This company is complete and total trash. Customer service is a joke. I had a reservation. When i arrive to pick it up they dont even have a truck available. Already paid for movers. Took off work. Drove 3 states over. And they were absolutely no help.

They changed my pickup time and location on me an hour before hand, without ever calling to notify me. When I call to make sure my truck was ready the employee was very rude on the phone and told me my rental wasnt available and I would have to do to another location. Then that place was also very rude when I called to make sure they had a truck and they told me I would have to wait a day for my pickup. Throughout this whole experience everyone was very rude and not helpful so I switched and went with a different service.
