Anytime I have emailed, haven’t received a response. The one time I talked one the phone, she was extremely rude. Really makes me want to go back to spending 70/month just so I’m not an account of hers. If transferring was an option, I would do it in a heartbeat. Will go back to Geico once my contract is up.

After 35 years of being a State Farm customer I began moving my insurance coverage for our commercial property and some of our vehicles to Allstate and specifically John Larsons offices. Believe me its not easy finding someone to switch to after so many years but John and his staff are the best Ive been around and have earned my business.

Ive been with Allstate Insurance probably about 4 years now. They have always taken good care of me, although you sometimes have to remind them!I also have 2 annuities through Allstate, with AXA. They went through several representatives getting me set up. but now my rep is Maria, and I have no issues whatever. I am happy Allstate is providing me with a financial adviser at no additional charge, and would recommend them to other senior singles.

Maria Golseth has been my Allstate agent for many years now and she has always been helpful in keeping my insurance current for the needs I have (from annual reviews to help me save money to expediting claims to get me back on the road). Her professionalism and attention to customer satisfaction is above reproach. These traits can be hard to find in the insurance business.
