Holly helped my wife and I purchase our first home in 2007/2008. Shes personable, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job guiding us through the process. Because she was so great to work with, we also asked her to sell our home a few years later. Having said all that, thats not why Im taking the time to write a review. Fast forward nearly 8 years since leaving the area and my wife and I are purchasing a home in the Seattle. During the mortgage process something weird pops up during the background check (basically our relocation company SIRVA did something odd when they transferred our title). I call her to ask her for any help she could provide to show the home sale was completely normal. I wasnt expecting that she would be able to provide much or even remember my name, but she immediately recognized me, looked through her files, reached out to the courthouse and title company, and sent me documentation on everything. I honestly dont know what we wouldve done without her and Im not exaggerating when I say she provided the best customer service experience of my life.
