Allstate is a great company! I’ve been doing business with them for years and never had an issue! They’ve got competitive rates and if there’s a chance you can save money, they’ll reach out to you about those potential savings because they truly care! Their motto is “we work for you.” Their Customer Service is top notch as well!

Its never been so easy or painless parting with my money while signing up for a bundle policy with Kathy Hamilton...she was efficient polite and knowledgeable providing all the options without making me feel pressured... additionally she was patient and quick to respond to my questions when I emailed her.. I felt like I truly got personal attention and not a cookie-cutter situation I highly recommend doing business with her and Rusty Wallace with Allstate.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service provided. I have received misinformation on multiple occasions. Things are already stressful enough when you are needing to speak to your insurance company without them making it more difficult.I will be pursuing other providers.

This is the WORST team. They are extremely unprofessional and lack communication. I have had numerous issues where the team “accidentally” makes an error on my account and it seems that every time I renew there are countless issues that take multiple phone calls to resolve. I’ve finally decided to cut my losses and go to a different insurance company. This insurance company staffs poorly and will be a constant hassle!! Stay away!!

Service is reasonable but I very seldom hear from Dusty Wallace himself. It is always “front-office” staff that seem to answer all questions and reach out to me.
Fortunately I haven’t needed any major service but when I have needed help Dusty and his awesome assistant they have come through with the support that most customers would hope to receive. I rate them A plus.
I have had car and home owners insurance from the Dusty Wallace Agency for many years. I moved to Austin, Texas 9 years ago and have not switched agencies because of the tremendous service that I get. I cannot recommend this office strongly enough.
Very dependable, professional and friendly. this seems to go from the boss on down. Once my mortgage company messed up and Dustys office solved it all in about a day after I had spent hours on hold and getting no meaningful action from the Mortgage Co. Nice people and good to have them on your side!

I called in to see if my cancellation had been processed. Anne, who answered, said Oh, I did get it. It printed out kind of weird. Her tone was off as if she was extremely annoyed by me calling and asking about my cancellation and how I sent it in as a picture in an email. I, honestly, dont think it was even processed when I called in because I had received no sort of confirmation. She said it take 48 hours to process a cancellation and 7-10 business days to process the refund. I asked to see who else I could talk to that would provided me a personal answer instead of a vague general answer. She proceeded to tell me that there was no one else and that she was the office manager. I asked for the All State number because she said everyone in her office would say the same thing. She said there was no number I could call and refused to give me any information. She also said I could call them and ask them for information. I guess. In my experience with other insurance agencies will go out of there way to get you the information you are asking for, not leave it as the last final option and be bothered by having to take the extra steps.They also say you can get a gift card for referring someone. Well, I did refer someone and never got anything. Its a scam to get more people without actually giving out the reward. Overall, poor experience with the office manager which in the professional life is a representation of the office in general. Even if it saves you a couple of dollars, go somewhere else or with another All State agency. Its not worth the rude tone and vague general answers.

We were forced to hunt down a proof of insurance from all the way back in 2009 due to horrendously poor record keeping by a local court. Not only did the wonderful young lady locate the records, she faxed them over to the court for us and after moving to another state, we hadn’t even been customers since 2013. They seriously went well above and beyond for us, and were under no obligation to assist at all! That really says something about the quality of service they provide! Thank you guys! Highly recommended!

My wife has had horrible experiance with AllstateI just sat and listened to her get the run arround for half an hour. Her words: I just got married, my husband put me on his insurance. I called to cancel this policy and they told me They werent allowed to cancel policies, I needed to call my local agent. Called my local agent DUSTY WALLACE and he conveniently wasnt available. I sent him an email and got an auto response that said he was out of the office. Called Allstate again and they again told me to call his office and flat out REFUSED to let me talk to a manager, again stating its against company policy to allow people to cancel their insurance with anyone other than their local agent. So then I hung up and called Allstate back a 3rd time, this time following the prompts to ADD a car to my insurance policy, rather than to cancel. When the person answered I asked if they were part of my local agency. No, but I can certainly help you add to your policy. I explained the situation and requested he cancel my policy. He put me on hold while he read some info about canceling policies. Came back on the line AND WOULDNT YOU KNOW: There is no policy in Texas that requires me to go to my local agent. He processed my insurance with no further issues. This company lies and refuses to cooperate once you even hint at canceling your insurance. WILL NEVER BE BACK. I suggest you do not even try.

The Allstate agents I have recently worked with have taken the dread out of Auto and Homeowners insurance. After years of overpaying for both insurance, my Allstate agent asked me why I never received discounts that I was entitled to. Who knew??

It was ok when I bought policies from them. However, when I tried to cancel them, they made it very hard. After sending in the written request, then followed with many phone calls and emails, the policies are still not cancelled after a month.
There is no customer service at this office. Calls are not returned for days when messages are left with other staff members. If you receive their voice mail it is full and will not accept any additional messages. When I spoke to Dusty about changing to another agency he was rude and hung up on me.
