Very unprofessional, inconsistent service. Female manager who answers the phone doesnt identify it as a business and is very rude to clients. She has even hung up on clients. Company closes early without advance warning, which can leave their special needs clients stranded. Transports clients in the drivers personal vehicles, which dont appear to have passed any state inspection for commercial transport. I could go on. Contracted by the state with virtually no oversight, so they get away with it.
