Ive had great service from this office on claims. Insurance is one of those things you forget that you have, until you need it. Ive had a few times to need help with a claim on weather related issues with a house and again on a travel trailer. Matts staff is knowledgeable, efficient and they take full ownership of the issue through final resolution. They provide accurate information quickly and follow up as needed. Ive been a State Farm customer over 40 years and had a few different agents. Matts staff is well trained and you can tell they take service seriously.

There are no words to describe the level and quality of service I received when opening a renters policy with this agent. What I can do is comment on their sales team. This office has two sales members, Ms. Rohana Butt, and Mr. Michael Evans. I highly recommend asking for either of them when calling this office. Ms. Rohana was who actually set up my renters policy, and she knew I was crunched on time but regardless was able to get me in and out without ever making me feel rushed at all and answered all of my questions in a respectful, kind manner. I was also expecting to get a high rate as there is a common stipulation State Farm is always the most-expensive insurer, but when I sat down with Ms. Rohana, I was delighted to find out they had recently had a massive rate drop so I ended up getting great coverage for practically nothing! I highly recommend paying them a visit.
