I had issues with my new phone so i went to boost to see if they could figure out what i did wrong. Esmeralda and Paulina took charge and worked on my phone for over 2 hours trying to figure out the problem. They multitasked in between helping other customers and put there heads together. They fixed it woohoo!! Kudos to them for being exceptional at what they do. I really appreciate the time they took to answer my questions and work on my phone. If im ever blessed with my own business boost mobile better watch out cause those girls are coming with me!! Thanks again Paulina and Esmeralda!!

Great process quick service never any hassle

Some of the worst service Ive ever received. I was going to up grade. I think now Im just going to find another company. They all have about the same prices. I have never had customer service as bad as I had today.
