I rented my apartment site unseen. Hailey was amazing through the entire process. When their office opened for business, I came in and she took me on a tour of one of the models. Hailey has been kind, attentive and helpful. Amber, has also been helpful and kind. Their genuine willingness to help goes above and beyond. I am very excited to be moving here in the next couple of days.

I have lived here for more than 2 years. Love the property and apartment. The staff is very accommodating. The maintenance staff is fast and effective. I have bought a house is the ony reason I am moving. The amenities are kept up also.

I have lived here for about 2 and a half years and I love it. The staff is always on top of any concern I may have or any questions that may come up. The apartment on the inside is beautiful! I moved to a larger floor plan recently due to needing more space and I love how open the floor plan is. I would recommend this community to anyone!

I moved to Marquis at Lantana from out of state in March of 2018 and just recently moved out in early 2020. I move every few years usually due to job promotions within my company, and I utilize reviews to decide where Im going to live. I had such a wonderful experience living at the Marquis at Lantana. Move in was easy, the complex is kept clean and pest free, the apartments are modern and have upgraded facilities, and the layouts of my apartment was great. It was always quiet and the people, both staff and other residents were great. The physical location of the apartment was great for access to major highways and stores I would frequent. Lastly, both the office team and the maintenance crew were always accessible, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to live.

I lived here for seven years (2011-2018), moved out two years ago. It’s so sad to see all the bad reviews about management now, when I lived there the management was amazing!!! I loved the community, the management and maintenance were all amazing. Never had one issue, I only moved because I got transferred to Dallas and the drive was to much with traffic.While I was there Amber was the assistant and she was great, and Megan was the manager.

We are so excited to be part of the community. We’ve been working with Audrey for MONTHS and asked her millions of silly questions. She’s been AMAZING with us. She’s followed up, answered all questions, provided great info and more. Audrey is AWESOME and so kind. We are so excited and happy everything worked out perfectly. I have never written a review online let alone a negative review but I did want to let other people know what experience I had with this apartment complex. I didnt really have any issues while living there for 2 years until move out. They will for sure try to charge you for whatever they can when you move out. First you are required to give a 60 day notice so I made sure to go in well before the 60 day period. When it came to moving out I noticed the online payment due for the prorated last month was a couple hundred dollars higher than what they said it was going to be when I put my 60 day notice in. I called the office and they said that I didnt give a 60 day notice and that I would be charged for the additional 3 days that I was late in giving that. It did not sounds right to me because from what I remembered I made sure to go in before that 60 day period. Once we hung up I looked for my copy of the 60 day notice and luckily I found it, It showed that I had come in before the last 60 days of my lease. They had the same copy on file but some how didnt see it until I called back to notify them. They then adjusted the amount. once that was done with I packed up my apartment to move out and I paid for my apartment to be professionally cleaned before my lease was up. The apartment complex called me after I moved out and said they were charging me for new carpet in both bedrooms because of the pet urine. I wouldnt be upset about this if I ever had a pet in that apartment but I NEVER once owned or watched someones pet in that apartment. It was completely false and ridiculous. Long story short these apartment complexes know they can charge you whatever they want even if it is completely false since you really cant do anything about it unless you want to spend more money and take them to court for a few hundred dollars.Which they know no one will want to do. I just wanted to share because it is frustrating when you know you are getting scammed. --

This is a quiet safe community. My apartment is all new appliances flooring paint etc. The fitness room has just reopened with all new equipment. There are grills and playgrounds and pet areas. Nice pool and hot tub. The staff is outstanding and very responsive to my needs. This property is under a different management team than mentioned in older comments and reviews.

We had to stay here while we were waiting for our house to be built. The buildings look a little shabby from the outside but the interiors are all redone. And the staff is excellent. I had no problems living there. Adriana was extremely helpful. Usually people leave bad reviews for apartment communities because they only think of reviewing when things go south. Well, not in this case. The place is great . Location is great. Management is great. Give them a try if youre looking for an apartment.

What everyone else is saying is true. This place truely is a gem. Great management that do everything in a timely manner and great facilities. Would highly recommend.

Nicest front office staff I have ever experienced at an apartment. The maintenance staff is very efficient too! Wonderful pool and gym equipment. We have lived here for five months and love it 👍🏼👍🏼

For the money I pay and the area, this is horrible. I would say the manager and the girls need to be replaced, but Ive read about the company now, and, wow. Dont rent here you will be sadly sorry.

Staff at Marquis is great! Amber was there for us at every step showed us different apartments with different options! We love our new apartment and cant wait for the sunny days to go and enjoy the pool area. Again thank you Amber for all your help!!!! Freddy and Maya

We just recently relocated from South Louisiana, and really knew no one in the area. After our first visit to Marquis, we felt like family!! The staff is geniune and extremely welcoming... they make us feel right at home! Our apartment fits our needs perfectly, and is located just a couple of blocks from everything you need. We could not have made a better choice!!

By far one of the best complexes and staff Ive experienced as an apartment dweller. The rental rates have steeply increased to insane levels recently and the traffic, especially 2499, has made this place less of a value than it was 2 years ago. It looks like the recent expansions of healthcare and other high paying jobs in the area have turned this into a very expensive corporate rental transition population.

Very unhappy with the management. Will not help me resolve my issue and flat out lied to me about doing so.

The Marquis representative I worked with was extremely helpful, cheerful, courteous and knowledgeable. Cant remember when I have had such help. If I had to rate the Marquis representative who worked with me, it would be 15+.

Great front office staff. Also good maintenance staff and very efficient to requests. Great pool and well maintained.Good neighbours and community . Staff organise amazing community activities together to hang out as well.Excellent location for shopping. Its been 5 months and helped us settle down well and we are loving it . My kids 4 and 6 feel right at home and happy as well. Thanks again marqui at lantana ...way to go !!
