Its a nice establishment but they are either under resourced, poor time managers or just plain slow. There were 3 people seated in the waiting room including myself when I arrived. It quickly grew to 5 and when customers were seated at a station for their appointment, they waited another 10 -15 minutes for their nail tech to start working on them. I even saw two nail techs switch off from one customer to another. One tech would start the work on a customer and another would take over, allowing the first nail tech to start working on a different customer. You would think this would be efficient but you would be wrong.This continued throughout the evening leaving some customers waiting for someone to finish their manicure/pedicure that another tech started.Like I said, its a nice place inside but thats not enough to get me to go back only to sit and wait 20 minutes after my appointment was scheduled to begin. I live by the motto of customer service and delivery over appearance.

My family and I just moved to the area, was really looking forward getting my mani and pedi before my sons birthday, and most needed mom and daughter time (a break) . I’m disappointed, I asked for my nails to be different colors and they said it will be $10 extra because it’s more work to be using different colors 🤯. Not even a design and they are overpricing. Forget about the $10 extra dollars, that’s nothing. When I was about to pay the total, $60 for each, they started adding all this up. They charged extra for a different type of nail polish, how I’m supposed to know that one I picked was extra ? Not fair, they should put a sign and each individual will decided if they want to pay a little more for a different brand of nail polish. Then, I see another extra change, that they couldn’t event explain (English being their second language). I ended up paying almost $180 for gel mani and regular pedi. Not too mention that they don’t really take most of the cuticles off. Positive things: place is neat, clean, and comfortable, but never coming back, because is not fair to pay so much for such a poor job, specially when you don’t even get a fair explanation of what you are pain for. Will look for a better place. I have no problem paying as long is something that deserves it.

Nice place but it felt rushed and over priced I spent over $ 155 for me & my daughter mani/pedi with tip included for both but the deal breaker for me is when I was chased out for not giving the tip they thought they deserve? What!!! Wow !!! now their demanding tips since when??? Last I remembered You Earn Your Tip, Not Demand it !!! Don’t be deceived by the Appearance of the place their money hungry. It’s a shame 😣Their Lose

I finally found a nail salon that I love!I get gel manis, regular pedis, waxing and the ear candle. My manis/pedis last for at least 2.5 weeks (depending on if I pick at them when bored). They also do great nail design work if you’re into trying something different with your nails. I.e. metallic, matte, designs, etc.They have a huge menu of options, including spa-like treatments, massages, waxing, etc.The service is amazing. Always welcoming. I never feel uncomfortable trying something new.

I am so disappointed! I went in without an appointment and they let me know it would be a 30 min wait. I did not have an issue waiting. 40 minutes later they let me know that they would not be able to take me anymore. Very unprofessional and a waste of time!

I come here for a sculpting gel manicure every few weeks and have had a good experience every time. I actually used to bite my nails but now they are much healthier and always look great! The salon is always clean, smells fresh, and staff is friendly. I recommend calling ahead during busy hours just in case.

First time here....needed a quick pedicure and was able to come in and get taken care of quickly. I was pleased with color choices, product availability and the menu of spa items to choose from. Prices were as expected and similar to what I pay in my town.

Great nail salon! I’ve gotten a dip manicure here and my nails never chip or break. The staff do a great job and are pretty efficient!

Emma is the best!!! Im sure they are all great but I am very specific with the way my nails are filed, shaped and also the way my polish is applied (no gaps in the corners) Emma also gave me a great pedicure!!!! She is now my new nail tech. You also get a complimentary shoulder massage while having your nails done. I must mention the place looks very elegant!! Definitely feels like a spa day! The only CON is their SNS is $10 more than all the other local nail spas. Hopefully they will realize and change it.

Enjoyed the pedicure so much, it was my first time. the place was so beautiful and clean and the nail techs were so nice. I also had an hour massage and I really enjoyed it . I’m definitely going back.

Emma is the best ANC manicurist I’ve ever experienced - book her ahead to secure an appointment. Salon is spotless, accommodating and welcome. Free 5-10 minute massages with every service.

Yay! I live in Town and have had some bad luck with pedicures trying every other one in the immediate area and having just terrible luck. Well yesterday I noticed a new place next to Panera (which apparently has been open for 6 months - obviously Im very observant) and let me just say super happy! First the place has a great vibe! Very modern and sleek. The color selection is pretty awesome as well and they have a TON of pedi chairs (which is a nice plus). Everyone there was very pleasant in a genuine way (not the fake hi way - which again nice change). They offer a variety of services but the most impressive (to me) were the spa pedicure options. These are actually spa grade services and not the over price version of a regular pedicure. I ended up selecting a spa pedicure over the usual one and was very happy with the results. The gentlemen that did it was very nice, pleasant and thorough. I would highly recommend this place! In fact, I cant wait to go back and try the others options! I cant attest to the manicure b/c I didnt get one but if they are anything like the pedicures I cant imagine anyone would be disappointed.

I had a great experience!! I’m always last minute & didn’t have hours to spare, that’s what I really loved about This place. I wasn’t there all day . Reasonable fast & looks great! my powder mani looks amazing & the Pedi was excellent. Very clean . People were nice enough. 25$ for regular pedi was great, if you want spa type it’s extra of course. I really have no complaints. Everything was good. I will be going back

Hands down the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten. Amazing experience!

I was looking forward to this new place opening for a while, but after three awful experiences I will NEVER go back. First and foremost, they are RUDE! There is a woman who sits somewhat close to the front and a man in particular who acts as if he runs the show, who are rude without reason. (You have to love it when they talk about you and laugh in front of you as they both look up at you!) ; ) The man actually wreaks of cigarette smoke which is gross. Moreover, during TWO OF MY THREE visits, the back half of the room was a cloud of cigarette smoke, and I have asthma so that is unfair! (I thought that in NJ, there is a no smoking policy inside the place of business?)As far as my pedicure, the last person rushed through it. I noticed polish outside the nail area on a couple of toes which was not cleaned up. The price is high for such a rush job. In addition, I once brought their coupon for a free manicure and pedicure. Since I have gel on my nails, I could not use the regular manicure part which is completely understandable. However, I asked to only do the regular pedicure and forgo the free manicure portion since I already had gel on my nails. I was told NO in a nasty tone. I asked if I could do the color gel mani and regular pedi and Id pay the additional price for the gel mani, and she said no. My missing out on the free pedi coupon was not the end of the world, but the rude manner in which is was said by the person was the issue.As far as my last manicure at Blooming, I finally had a nice length to my nails except one nail that broke. I said I would like to keep the length other than re-shaping and filing. I also said I did not mind if one nail was different since it would catch up. I was reading a magazine when I looked up and saw she started cutting my nails down to short nubs! I do not know if this was a language barrier issue, but it was frustrating.Bottom line, I do not recommend this place since they seem to rush all the time, and a few of the main people who act like they are mangers or run the place are consistently rude. (Btw, in all fairness I did once meet a sweet woman who works at this salon.... I did not love the mani, but she was kind.)

Very pretty and clean salon because everything is brand new, but I was very disappointed with my pedicure, it was the worst I have had in a long time. My first and last time, wont be back.
