Lacks kids area so may be little difficult to keep kids entertained during your service. Overall pretty good customer service, little pricier than other places (+$10-$15) but amenities make up for it.

I was very pleased they gave me a flexible offering for carpet and upholstery shampooing, whereas the competitor location down the street was remaining firm on a price at least twice as much.

Wow. Horrible customer service. Rude staff especially the lady who was the cashier today. Felt very unwelcome and they seemed mad I brought my car in for a full service detail. I was told it would take 6 hours to detail my car...I’m sorry what? I wanted to leave and said no thanks to their service but was harassed by whoever was the car wash service advisor to stay in my car and go through with the service. Never have I been to a place ever where I’ve been told it will take that long and then they wanted 10 more dollars because I drive an SUV. That’s not shown anywhere when you pull up. Probably my first and last time to go here. Also, they stole my guest orange (well now faded orange) gate pass to get into my parents neighborhood. I left it in the console and when I opened it it was gone. I have looked everywhere in my car for it. Nope it’s missing. I definitely left it in my console. Who the heck steals a guest gate pass that you won’t be able to use anyway bc it has my car license plate and a certain tag number that’s assigned to my car and my parents address and has MY name on it....It’s ok bc I’ll report it to Robson Ranch. I’m there often enough that the front gate people know me. Just wow. Left other stuff but they took that. Can’t leave this Kwik car place a vmail bc it “isn’t set up yet...” Dont waste your time or money here. They didn’t even do that good of a job for the amount they charged. I can detail my car better than these people and faster. Thiefs!

Their service was quick; i didnt have to wait at all. My car was not that dirty; just needed regular cleaning. I have asked for their First Class car wash but my car was almost as dirty as it was when i brought it in. It didnt seem like they put much effort in interior dusting or vacuuming .

This is a very nice car wash company. Quick service an a comforting place to relax in the waiting area. It is not cheap but mostly worth the price. Don’t like to bring kids toa car wash so I don’t. I try not to be in a hurry when I come. It works better like this. Free computers no food there. The car is clean an if you hav a problem they will try to resolve. Usually you won’t.

The outside of the car looked fine. When I opened the door, however, when I opened the door, my seat had several stains on it that I did not put there. They were new. I also found a cigarillo under my seat a few days later. I don’t smoke and no one else drives my car. Worst experience at a car wash ever

I paid $100 for interior showroom detail. My trunk was not vacuumed. Two of my storage components lids were not cleaned. My shades that were in the car have some type of spray gunk on them too. Needless to say this was my one and done stop with this place. When you pay that much you expect a solid job. This was amateur at best.

I bought the first class car wash on 07/14/18 ($28) and when I was driving home, I noticed the dashboard of my car was still dirty. Not even washed/ wiped. I looked around more and found more dirt/ trash still in my car in the backseat. My alloy rims were not completely clean. You could still see the dirt in the spokes. I am dissatisfied with my purchase. $28 isnt cheap either so I expect stuff like this with no problem.

I’ve gone to this car wash multiple times but my experience with my black BMW was just poor. I brought it my car to get waxed initially to just get waxed. The car was only clay barred which I already had done the day before. I made a complaint and the manager said he would refund my 150.00 and I should bring it back. I came back the next time to get it buffed and waxed. All the swirls that we’re on the car even the parts he pointed out were all still there. Complete hack job. Then they also caused me to spend more money by damaging my wrapper trim in my vehicle which I told them to be careful of. This car wash scammed me out of $309.00.If I was anybody reading please stay far away. I’m going to take all my other vehicle to Kwik KAR in Lantana. I’ve been having great experience with them so far. This car wash has disappointed me beyond belief about how they Hadley this situation. I’ve payed a total of 600.00 between getting swindled out of 309.00 and fixing the damage they caused.The only reason why they’re surviving is because no competition exist.Stay away or face the same.

Great if not the best place to take your car. They have a variety of packages and a comfortable waiting room with nice chairs, drinks, tv’s, wi-fi, and plenty of charging outlets as well as car products to look at. Right across the street, if you need an oil change or air in your tires you can go there and they’ll usually do it for free. Air is free but I always tip. Oil change may need a gift card but they are very gracious in how they hand out coupons. Great place.

Everytime I get my car washed there I think they have done an excellent job.

This place is run/owned by a man that is arrogant beyond even his own recognition. He doesnt care about anything other than taking your money, treats folks like they are beneath him and continues to let the business fall apart at the same time. When you enter, youre welcomed by either him ( the old guy ) or some teenager ( probably part of the family ). Which ever, youll get rudely rushed through as fast as possible and have to deflect totally unwanted up sales chants and such. After that, you enter a dirty, run down interior ( cracks in floor, seats worn out and disgusting, etc.. ) only to have to deflect more up sales and generally deal with the staff which also seem to be family and it shows as they dont care about anything other than getting through the day. I will not be going back to this place, ever. If you value your cash, go somewhere else, some place where the staff respects the customer. Let this rude, arrogant man fly his business into the ground.

Initially they did a great job. Now 3 months later, I found areas in my carpet that did not get dried and mold has started to grow.

I brought my truck here and paid $35 for the first class wash and leather seat conditioner. When I picked up my truck the right side still had plenty of dust showing and the wheels still had brake dust on them. I know it wont be perfect but paying $35 for a car wash is rediculous if they wont make sure its spotless on the outside. I was very dissatisfied with the quality of their work.

If I can do zero stars I would. This place managed to damage the paint job in my new car. I talked to the manager and he was so insistent that the machines couldnt have touched the car. It looked more like one of his guys dropped something and damaged the paint job. Customer service was horrible. I needed to wipe my own car down. So BEWARE. If I could talk to management that have stake in this place. Be careful of your hiring process. I would NEVER go to this place again. I use to take all of our cars here. All those that pay attention to the reviews - it only takes one time of someone not paying attention to damage something. Youre safer somewhere else. Could vote for worse place in Denton County.

My boyfriend and I went to get his oil changed today, we were listening to music with our aux cord that has an aux cord adaptor connected to it. We sat and waited for our car to get done. Once it was done we got into the car only to see the adaptor was missing. We asked the front desk (after looking in the car ourselves) the lady at the front asked to search our car and we allowed it and she was unable to find it as well. We said we were going to go to lunch and we would be back if she could please see in the garage. We went back only to be none of their guys would ever take anything and got handed a free car wash, like that is suppose to make it better. The point isn’t the adapter, the point is when you take your vechile into a place and trust someone to take care of something you don’t expect your things to be messed with let alone no longer there. Will never go back and will be filing a complaint with the city of Flower Mound. DO NOT GO HERE!

I would give less stars if possible. I paid $30 for the full detail in and out. The tags must have spelt so bad because the inside of my car smells worse then when I brought it in. My windshield wash not fully cleaned. The console still has crumbs and now just looks oily from the cleaner they used. I never write reviews but definitely will take my $30 on a car wash that is worth it. My car was also randomly has at least 5 mosquitos in it when I got inside.

Horrendous. Manager was defensive, arrogant, doesn’t listen, and told me he trusts his employees word over mine. Took nine hours and $150 to get a mediocre wash and the insides vacuumed. Most unprofessional and rude customer service and management I’ve ever encountered.
