Ally Communications is wonderful to work with. We had a lot of issues with phones and internet prior to working with them. They spent a lot of time with us, and had everything in working order quickly. If we ever have an issue they are quick to respond, and have the issue resolved quickly. We love working with Ally!

Tl;dr: 20 minutes to create a brand new setupDue to a number of reasons, I had to update our entire phone system layout today. New Queues (3), timeframes (5), routing, auto attendants (5); the whole 9 yards. Not counting my recording time, it only took about 15-20 minutes to get everything in place. Allys Hosted PBX platform might be the easiest Ive ever used. And Ive used a number of them.
