I called Cooks at 9:30am in the morning with an issue with a Yellow Jacket nest in my yard. They were there at 1130am the same day and got the job done. Very nice, personable, and helpful staff all around. Will use again.

They call to notify ahead of time when they are coming for service. They ask if there is anything else they can do while they are here. Communications are good and key from a service company.

Not at all impressed. Got a quote from Cooks and another competitor. We decided to go with Cooks based off of a lower price. Salesman promised a couple of things if we chose them and of course didn’t follow through on what he claimed they would do. Tech showed up and installed stations with no issues, when I asked him about the other items the salesman mentioned he told me to take it up with the salesman who of course proceeded to dodge phone calls unlike the nonstop calling he did to get our business. Should have just paid more and went with the competitor.

Cooks completes my annual termite inspections and monthly pest/bug control services. Theyre always attentive and helpful if I have problems, such as the worker bees that seem to love my patio. Theyve also removed a bees nest. I would definitely recommend their services.

We had been with another, very popular, pest-control service for decades. Even though we paid them boat-loads of money, they COULDNT help us with a rodent problem. This is a pest-control service that advertises regularly on local TV. The spokesperson, who I think is now the owner, also treated my elderly, blind, widowed mom with *much* disrespect.Once, back in the 80s, prior to having a termite contract, we had a termite swarm break out into one of our rooms. It was *NIGHTMARISH!* We had to cordon off that section of the house! Since our pest contract was with this other service, I called for help but they told me that they would get to me *eventually* in the next day or two. When I protested, they said this happens, that there wasnt much they could do about it and that I would just have to deal with it.I put my foot down and they sent a team out that day, but can you imagine how they must have bullied some of their other customers?COOKS PEST CONTROL IS ***AWESOME*** !!!!!They took care of our rodent problem IMMEDIATELY and with ease. When I told them that this other service didnt even try to help us, their rep said that Cooks is a pest-control service and that rodents are pests, so he didnt see the disconnect.I didnt either.Cooks actually DOES WHAT YOU PAY THEM TO DO. What a concept! Their staff are *VERY* professional and oh-so-courteous. They treat their customers with kindness and respect. They always call before they come to service our property. They always ask if were having any problems and always address those problems right away. Oh - and I cant stress this enough - they actually DO WHAT YOU PAY THEM TO DO!Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU, Cooks!

We have a lot of spiders and lady bugs where we are located. Cooks workers keep them thinned out. The termite department is consistently checking our bait stations, looking for any activity. Tim Ray always calls ahead to inform us of his arrival date. Very pleased with the services provided by Cooks. Thanks again

I had a water pipe to bust and it caused me to get a lot of cockroaches. I tried and tried to keep them under control. I sprayed put out traps, and I laid out bait for them. Did nothing but got worse. They came and within 2 visits I never seen any. So thankful I had them coming. And I called them and they came to me the first or 2nd day after setting up. I love the speed. I could have canceled by now but figured why should I. They are still helping with bees and wasp. And ant season is coming in soon. Cook was a God send to me.

We just purchased a home in Sheffield which has been serviced for termites by Cook’s since the mid-60’s. The floor joists look like they were installed yesterday! We called to see about renewing the contract plus adding pest control as well. Mike came out, explained everything very well, was very friendly and informative, so we’ve signed up for termite and pest control. I’ll update after some months pass, but if the service is as professional as the consult/quote, I’m sure we’ll be satisfied.

I have recently had a problem with mealy moths infesting our pantry room.Cooks personnel have come in 3 times to conquer this annoying problem, even when it was not time for their monthly treatment.

Prior to Cooks, I tried another business to try to get control of the roaches in my Moms house. They came by three different times but with no results whatsoever. We changed to Cooks and had results with the first service call. We no longer have any issues with roaches or anything else. Adam, the service person, was so adamant and professional in helping to get pests under control. Mom was very sick with cancer at the time and Adam was so Compassionate working around scheduling around what was going on with her. Because of Adams service, I decided to get Cooks for my house, even though I didnt have any big issues with pests.

Called Cooks quick to respond but thats where it ends. Had to have the return but never got rid of the bugs. Had the monthly payment set up on a card office seems not to be able to get that done. Finally gave up. My Mother used these folks for a very long time but apparently coustomer service and quality work has ended.
