Mark Valdez has given us great service for the past five years. When ever I call on him for help (and this is much more frequently than I thought I would) he is there and always solves my problems. Something so trivial as getting my car inspected and forgetting to put my insurance cards in the glove box? Mark e mailed them to me so that I didnt have to go back home and start over. When our roof was destroyed by a hail storm he expedited the replacement and when the damage was assessed, they determined that our 7 foot fence had sustained similar damage and they included a full repaint of the fence.Lastly, when I recently asked Mark to review our coverage he came back with more coverage for our dwelling at a 1600 dollar a year savings. We live in a time where people dont do what they say, they will or flat out dont tell you the truth . Mark has treated us with respect, honesty and integrity. We could not recommend he and Valdez insurance more highly. Give them a try!
