I have been with Allstate for a few years now. My experience has been great so far. Jeremys staff has been very knowledgeable and gone above and beyond to meet my needs. Vanessa has especially gone out of her way to thoroughly explain coverage to me. I highly recommend Jeremys office.

I was with Allstate close to 15 years. I was automatically transferred to Jeremy Burk, when my agent left Allstate. Never ONCE did I receive a phone call from this Agent. Ive only ever needed any kind of assistance maybe a handful of times, but have only been able to deal with his staff. They are extremely unprofessional and rude. When I emailed Jeremy Burk, my actual agent, I would only receive responses back from his staff. When I would call, he was never available to speak with. When I cancelled my policies (again, after 15 YEARS) I didnt even receive a phone call OR an email from this agent asking WHY I was leaving. Customer Service is clearly not his way of thinking.

Jeremy could not have set me up in a better financial position.. give him a call!
