We had a wonderful experience with this realty-both selling and buying. Our agent, Jeannie Rogers, was amazing. I will use them/her again and would recommend this agent and this realty to anyone.

Agents lie to get you thinking you are getting a good deal, just to try and screw you over in the end. Would rather work with Anyone else, find a kid on the street probably going to be more honest.

Be careful if you have any dealings with this company. they listed a property as a waterfront lot,with 60 feet of deeded water access, with a boat house. it had a boat house but it was not on theproperty it was on a community easement. there is no deeded water access, and the little decksomeone built is also on the easement, not on the lot. either the owner misled them with the listing,or they just said what they wanted, either way we are having to go to small claims court to get our earnest money back. when I tried to talk to their broker he told me he would not talk to me, and not to be calling him. he also said they were not responsible for what went on their listingsheets. so....who is? if its buyer beware then they can say whatever they want and think theyreprotected by saying were not responsible for the information they put out to the public.smells a little stinky...no wonder realtors get bad reputations...they earn it.
