Andrew is his name, and he is the worst definition of a CSR, I hope I never have to deal with such an individual again. When I came in the day, I was taken care of by Joe who was awesome, but Andrew ruined my experience with U-Haul. I was so scared of dealing with Andrew, that my wife and I had to invite the cops to the store because we were literally scared for our life. Andrew is the rudest employee I have ever done business with, and I hope he is immediately fired or re-assigned because he does not need to be dealing with customers. Andrew should not be in a customer-facing position.

They take advantage of elderly people, and charge them 3 times the amount of what they should be charged. The customer service is poor. They hung up on me and then refused to answer the phone afterwards as it was close to closing time. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.

Last time was horrible and now when I call 15 minutes hold still nobody picks up the phone I feel stupid for even considering giving them my $.

If I could, I wouldnt even give a star. the worst experience ever. the guy at the store was not friendly at all. He didnt have a name tag on, his clothes was wrinkled, he was rude, argumentative and disrespectful. He wrecked the truck that was blocking my truck, into a fence. he lied about the gas amount that was in my truck as if it had a full tank, so I got charged for a full tank of gas that was never even in the truck. the guy was even swearing. two weeks later here they are taking $55 out of my bank account for gas. I do NOT recommend.

Rented a truck they was supposed to be open at 7 am it’s 744 and no one is here

The rental agent Jennifer was pleasant and very easy to work with. She answered all of our questions and got the best storage unit for our needs. She made the process easy.

If you want to wait 30 minutes to an hour for a propane refill then this is the place for you. Of not I would suggest going to somewhere across the bridge in the st. Charles area where the work ethic is 10 times better.
